Technology Sector
The enunciated invention falls within the sector of the devices or systems which are intended to provide greater security in the anchorage to removable opening elements with their own or not locking or closing systems.
Specifying more the sector to which it is addressed, the invention listed is within the sector of the devices used for auxiliary blocking or not, of any removable part which is performing closing functions and whose mobility can be performed in a sliding way, swinging or any other means of translation. The removable parts mentioned above may be such as doors, drawer windows, etc.
State of the art
After conducting a search in the available databases, a wide variety of devices protected by Patents or Utility Model have been found, which belong to the sector mentioned in the previous section. Among these protections and with a certain degree of similarity to what is recommended here, the following are presented below.
- EP 2115250. With title "Electromechanical lock operated by solenoid". Said document exposes a lock whose blocking of the opening element is carried out by means of the interaction of a solenoid together with internal mechanical parts of a lock.
- U201230383. With title "Lock for doors and windows electromechanical drive". As its title indicates, the aforementioned document argues a mechanically actuated door and window locking element by means of the supply of electric current.
The applicant himself of the invention listed, in turn, is the holder of a document with application number U201400774 and title "Auxiliary lock with remote control" in which a lock is exposed whose blocking element is displaced by a rack and pinion system .
Object of the invention
Today, due to increasing insecurity, the proliferation of removable parts blocking devices designed to safeguard privacy or personal belongings, objects or merchandise of great value and confidential documents is constantly increasing. An example of this are the devices or systems mentioned above in the state of the art which, although being operated without maintaining direct contact with them, serve different operating systems.
The interaction of mechanical parts with electrical parts requires a complexity, on many occasions, excessive. A solenoid switching and interacting with mechanical parts, the movement of an actuator which moves through a motor or a mechanism formed by a rack and pinion, are actions which require

a precision and a consumption of current that sometimes go into wrong operation due to a lack of proper maintenance or a lack of power supply.
The market demands increasingly secure devices, but at the same time more reliable. As it has been tried to explain previously, in some occasions an increase of the reliability usually is consequence of a greater simplicity.
The invention set forth is intended to provide a device which meets the aforementioned.
Description of the invention
The remote-operated electromagnetic locking device that implicitly comprises a set of components and a steering control, is characterized in that the set of components is governed in the distance by means provided with push-buttons which, by means of their actuation, the set of components allows the movement of an embolus integrated in a bistable solenoid, because the movements of the aforementioned embolus are linear resulting in an action of expulsion or retraction of the same with respect to the set of components, because it is the embolus itself which by its expulsion performs the work of blocking by the through action on a housing or by preventing the retraction of an external blocking element.
Another characterization of the device is its electric power supply, which is produced both in the government and in the drive itself of the set of components through a previous storage of the same, presenting the latter option of being fed directly from the network.
It is also characterized in that the transmission of government over the set of components is carried out remotely using for this purpose changing frequencies in each locking and unlocking action in order to avoid capturing them for a malicious use.
Obvious characterizations which are to be mentioned are those of integrating acoustic and visual signals in the government command which warn about each action taken and the proximity of depletion in the current storage.
For obvious reasons and in order to provide the device with a concealment from the outside, the set of components must be mounted in the non-visible area of the removable part.

In order not to attempt to limit said invention in its variety of embodiment, which will depend on the circumstances of the final model, an embodiment option is illustrated below.

Description of a preferred embodiment
With reference to the attached figures, according to the numbering reflected in them and in a preferred embodiment of the invention but not decisive, the remote-operated electromagnetic locking device 5 comprises, a box (1) formed by a housing and a support base to which they are fixed, a printed circuit board, a bistable solenoid with its respective plunger (2), a luminous element of the led type (3), an acoustic medium (4) and an electric current accumulator element. It is also provided with a power supply input connector (5) from the network.
It also includes the device, a remote control accessory (6) equipped with a series of buttons (7), a base plate, an acoustic element (8), a light element (9) and an electric current accumulator element.

The materials used for its realization in reference to the modular parts, must meet the requirement of resistance to shock or friction and zero or low conductivity of electric current. For this purpose, it is convenient that the material used is a high density plastic.
