专利摘要:
The plates with shafts for bulletproof vest, are two facing plates (1, 4), kevlar, or, steel .., which have axes (2) perpendicular on its surface. The back plate (1) only has them on its front side, while the front plate (4) has them on both faces. The two plates (1, 4) are joined by springs (3) that absorb much of the impact of a bullet. Plates with axles for bulletproof vest. Object of the invention
The main objective of the present invention is to form a bullet-proof anti-impact protector, more resistant than the preceding ones in function of the Axes (2) which have on their surface the two Plates (1, 4). BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The main antecedent of the present invention is the Bulletproof vest that carries a steel plate, or, of kevlar, which protects the chest and vital areas such as heart and lungs, from a possible low impact. The second antecedent is in my Patent nº: P2003001169, entitled: Bulletproof plate for protective vest, in which I proposed a protection formed by plates that separated with springs, instead of a single steel plate. In the present invention these springs (3) are also presented, with the difference that, on this occasion, they will separate two Plates (1, 4), or, to join them, while they will be fixed between two of the Axis (2) facing each other on the front face of the Back Plate (1), and the rear face of the Front Plate (4).
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The plates with axles for bulletproof vests are formed by the two plates (1, 4) that form the fundamental element of this bulletproof vest. These are two Kevlar plates, steel ... or, the material in question. The Back Plate (1) has rows of small Axes (2) that protrude perpendicular, only from its anterior surface. The Anterior Plate (4) has Axes (2) that protrude, also perpendicularly, by the surface of its two faces. Between the Back Plate (1) and the Front Plate (4) we are going to put small Springs (3) that will fit between two of the Axis (2) facing the two Plates (1, 4). And, if they fit, we will put Concentric Springs that will still withstand the impact much better, and will absorb more energy from the bullet that reaches them. Date of the invention: (31.01.16). Description of the figures
Figure 1: Side view of the two Plates that form the fundamental element of this Bulletproof Vest, which have been separated enough to highlight the position of the Springs (3) that will fit between two of the Axis (2) facing the Back Plate
(1) and the Previous Plate (4).

4) Kevlar, steel, etc. front plate ... Description of a preferred embodiment
Plates with axles for Bulletproof vests, are a protector against projectile impacts that have the quality of being more resistant than other Plates that have their same mission. The Axes (2) that protrude from their surface, make them capable of absorbing more energy from the bullets that impact them. The greatest absorption capacity of Fue! 7.a, in these Plates (1, 4), is based on the fact that a Force, when it must turn a corner, is always reduced by half, if this corner has (90º). When a bullet hits the outer end of one of these Axes (2), - on the anterior face of the Anterior Plate (4) -, its Force must then be distributed perpendicularly to the entire plate, and, also, each of the ends of each Axis (2), both for its anterior face, and for its posterior face, which means that it must be folded twice at an angle of (90º).
Consequently, this will cause him to divide his Force in half twice as well, which will allow the Force that, at first was directed towards the back face of the Anterior Plate (4), is now directed perpendicularly, and sideways, and then backward, toward the end of the Axis (2), and, the remaining Force will be directed towards the ends of the Axis (2) of the back face of the Front Plate (4). What happens to continuations that, the little Force that is left now to the bullet, will be able to be absorbed by the Springs (3) that join the two Plates (1, 4), so that it will come already very reduced to the Axes (2) of the Back Plate (1) where the same division of the Force is to be repeated, first perpendicular to the surface of the Plate (1), and then again perpendicular, towards the ends of the Axes (2). In this way, the Force of origin of the bullet will have been reduced five times, and, it will not have enough Force to penetrate and pass through the second Back Plate (1).
权利要求:
Claims (2)
[1]
1. Plates with axles for Bulletproof Vest, characterized by being formed by two Kevlar Plates (1, 4). The Back Plate (1) has rows of small Axes (2) that
5 protrude perpendicular, just from its anterior surface. The Anterior Plate (4) has Axes (2) that protrude, also perpendicularly, by the surface of its two faces. Between the Back Plate (1) and the Front Plate (4) there will be small springs (3) that will fit between two of the Axis (2) facing the two Plates (1, 4).
10 2. Plates with axles for Bulletproof vest, according to the first claim, characterized by the different material that will form the Plates (1, 4) which, instead of being kevlar, will also be made of steel.
[3]
3. Plates with axles for Bulletproof vest, according to claim one,
15 characterized by the fact that the Springs (3), this time, instead of being simple Springs, will be Concentric Springs.
