Apparatus for the treatment of fur animals
The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating the skin side of a tubular fur animal skin by scraping the skin side by means of rotating scraping elements.
Background
A fur that has been pulled by a furry animal such as a furry animal usually has a layer or remnants of fat, tendons and / or meat stuck to the furry side of the furry animal.
Before fur coat can be used for further processing, such layers or residues must be glued from the skin side.
A known apparatus for treating such fur animal skins to remove layers or remnants of fat, tendons and / or meat on the skin side is known from the Danish patent specification DK156669. This apparatus comprises a single scraper roller with V-shaped scraper elements for scraping skin on each side of a cane, on which a tubular fur animal skin is arranged with the skin side facing out.
Danish patent DK173611 describes an apparatus for treating fur animals on a cane. The apparatus comprises several scraper rolls which, during scraping of the skin side of the skin, cause the fur animal skin to rotate about its longitudinal axis.
European patent EP2093299 discloses an apparatus for treating fur animals, the apparatus comprising two scraper rolls operated with opposite rotational directions to obtain both a frictional force against a thick end of a stick on which a fur animal skin is arranged, as well as a frictional force against the thin end of the fur. stick.
The above apparatus has various disadvantages which the present invention solves.
The creation
The invention relates to an apparatus for treating the skin side of a tubular fur animal skin according to claim 1.
The apparatus may be arranged with one or more actuators, or other pressure devices, which can control and apply the abrasive pressure of the scraper rolls to the skin of the log. When a scraper roll on the apparatus reaches an area of the fur animal skin with a projection (for example, an area covered by skin parts that have covered the fur animal's legs), there is a risk that the scraper roller will inadvertently reduce the abutment pressure on the skin of a piece of the fur animal skin during o / or after contact with the source. The reason for this may be that actuators or other force-exerting agents, which may be part of the pressure device that apply the system pressure, and which are often driven via pneumatics or hydraulics, are for a moment forced back by the source, for example by increased compression of the liquid or air in the actuator. . Consequences of this may be that the skins are not scraped sufficiently by the scraper roll and thus there may be meat, fat and / or tendon residues which are not removed from the skins in these areas around the skins. By implementing a damper device on the apparatus in a suitable location, it is possible to reduce or completely avoid accidental reduction of system pressure, thus achieving a better treatment of areas around the skin parts. Also, it is possible to prevent the scraper rolls, so to speak, skipping over an area which lies behind said skin parts.
By using scraper units with at least two scraper rolls (it should be understood that a scraper unit may also comprise more than two scraper rollers) rotating with the same direction of rotation and in particular where at least one of the scraper rolls has V-shaped scraper elements, experiments have shown that it is possible to obtain adequate treatment of the fur animal skin in the more difficult areas, especially below and behind the skin parts of the fur animal skin which have covered the animal's forelegs. Thus, the first scraper roll in a set of scraper rolls processes the fur animal fur before the second mile in the same set treats the same area of the fur animal skin. Hereby, the second scraper roll can remove fat residues, tendons, meat remnants, etc. that have not been removed to the first scraper roll. Thus, the treatment made by the first scraper roll can be regarded as a rough scraping of the skin side, while the treatment done with the second scraper roll can be considered a scraping or supplemental scraping.
It has been found advantageous that the scraper rollers of the scraper units are arranged to act on the skin side with a frictional force towards the other part of the log.
It is further preferred that at least one of the scraper rolls of each scraper assembly comprises one or more substantially V-shaped scraper elements.
The V-shape of the scraper roller scraper elements has several advantages. First, the scraper elements prevent rotation of the skin on the stick. This makes, among other things, increased control of the scraping of the skin. Also, the V shape allows the skin of the stick to be stretched toward or away from a plane passing through the center axis of the stick in the longitudinal direction of the stick, so that areas around edges or curves of the stick are treated depending on how the scraper rolls are turned. The scraper rolls with the V-shaped scraper elements are preferably arranged so that the engagement points between the scraper rolls and the skin for each of the scraping edges of the scraper elements, during operation, extend the skin against a plane passing through the center axis of the log in the longitudinal direction of the log. In this way, the parts of the skin which are placed on or near the edges of the stick are sufficiently scraped.
In another embodiment, one or more of the miles of a scraper assembly may be arranged such that the engaging points between the scraper rolls and the skin of each of the scraping edges of the scraper members move away from a plane passing through the center axis of the log in the longitudinal direction of the log. This stretches the skin away from the plane.
