DOWNLOAD WAGON FOR PLACEMENT OF RAILWAY RAILS 5 OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
It is the object of the present invention, as the title states, a unloading car used in the laying of rail tracks.
The characteristic of the present invention is characterized by the special construction characteristics presented by the unloading car, so that all of them in a combined way allow the process of unloading rails from a car of a train that transports the rails, in a simple, practical way and effective, also allowing its use in different track widths.
Therefore, the present invention is circumscribed within the scope of the railways and particularly among the tools and procedures used in the placement of railways. 20 BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the state of the art a method of placing rail tracks on ballast is known, without auxiliary track, as described in the patent ES 2361309 that avoids the need to install any type of auxiliary track.
The procedure described in this patent ES 2361309 greatly simplifies the procedural operation of the current technique, and comprises steps successively performed after having placed the sleepers on the ballast bed, consisting in summary of the flanging and pulling of a pair of tracks from the train rail, with the mooring and traction of
30 until they are completely unloaded, the operation being guided through a unloading car; support of the rails on longitudinal displacement rollers; square and flange cutting of adjacent ends of consecutive rails; Lifting of rail with the help of a means of crane, and recovery of rollers; partial nailing of the track and placement of the rollers for the next cycle, and retraction of the rail train, of the middle
35 tractor, and final nailing.

However, no mention is made of the construction and design features that the unloading car has. However, the unloading wagons known in the state of the art do not allow the rails to be lowered smoothly and progressively, nor do they allow their adaptation to different track widths, they are wagons
5 lengths that make transport and maneuverability difficult.
Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to develop a unloading car for the placement of railroad tracks that overcomes the aforementioned inconveniences, developing a car such as the one described below and is included in its essentiality in the
10 first claim.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is a unloading car for the placement of 15 rail tracks that allows the operation of the unloading of the rails from a car that transports the rails to their placement on the sleepers.
This operation is complex due to the large length of the rails, the fact that the rails must be lowered from the transport car to the bed and their positioning on the sleepers, and the fact that they must be positioned in the most precise way possible due to the difficulty of handling rails due to their high length.
On the other hand, these wagons must have a sufficient length to allow the descent and progressive advance of the rails on the positioning bed.
Therefore, in order to achieve said ends, the unloading car is made in several sections, preferably sections, which are linkable to each other.
Thus, it has a first section that presents means for advancing and guiding the rails 30 in the discharge, adjustable in height and separation between them, while a second section
or intermediate section, it also has intermediate means of advancement that are also adjustable in height and separation between them, while a third section or final section has means of advancement of the rails in the unloading and positioning on the bed of the tracks, which only allow selecting the separation between them.
35 The means for advancing and guiding the rails in the discharge of the first, second and third

section, in a possible embodiment can be rollers arranged horizontally, and in a complementary manner have guide means that could be vertical sections attached to the ends of the rollers defining guides in the form of "U" or Even the vertical sections themselves can be rollers.
5 Said means for advancing the unloading of the rails of the first and second sections are adjustable in height by being arranged on movable or removable columns of hollow column-shaped housings fixed on the lateral sides of the sections.
10 The selection of the separation of the means of advance of the rails in the discharge is achieved, by means of the arrangement of several hollow terraced housings, one after the other, which allows to select the housing on which to arrange the movable columns.
15 The fixing of the movable columns on the hollow housings is achieved by means of a bolt or pin that, through a perforation made in the upper ends of the hollow housings, crosses the opposite perforations made on the removable column.
20 The unloading car has removable joining means between different sections, which can be made by means of an emergent plate with perforations arranged on each plate in a opposite way, through which a fixing screw is passed.
The positioning means on the bed of the tracks arranged in the third section comprise in a possible embodiment of a descent ramp aligned with the advancing means of this third section, which as in the other sections can be a roller.
30 In order to allow the lifting and loading of each section of the unloading car on the lateral sides, each section has lifting eyes, which allows loading on a train and its subsequent unloading.

EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to an example
5 preferred of practical realization thereof, is accompanied as an integral part of saiddescription, a set of drawings where illustrative and not limiting, has beenrepresented the following.
In Figure 1, we can see a perspective representation of the unloading car 10 object of the invention.
In Figure 2, we can observe the unloading car from the opposite end to the one shown above.
15 Figure 3 shows some details of the unloading car.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.
In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below.
In Figures 1 and 2 we can see that the unloading car (1) comprises three sections, a first section (2), or section that is closer to the train that carries the rails or tracks of the tracks; a second section (3), or intermediate section, and a third section (4) that is
25 from where the rails directly access the sleepers already placed.
The unloading wagon (1) is built in three sections with the aim of facilitating transport by truck to the construction site.
30 Each of the sections has means to advance and descend the rails of the tracks from the carriage carrying the rails to their settlement on the sleepers of the track.
Thus, the first section (2), at its end closest to the railcar, has: 35 -A height-adjustable discharge rollers (5) arranged on the sides

close to the end of union with the train carrying the rails.
The height adjustable discharge rollers (5) comprise:
5 -A first roller (5.1) in horizontal arrangement-A second and third roller (5.2) arranged vertically and at each end of thefirst roller (5.1), defining a "U" shaped space flanked by rollers.
The set of unloading rollers (5) is supported on a 10-height adjustable column (5.3) that can be housed and removed from a set of hollow columns (2.1) fixed on the lateral sides of the end near the unloading car.
The position of the height-adjustable column (5.3) is fixed by means of perforations (5.4), and a bolt (5.5) that simultaneously crosses the perforation of the end of one of the hollow columns (2.1) fixed, and perforations (5.4), fixes the position of the height-adjustable column (5.3).
The intermediate section (3) has intermediate unloading rollers (6) arranged on each side of the intermediate section, and comprise a horizontal roller (6.1) faltered by two vertical elements (6.2), defining a "U" shaped space. ”With a horizontal roller (6.1) in its bed.
The intermediate unloading rollers (6) are supported on height-adjustable columns (6.3) that can be housed and removed from a set of hollow columns 25 (3.1) fixed on the lateral sides of the intermediate section, preferably in their intermediate zone .
The height adjustment of the columns (6.3) is carried out thanks to the fact that on said height-adjustable column there are a series of perforations (6.4), and some perforations, 30 on the hollow columns (3.1), so that these coincide perforations, through them a fixing bolt is passed.
The third section (4), of the unloading car (1), to facilitate the advance and unloading of the rails has two sets, each arranged on the ends of the end of the section, 35 and comprising a final roller (7) arranged horizontally and flanked by two vertical elements, which, as in the intermediate section (3), defines a “U” space

on whose bed the final roller (7) is arranged. Each of the end rollers (7) is connected to a ramp (8) for sliding the tracks until they are completely arranged on the sleepers.
5 The final roller (7) and slide ramp (8) assemblies are fixed in an adjustable wayon one of the fixing positions offered by the third section, being able to choose theseparation of said assemblies depending on the track width to be mounted.
The unloading wagon, in each of its sections, offers the possibility of selecting the
10 separating the rails in their process of unloading and placing on the sleepers according to the track width, thus, in the first section (2) and in the intermediate section (3), the selection is made by choosing one of the hollow columns (2.1), (3.1) with those sections respectively, while in the third section (4) the selection is made by choosing the fixing point of each final roller assembly (7) and ramp (8).
The sections at the ends that are facing each other have joining means, which in a possible embodiment, comprise a vertical plate (10) on which a series of perforations (11) are made, as observed in Figure 3, and through which you can pass some screws that would be fixed by some
20 nuts
Some or all sections may have one or more boxes (11) to store screws.
25 In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of each of the sections individually on each of the unloading trucks, the sections have rings for the grip and lifting of the sections. Thus the third section has rings (4.1) placed at the ends of the lateral sides, the intermediate section (3) has some rings (3.2), and the first section (2) has rings (2.2).
30 Sufficiently describing the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is stated that, within its essentiality, it may be implemented in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought, provided that
35 alter, change or modify its fundamental principle.
