[0019] Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a vibration unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0020] As shown in Fig. 2, braille is composed of raised dots arranged in an array, and character sets of different standards are different in dot numbers. In the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 2, it is assumed that one braille character is composed of 10 coordinate point positions. The distributed vibration module may include a plurality of independent vibration units, and in each vibration unit, a plurality of excited directional high-frequency vibration sources are arranged in an array according to braille characters and integrated on a substrate.
[0021] The excited directional high-frequency vibration source may include a patch-type vibration source and a cylindrical vibration conducting medium. The patch-type vibration source may generate vibrations with specific intensities and frequencies according to different voltage or current excitation signals, and the cylindrical vibration conducting medium may be integrated between the patch-type vibration source and a surface of the vibration unit, so as to function as a vibration wave propagation waveguide.
[0022] The excited directional high-frequency vibration source may further include a damping rubber plug which may be used as an auxiliary part of the cylindrical vibration conducting medium to release assembly stress between the cylindrical vibration conducting medium and the substrate, and restrict vibration waves to vertical and upward propagation along the cylindrical vibration conducting medium.
[0023] A damping filling medium may be disposed among the plurality of excited directional high-frequency vibration sources for eliminating lateral vibration interference.
[0024] Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of configuration of an excited directional high-frequency vibration source according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0025] As shown in Fig. 3, each excited directional high-frequency vibration source may include a patch-type vibration source, a cylindrical vibration conducting medium, and a damping rubber plug. The patch-type vibration source is easy for scale assembly, and may generate vibrations with specific intensities and frequencies according to different current or voltage excitation signals. In order to generate vibrations in a specified coordinate area as much as possible, the cylindrical vibration conducting medium is integrated between the patch-type vibration source and a surface of the vibration unit. Serving as a vibration wave propagation waveguide, the cylindrical medium may attenuate lateral propagation of vibration waves and enhance vibration at an end face of the cylindrical medium. The damping rubber plug may be used as an auxiliary part of the cylindrical vibration conducting medium to release assembly stress between the cylindrical vibration conducting medium and a substrate on the one hand, and, on the other hand, further restrict the vibration waves to vertical propagation along the cylindrical vibration conducting medium so as to prevent lateral leakage.
[0026] Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a distributed vibration module according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0027] As shown in Fig. 4, a plurality of independent vibration units form a distributed vibration module according to actual needs. In the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 4, the distributed vibration module includes 9 independent vibration units numbered from a to i, and may simultaneously simulate 9 braille characters at a time.
[0028] The vibration control module is configured to receive software instructions. After a series of operation processing, the vibration control module generates a control signal for each excited directional high-frequency vibration source and controls each vibration source to independently vibrate with certain intensity and frequency.
[0029] Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a vibration control module according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0030] As shown in Fig. 5, the vibration control module may include an instruction input bus, a control signal output bus, a high-speed operation module, and a boosting and rectifying module.
[0031] The instruction input bus couples an intelligent device to an input side of the vibration control module. Character information to be converted and represented may be transmitted to the high-speed operation module through the instruction input bus. The high-speed operation module may store braille character sets of a plurality of standards for selection of a specific standard on the intelligent device side. Supposing that the vibration control module receives an instruction that the braille character needs to be represented in a form of six dots, the operation module establishes a corresponding relation between the character information to be converted and represented and a braille character set represented in the form of six dots, so as to obtain an excitation signal set of corresponding vibration points. Excitation signals are further processed by the boosting and rectifying module to become excitation signals with proper current and/or voltage. The processed excitation signals are transmitted to the control signal transmission lines of the excited directional high-frequency vibration sources through the control signal output bus, so as to control the excited directional high-frequency vibration sources to generate vibrations.
[0032] Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a damping filling medium according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0033] As shown in Fig. 6, vibration dampers may include damping rubber plugs in the excited directional high-frequency vibration sources and a damping filling medium among the high-frequency vibration sources. The damping filling medium may fill gaps among the high-frequency vibration sources, so as to prevent mutual influence between vibrations of the vibration sources. For further enhancing effects and reducing weight, a large number of holes may be arranged. In addition, a filling medium having a large number of holes may be provided among the vibration units, so that the whole system can eliminate lateral vibration interference to the greatest extent, enhance recognition of vertical vibration, and eliminate vibration interference to other parts in the electronic device where the system is disposed.

[0038] According to the embodiment of the present invention, an excitation signal set of vibration points corresponding to the software instructions may be obtained according to a corresponding relation established between character information to be converted and represented and a braille character set.