It is generally understood that the scraper rolls in a scraper unit comprising several scraper rolls can be arranged in parallel (which is preferred in several cases), but they can also be arranged at an angle of mutuality.
Likewise, a scraper unit having multiple scraper rolls may also comprise scraper rolls having other / different characteristics than V-shaped scraper elements, for example, substantially parallel, inclined scraper elements, multiple scraper elements arranged in a V shape and spaced between end portions of the scraper elements, and / or similar.
In a preferred embodiment of the production, at least two scraper rolls in a scraper unit have different characteristics.
By the term "different characteristics" is meant that the scraper rolls in a set of scraper rolls may have, for example, different design and / or size, a different number of scraper elements, different angle of the scraper elements on the scraper rolls, different design of the scraper elements on the miles, that the scraper rolls can be arranged different etc. This may have the advantage that it is possible to achieve different treatment of the fur side of the fur animal skin in the same operation.
In one embodiment of the invention, the various characteristics include at least one scraper assembly comprising two scraper rolls with opposite, substantially V-shaped, scraper elements.
Hereby, one of the two scraper rolls can extend the skin away from a plane passing through the center axis of the stick in the longitudinal direction of the stick, while the other of the two scraper rolls extends the skin against the same plane passing through the center axis of the stick in the longitudinal direction of the stick. This can have certain advantages as the opposite scraping elements cause different force effects on the skin during the same operation.
In one embodiment of the invention, the various characteristics include at least that a scraper roller in one scraper unit, during operation, is arranged to rotate at a rate higher than another scraper roller in the same scraper unit.
Different speeds on the rollers can cause different peripheral speeds on the scraper rolls in a scraper unit. As the fur animal skins can thereby be scraped with scraper rolls at different speeds, this can have a positive effect on the quality of the treatment of the fur animals. A non-limiting example may be that the first scraper roller in a scraper unit is operated at a speed of between 1200 and 1600 rpm and a second scraper roller in the scraper unit can be operated at a speed of between 2000 rpm and 2500 rpm.
Similarly, by rotating the rollers at different speeds, it can be achieved that different sizes of scraper rolls can cause a substantially equal influence on the skin side, for example by adjusting the speed of the scraper rolls so that the circumferential speed is equal, so that the speed is adjusted so that the skin side experiences a substantially the same number of scraping actions from the scraper elements on both scraper rolls as the fur animal skins pass the miles. This makes it easier to implement multiple scraper rolls in a device with limited space available.
In one embodiment of the production, the various characteristics at least comprise that a scraper roller in one scraper unit has a diameter greater than the diameter of another scraper roller in the same scraper unit.
This can have certain advantages, thereby enabling different circumferential speeds of the scraper rolls to be easily obtained. A space-saving solution can also be obtained.
In one embodiment of the generation, the scraper rollers are arranged in a scraper unit to be driven by the same propellant, such as an electric motor.
It is advantageous to operate multiple scraper rolls using the same propellant, as this provides an inexpensive solution as compared to operating each roll with an individual propellant. Of course, it is to be understood that each scraper roller can also be driven individually by its own propellant, just as any suitable arrangement of scraper rolls and propellants in various embodiments of the production can be used.
In a preferred embodiment of the fabrication, the scraper rollers are arranged in a scraper unit to be driven by the same belt or chain pull.
Since the scraper rollers in a scraper unit rotate in the same direction towards the thicker end of the log, it is possible to drive the scraper rollers via a belt or chain pull which is an inexpensive and reliable way to drive rotating parts. For example, to obtain multiple scraper rolls with the same propellant. Alternatively, the scraper rolls in a scraper unit could be utilized by, for example, an arrangement of gears.
It is further preferred that the stick is configured to be operated at various predefined speeds which include at least a first predefined speed and a second predefined speed where the first predefined speed is lower than the second predefined speed and the apparatus is configured to automatically switch between said first predefined speed and said second predefined speed when the fur animal skin of the yoke is in various predefined positions.
It has been found that especially the area around the forelegs of a fur animal skin, such as, for example, a mink fur, can often be difficult to treat in order to remove, for example, meat residues, fat, tendons and other from the skin side of the fur animal skin. This is because areas in particular below and behind the skin parts of the fur animal skin which have covered the animal's forelegs, while scraping the fur animal skin, can cover an area on the skin side which is thus not adequately treated. By using and switching between multiple predefined speeds, it is possible to obtain a satisfactory treatment of the fur skin in said areas by advancing the stick and fur skin at it at a lower rate and providing a general increase in the speed of the treatment without compromising the the quality of the scratched fur animal skin.
