Glasses with interchangeable glasses
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to glasses with interchangeable spectacle lenses, the spectacle comprising a spectacle frame and spectacle lenses.
The invention also relates to a spectacle frame for spectacles with interchangeable spectacles and spectacles for spectacles with interchangeable spectacles.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
For active people who need aids to look optimally, today there are a number of options for wearing glasses and lenses.
For example, glasses that are used daily can be replaced by decided sports glasses in connection with sports such as badminton and running, while lenses are more suitable for sports with body contact such as football and handball.
For less physically strenuous activities where the everyday glasses do not seem irritating, glasses used for daily use can, for example, be applied to a sunglasses outside the existing glasses.
In addition, there are glasses where different colored sunglasses can be mounted in a frame and where the glasses appear as an integrated glasses.
The object of the invention
It is an object of the invention to provide a replaceable lens with glasses that are the same but where the spectacles can be replaced by the user as desired and after work use, cycling in windy weather or sharp sunshine.
It is further the object of the invention that the user himself can replace the glasses and have different interchangeable glasses with them and thus be protected for every need.
Thus, it is also an object of the invention to be able to transform a pair of ordinary everyday shriller into a pair of sunglasses and vice versa.
DK 2016 70719 A1
Description of the Invention
According to a first aspect of the invention, the above stated object is achieved with an interchangeable eyeglass lens as initially described and as described in the preamble of claim 1, wherein each eyeglass lens is mounted in a frame attached to an outer rim of the eyeglass lens. and wherein at least one of the frame and spectacle frame comprises a coupling means which can releasably couple the frame and spectacle frame.
This allows a user, in a quick, easy and convenient way, to connect the frame and eyeglass frame, for example, when using glasses with different characteristics. For example, it can be with and without sun dimming or switching between different lenses with different grinding glasses.
It is preferred that the coupling takes place without the use of tools, but generally only by an elastic deformation of the coupling means itself or of the frame / frame.
The coupling means may, for example, be in the form of a hook-shaped or sawed coupling means adapted for engagement with the frame of the spectacle lenses which may, for example, comprise a pin, pin or similar device.
In an alternative and reverse embodiment, for example, the coupling means may take the form of a hook-shaped or sawed coupling means adapted for engagement with the eyeglass frame.
It is possible to use hook-shaped or saw-toothed coupling means for both frame and eyeglass frame.
Coupling means are preferably engaged by an elastic resilience in the eyeglass frame so as to obtain a snap engagement between the coupling means.
The mounting will preferably be done by placing one side of the frame in the frame so that coupling means at the first side are engaged. Then the frame is swiveled and the frame mutually connected to the coupling means on the other side is brought in indDK 2016 70719 A1 grip. Thus, a rotation axis can be established at the first coupling means, which ensures a single oscillation and thus facilitates the replacement of the spectacle lenses.
Thus, it is preferred that the frame at each side has coupling means and that at least a first coupling means at a first side of the frame together with corresponding first coupling means on the frame forms a rotational connection.
In another aspect, the present invention also relates to an interchangeable eyeglass lens, the spectacle frame comprising a substantially m-shaped elastically deformable front member.
This makes it possible to make the spectacle frame tighten the spectacle lenses, where the legs in the m-shape of the spectacle frame are forced slightly apart during the mounting of the spectacle lenses and where the legs inversely after the spectacle lenses have returned to their original form, where the coupling means also retain spectacles with lenses and thus ensures the engagement of the lenses with the lenses of the lenses.
The present invention also relates, in a third aspect, to an interchangeable eyeglass lens, wherein the preamble is made of sheet metal, preferably by being folded up by a flat blank.
This makes it possible to produce the spectacles of sheet material and thus the possibility of punching or laser cutting the front of the spectacle frame as a flat item which is subsequently bent to the desired shape. Furthermore, a high bending moment is obtained from the material thickness concerned.
The plate-shaped metal also ensures good user comfort. It is easy to adapt the glasses to different hoof shapes.
The eyeglass rods are also made of a sheet material. A flat blank is prepared which is subsequently bent to the desired shape. The desired shape includes an earlobe.
DK 2016 70719 A1
This is different from a so-called '' plug '', which is a rectilinear spectacle rod that is stuck by clamping action and does not have an earlobe. The ear buckle ensures that the eyewear is fixed and accurate to a user, even during physical activities.
The present invention also relates, in a fourth aspect, to a spectacle with interchangeable spectacle lenses, the spectacle frame being made essentially of titanium.