In one embodiment of the apparatus of the above configuration, the shift is configured to occur based on the location of the fur animal skin relative to a scraper roller.
By determining the fur coat location, it is possible to scrape different areas of the fur where the log is operated at different speeds. This allows a more advantageous and individual scraping of the skin. For example, areas of the fur which comprise skin parts which have covered the fur of the fur animal may be treated while the stock is operated at the first rate, while the rest of the fur animal may be treated while the stock is operated at the second rate.
It is generally understood that the location of the fur animal skin relative to a scraper roll can be determined by detecting the fur animal skin via a sensor, by detecting the location of the fur relative to scraper rolls or another point on the apparatus, or the like. An example could be to count the number of chain links during operation, if the stick is driven by a chain pull, to determine the location of the fur animal skin.
In one embodiment of the apparatus of the aforementioned configuration, said cane is arranged to be moved at said first speed in areas of the fur animal skin which are, or may be, covered by skin parts which have covered the fur animal's legs.
It has been found that this speed is particularly advantageous for the treatment of particular mink fur, as a good scraping of areas in and around the fur parts which have covered the fur of the fur animal is achieved.
In one embodiment of the apparatus of the above configuration, said cane is arranged to be driven at said second speed until or just before said scraper roller comes into contact with the fur animal skin of said cane.
This allows a faster treatment of the skin.
This results in a faster treatment of the skin, since the fur animal skin, after it is arranged on the stick, must contact the scraper rolls to be treated.
It is further preferred that logs are configured to operate at the second predefined speed against areas of the fur animal skin which are, or may be, covered by fur parts which have covered the fur animal's legs. Hereby, the lower first predefined stick speed is used only in areas where the more thorough scraping achieved at the lower stick speed is most required, ie. those areas which are, or may be, covered by skin parts which have covered the fur of the fur animal, which provides a quick treatment of the individual fur animal skin.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stick is configured to operate at the first predefined rate until the areas of the fur animal skin which are, or may be, covered by skin parts which have covered the fur animal's legs have been processed by the at least one scraper roll, after which the stick is driven at the other predefined speed.
Preferably, the first predefined speed is not higher than 0.35 [m / s], for example, not higher than 0.32 [m / s], such as no higher than 0.30 [m / s].
Examples of the second, higher predefined speed could be> 0.35 m / s, for example> 0.37 [m / s], such as> 0.40 [m / s].
It has been found that this speed is particularly advantageous for the treatment of special mink fur, since a rapid and at the same time thorough scraping of the fur animal skin is achieved.

Detailed description
Figure 1 shows an advantageous embodiment of an apparatus 1 according to the production for processing the skin side of tubular fur animal skins 2, preferably mink skins.
The tubular fur animal skin 2 comprises a fur side and a fur side. The fur animal skin comprises different parts of the fur which, in its time before the fur was removed from the fur animal, have enclosed different parts of the fur animal's body. For example, the skin parts 2a, 2b which have enclosed the fur of the fur animal.
The fur animal is placed on a cane 3 with a first part 3 a which is thinner than a second part 3b of the cane 3. The cane thus creates / forms a cane 3 with a tapered end, where the fur animal fur 2 can be pulled on the cane from the thin part 3 a of the stick 3.
Two scraping units 4, 5 of the apparatus are shown in FIG. Each scraping unit 4, 5, as shown, comprises at least two scraping means in the form of scraping rollers 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b arranged to rotate to apply a force F1 to the skin side of the fur animal skin from opposite sides of the stick 3 in, towards the other. part 3b of the stick, i.e. the thicker part of the stick. Thus, the first scraper unit 4 comprises a first scraper roll 4a and a second scraper roll 4b, just as the second scraper unit 5 comprises a first scraper roll 5a and a second scraper roll 5b.
The scraper rolls in a scraper unit 4, 5 are indicated by arrows arranged to rotate with the same direction of rotation. That is, the scraper rollers 4a, 4b on the first scraper unit 4 are arranged to rotate with the same direction of rotation, and that the scraper rolls 5a, 5b on the second scraper unit 5 are arranged to rotate with the same direction of rotation.
As shown, the scraper rollers 4a, 4b rotate with the same direction of rotation during operation, but with a direction of rotation opposite to the direction of rotation of the scraper rolls 5a, 5b. As can be seen, the scraper rolls 4a, 4b 5a, 5b rotate around center axes (not shown) on the scraper rolls which are substantially parallel. In other embodiments, the scraper rolls in a scraper assembly 4, 5 could be arranged at a mutual angle (not shown).
The log 3 and the scraper units 4, 5 are arranged to be moved relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the log LD. This is achieved by moving the stick 3 towards the tapered end of the stick 3, while the scraping units 4, 5 are not moving in the longitudinal direction of the stick.
As the stick 3 moves in the direction towards the tapered end of the stick 3, the scraper rollers 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b will apply a force against the direction of movement of the stick, towards the thicker second part 3b.
The scraper units 4, 5 are arranged movable toward and from the stick 3 so as to be able to apply a controlled abutment pressure to the skin side of the fur animal skin on the stick. This can, for example, be controlled via one or more pressure devices 12 comprising, for example, linear actuators, such as pneumatic cylinders, a spindle or other, preferably as described in more detail below.
Each of the scraper rolls, and / or each scraper assembly, may be pivotally disposed about a pivot axis (not shown) relative to frame 10 of the apparatus 1.
As indicated in Figure 1, scraper blades are drawn in a scraper unit preferably via the same belt pull or chain pull 13, since the scraper rollers in a scraper unit 4, 5 are driven with the same direction of rotation, as shown by arrows. Alternatively, a gear arrangement could be used.
Figure 2 shows an example of a preferred scraper roll, in Figure 2 referred to as 4a, but it could be any scraper roll in a scraping arrangement on the apparatus 1. Scraper roll 4a comprises end faces 11a between which a continuous peripheral surface 11b is provided. The peripheral surface 1b has a plurality of circumferentially spaced scraping elements 6 which determine or lie on a generally circular cylindrical surface. Each scraper element 6 is substantially V-shaped. Preferably, the scraper element forms a blunt angle Φ, but it can also form a pointed angle. The vertices of the V-shaped scraper elements are located in a plane of symmetry that is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the roller. Seen in cross section, the roller has an outline resembling the outline of a circular blade. Also, the scraper roller has an axial bore 1 lc for receiving a drive shaft.
The scraper roller 4a, which is preferably made of rubber, plastic material or a similar resilient resilient material, is preferably rotated in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 indicates the direction of rotation indicated by an arrow. This means that the fur animal skin treated will first engage the free outer ends of each of the scraper members 6, and during the continued rotation of the scraper, the two engaging points for each of the scraping edges will move toward the central symmetry plane of the scraper. of the V form is formed. As a result, the roller will tend to pull the skin of the stick towards this central plane. In this connection, this will cause the remnants of fat, meat and / or tendons to also be removed from the parts of the skin located along the edges of the log.
Likewise, one could imagine a scraper roll with scraper elements 6 having a V shape which causes the roller to continue to move the two engagement points for each of the scraper elements 6 in a direction away from the central plane of symmetry towards the free outer ends of each of the scraper elements 6. As a result, the scraper roller will tend to pull the skin in a direction away from the plane of symmetry.
It is generally understood that the scraper rolls in a scraper assembly 4, 5 as indicated, for example, in Figure 1, may have different diameters. In non-limiting examples, it could be imagined that the diameter of the first scraper roll 4a, 5a has a diameter which is more than twice the diameter of the second scraper roll 4b, 5b. For example, the first scraper roller 4a, 5a could have a diameter between 100 and 150 mm, while the second scraper roller could have a diameter between 40 and 70 mm. In a specific experiment with a test arrangement of apparatus 1, tests have been carried out on scraper units 4, 5 comprising a first scraper roller 4a, 5a with a diameter of about 132 mm, and a second scraper roller 4b, 5b with a diameter of about 65 mm, with satisfactory result.
Figure 3 shows an embodiment of the apparatus 1 comprising both horizontally arranged scraper rolls 8a, 9a and vertically arranged scraper rolls 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b.