This makes it possible to ensure a very high strength compared to a very small weight. Furthermore, a very high corrosion resistance is obtained. As an alternative to pure titanium, an alloy of, for example, titanium and vanadium can be used. Material for the frame is thus allergy-friendly materials that contribute to a user's comfort.
The present invention also relates, in a fifth aspect, to an interchangeable eyeglass lens, the frame comprising an elongated recess intended for receiving a sub-section of the eyeglass frame.
This makes it possible to make a recess on the outside of the frame and so that part of the eyeglass frame is folded into the frame itself. This makes the eyeglass frame less dominant in its appearance.
Controlling the plate-shaped frame in the recess will also help to achieve a rigid spectacle.
The recess will also control and fix the glass correctly in relation to the frame. In modern glasses, it is important that the glasses are positioned correctly in relation to the eye in order to make the most of the glass's grinding.
It is important that the glasses are positioned correctly both when used during quiet activity such as reading and active life such as exercising sports.
The fixation of the lenses in glasses with a rigid structure will also ensure that the lenses are positioned so that optimum wind rejection can be achieved. This is important when using eyeglasses for an active user, for example when skiing or other sports.
DK 2016 70719 A1
In a variant of this fifth aspect, the present invention also relates to interchangeable spectacle lenses, the recess having a funnel-shaped entrance opening.
When a user has to replace eyeglasses, the user will be visually impaired to varying degrees and should in principle be able to replace the glasses with closed eyes. Because the recess has a funnel-shaped entrance opening, it becomes easy for the user to insert the plate-shaped frame into the recess.
The present invention also relates, in a sixth aspect, to a lens with interchangeable lenses, the frame comprising at least one sub-section for influencing light penetration at one side of the lens.
This makes it possible, in the style of cloud patches used for horses, to exclude unwanted light penetration from preferably the side, but it could also or also be exclusion of light penetration from above or from below.
In cases where the glasses are used in areas with strong sunlight, for example on skiing where the sun is reflected in the snow, it can be extremely comfortable to avoid this powerful light effect also from places other than just against one's face.
In practice, the most annoying reflections in spectacle lenses are the reflections that occur on the back of the glass - the side facing the user. This is called back reflex.
By reducing the rear reflex, the user will get better vision through the glasses. When rear reflex is diminished or completely obstructed, there will be reduced requirements for the coating that the glass is otherwise applied to the back to reduce rear reflex. It is generally desirable to reduce coating, as wear and mechanical action can reduce the effect of coating.
The present invention also relates, in a seventh aspect, to a lens with interchangeable spectacle lenses, the frame comprising at least one sub-section for influencing an air flow at the spectacle lenses.
This allows, as previously mentioned with cloud flaps, to close air flows out of the eye sections of the face. If the eyewear user is skiing or driving, they are on a bicycle or in a sports car without a treadmill, air currents can be very bothersome to the user and to great irritation to the eyes.
The frames can be designed to prevent turbulence and break air vortices behind the glass.
The frames can also be designed to form an ornamental part of the glasses so that they appear aesthetically simple although the frame can have a large extent.
Thus, in a sub-section the frame may comprise breakthroughs of the material in the form of slots or holes for influencing air flow past the glasses. These breakthroughs can contribute to the ornamental appearance of the glasses. The sub-section may also include spoilers of various shapes for influencing airflow past the glasses.
The present invention also relates, in an eighth aspect, to a pair of interchangeable spectacle lenses, the spectacles being made essentially of silica or polycarbonate. However, other polymers can also be used.
This makes it possible to ensure good optical properties and a shiny surface as well as to ensure great impact resistance without breaking it. Furthermore, other properties of the lenses may be used, for example polarization of the lenses, contrast enhancing properties, multi-strength lenses.
Changes in the glasses can also contribute to the aesthetic appearance of the glasses.
The present invention also relates, in a ninth aspect, to a spectacle frame for a spectacle with interchangeable spectacle lenses, the spectacle frame comprising at least one coupling means intended for pairing with a spectacle lens.
This makes it possible to replace eyeglasses according to wishes and needs, for everyday use or for festive occasions, by color and shape, but where the eyeglasses can be used for several eyeglasses and vice versa.
DK 2016 70719 A1
Thus, both color and shape of frame can be changed. This may, for example, be advantageous for using a frame that fits in a helmet when using the glasses during activity requiring a helmet.
The present invention also relates, in a tenth aspect, to a spectacle lens for a spectacle with interchangeable spectacle lenses, wherein a frame for the spectacle lens comprises at least one coupling means intended for pairing with a spectacle frame.
This makes it possible to replace spectacle lenses as desired and according to color and frame, cloud flaps or other, where different types of lenses can be used for one or more spectacle frames.