Each scraper unit 4, 5, 8, 9 in this embodiment comprises at least one driving means 7 for driving the scraper rollers 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 8a, 9a. The scraper units 8, 9 with the horizontally arranged scraper rolls 8a, 9a are arranged to apply a force on the skin side to opposite sides of the stick 3, ie. in this case the upper and lower sides of the cane, towards the second part 3b of the cane. Likewise, the scraper units 4, 5 with the vertically arranged scraper rolls 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b are arranged to apply a force on the skin side from opposite sides of the stick 3, in this case side portions of the stick 3, towards the other part 3b of the stick. third
The scraper units 8, 9 with the horizontal scraper rolls are preferably displaced relative to the scraper units 4, 5 with the vertical scraper rolls, along the longitudinal direction LD of the log. This, together with the V-shape of the scraper elements, also removes the remnants of fat, meat and / or tendons from the parts of the fur animal skin 2 which lie along the edges of the stick 3.
As indicated in Figure 3, the scraper rollers 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b in a scraper unit 4, 5 with multiple scraper rolls can be operated with the same propellant 7, which is preferably an electric motor. Alternatively, each scraper roll in a scraper unit 4, 5, 8, 9 could be driven by its own individual propellant 7.
In the examples as shown in, for example, Figures 1 and 3, the scraper rollers 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b are driven in a scraping arrangement by the same propellant 7 via a belt or chain pull. The belt drive, chain drive or gear arrangement is preferably arranged within a casing 14 for both hygienic and safety reasons.
Figure 4 shows an embodiment of production wherein both the scraper units 4, 5 are arranged on opposite sides of the stick to scrape the skin side on the side portions of the stick 3, and the scraper units 8, 9 arranged on opposite sides of the stick to scrape the skin side on the upper and lower parts. of the stick 3, all include two scraper rolls 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b. All scraper rollers are arranged to rotate to affect the skin side with a frictional force in the direction towards the second part 3b of the stick 3.
Figure 5 shows a further advantageous embodiment of the apparatus as compared to the present invention, seen from above. As indicated in Figure 5, the apparatus comprises a guide arrangement arranged to control each scraper unit 4, 5 during their movement to apply an abutment pressure on the skin side of the stick 3. In this embodiment, the guide arrangement comprises two guide elements 15 in the form of parallel , fixed rods which are arranged substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the stick 3. A scraper unit is thus connected to these parallel rods and can be controlled and displaced relative to the rods 15 in the longitudinal direction of the rods. Alternatively, the guide elements could comprise other elements in the form of, for example, a hinge (not shown) connected to the frame of the apparatus 1 and a scraping unit, respectively, about which the scraping unit can rotate. Other suitable ways of controlling the scraper units could also be relevant to use in the present invention.
The system pressure F1 for a scraper unit is preferably controlled and controlled via one or more pressure devices 12, preferably in the form of one or more linear actuators.
This / these pressure devices 12 can, upon activation, cause the scraping roller / scraper rolls 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b in a scraper unit to be pressed against the fur animal skin on the stick 3.1 Figure 5 shows two scraping units 4, 5 which can be pressed against the stick via their own pressure device. .
The pressure can preferably be adjusted based on the characteristics of the skin. For example, it has proved advantageous to vary the plant pressure based on the sex of the animal on which especially a mink coat has been sitting. Likewise, plant pressure could be actively varied during the treatment of a fur animal skin.
As shown in Figure 5, the apparatus further comprises one or more damper devices 16 for damping movement of a scraper unit 4, 5 against and / or from the stick 3, for example caused by projections on the fur animal skin of the stick (such as projections comprising skin parts which have covered the fur animal's legs), caused by the stick 3 inadvertently making a lateral movement perpendicular to its longitudinal direction LD, or the like. Thus, the damper device / eme can absorb forces F2 towards and / or from the stick 3.
The damper device / eme 16 preferably comprises one or more linear shock absorbers as shown, comprising a cylinder and a piston which can be displaced within the cylinder, in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder. Preferably, the damper device / eme 16 absorbs shock effects in the horizontal plane toward and / or from the stick (3).
The damper device / eme is preferably designed and arranged such that it reduces compression of the pressure device / is 12 and reduces oscillations on the scraper unit / eme.
Thus, the damper device may comprise one or more shock absorbers arranged to dampen horizontal and / or vertical oscillations. Also, the damper device may comprise one or more shock absorbing means which dampen shock effects in other directions perpendicular to (and / or with components perpendicular to) the longitudinal direction of the stick 3.
It should be noted that by way of example, an apparatus comprising scraper units 8, 9 may preferably be positioned on the opposite side of the log to scrape the skin side of the upper and lower portions of the log, for example as shown in the embodiments of Figures 3 and 4. also include shock absorbing means for counteracting the movement of the scraper roll (s) and / or the scraper units 8, 9 toward or away from the stick when arranged to be in contact with the stick. Therefore, in various embodiments, the apparatus may comprise damper devices 16 which are designed to dampen impact against and away from the stick 3 on scraper units 4, 5, 8, 9 and / or their scraper rollers 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 8a, 8b , 9a, 9b.
The damper device 16 may comprise passive, shock absorbing elements, and the damper device may comprise active shock absorbers controlled by a control unit (not shown) in the apparatus 1. Such active shock absorbers could in one embodiment be implemented via a PD (Proportional-Derivative) control, a PID. (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) regulation or similar.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the log 3 may be moved in the longitudinal direction LD of the log towards the first portion 3 a of the log at a first predefined speed Y1 not higher than 0.35 [m / s], e.g., no higher than 0. 32 [m / s], such as no higher than 0.30 [m / s].
As shown in Figure 6, the apparatus may also be arranged to drive the stick at a second predefined speed Y2, where the first predefined speed V1 is lower than the second predefined speed V2. The apparatus is thus arranged to switch (preferably automatically) between the first predefined speed V1 and the second predefined speed V2 when the fur animal skin 2 on the stick 3 is in various predefined positions / ranges. In the embodiment of the production as shown in Figure 6, the apparatus 1 is arranged to drive the stick 3 at the first speed (VI) substantially from the front end of the fur animal skin 2 and until the scraper roll (s) on a scraper unit have processed and passed areas C with and around fur parts on the fur animal skin 2 which has enclosed the fur animal's legs. Then it automatically switches to the second, higher speed V2, as indicated in area D.
In a further embodiment, the stick 3 can be operated at the second speed V2 (or a third speed) until, or just before, a scraper roll on a scraper unit comes into contact with the fur animal skin on the stick (area A).
Also, in one embodiment, the stick 3 can be operated at the first V1 speed or a second predefined speed until the scraper rolls engage the skin properly, in the area B before the area C with and around the skin parts 2a, 2b. This may be relevant as it has been found that the speed of the stick can in some cases affect how well the scraper elements can grip especially the tendons and fat on the front end of the fur skin 2 when the scraper elements come into contact with the fur animal skin.
It is generally understood that the apparatus 1 preferably comprises a control unit (not shown in any figure) for controlling the abrasive pressure of the scraper rolls on the log, propulsion of the log, rotation of scraper rolls, and any further treatment of the fur animal skins and other. This further treatment may include, for example, that the apparatus 1 applies sawdust to the skin side of the fur animal skin after it has been scraped that the skin is automatically rolled by the rod after scraping and / or the like.
It should be understood, for example, that the controller may include a control system comprising appropriate parts such as a data memory, data processors, sensors input to receive data ffa, for example, measurements such as the position and / or speed of the stick and outputs of the control system to controlling the speed and / or the like of the stick, which allows the apparatus to control the speed of propulsion of the stick at various speeds.
It is, of course, understood that in embodiments the stick 3 is operated at more than two predefined different speeds, such as e.g. three different predefined speeds, four predefined different speeds or even several different predefined speeds.
Thus, a computer software product designed to be installed to control the apparatus 1 could enable the stick 3 to be operated at various predefined speeds, such as VI and V2, as indicated above. Thus, for example, this computer software product may be installed in a new apparatus 1 or optionally installed in an existing apparatus 1 as a software update to obtain the propulsion of the stick 3 at various speeds.
A non-limiting example could be that the computer program product comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Computer) program, and that the apparatus 1 thus comprises a PLC installed in a suitable way to execute the instructions specified in the program. Note, of course, that the apparatus may comprise any suitable computer-based operating system imaginable which, when the computer software product is installed in the operating system, is capable of operating the apparatus according to the instructions of the computer program to control the log at the various speeds.
Figure 7 shows an example of an area ARI of a fur animal skin, the apparatus being particularly suitable for also sufficiently scraping through one or more of the above embodiments comprising multiple scraper rolls 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b of a scraper unit 4, 5, 8, 9, via damper device (s) 16 and / or via one or more predetermined speeds on the stick 3. The area in the figure shows a section of a fur animal skin, preferably a skin of a mink, with skin parts 2a, 2b which has enclosed a leg on the mink.
