DEVICE FOR REVERSING A SUCCESSIVE BUILT UP STRING AND PROCEDURE FOR REVERSING SUCH APPLIANCES FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for wrapping a successively constructed string of composite articles, for example, pressed bales of vegetable material, in particular straw, with one or more foil webs which are dispensed from a stock conveyed in a wrapping station in a circular path around forming the end of said string, wherein the wrap s station is formed of a plurality of frame members interconnected to form a frame provided with support means intended to support the film webs to define a cross-section corresponding to the cross-section of the string being built, where the supplies are connected via a traction chain guided in guides in the frame, and where the winding station is provided with wheels intended for transporting the apparatus when this is moved from one place to another via a drawbar . The invention further relates to a method for switching such an apparatus between a working position and a transport position. The invention relates to a system which can be said to be a further development of the technique described in Danish Patent No. 173,582. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is desirable to be able to produce very large lengths of a foil wrapped string. Such a long length of a foil wrapped string is possible with the technique described in the Danish patent. According to this technology, the string is wrapped continuously, and there is only a limitation in the amount of foil which can lie in a roll in the wrapping station. However, this will not constitute a restriction on the length of the string that can be formed, simply inserting a new roll into the wrapping station and then continuing a continuous production of a wrapped string. However, this shift is rare as a roll can contain very large amounts of foil. This technique is also advantageous, because bales of different sizes can now be taken into account when packing. However, when forming stacks of bales, there will be relatively high heights on the stacks. Thus, stacks greater than 6 m in height can be operated, which are wound in a winding station. This requires that the winding station can be switched between a working position and a transport position, since transport on the road cannot take place at the height that the work station has during work on winding. Solutions are known to operate with frames in which frame parts are telescopically displaceable to switch the frame between a working position and a transport position, the upper parts of the frame being shifted upwards and downwards respectively. However, these solutions are associated with disadvantages. Especially at large winding stations with high height on the string being wound, it is difficult to establish a stable frame structure which has sufficient variation in height. Furthermore, the telescopic height adjustment will necessitate locking the pull chains before lowering the upper part of the frame to transport position or loosening the pull chains to raise the upper part of the frame to a working position. The object of the invention It is the object of the present invention to provide an apparatus and a method of avoiding problems associated with the known apparatus and where it is possible to easily switch the apparatus between working position and transport position without the need to lock / release trækkædeme. Description of the Invention According to the present invention, this object is achieved by an apparatus which is characterized in that at least a number of the frame parts are interconnected with hinge connections which allow for a mutual swing of the frame parts for a lowering / raising of the frame parts and thus a conversion of the height of the frame between a high working position and a low transport position. The method according to the invention is characterized in that there is an oscillation of the frame parts for a lowering / raising of the frame parts and thus a change of the height of the frame between a high working position and a low transport position. With a system according to the invention, a particularly simple way in which the height of the frame can be reduced from a working position to a transport position can be established, whereby vertical or approximately vertical frame parts are connected to hinge joints which enable a swing of these vertical frame parts relative to each other, whereby a lowering of the upper frame parts of the frame is established which extends horizontally and / or extends obliquely. When the frame members are pivoted relative to each other around the hinge joints, no length extension of the frame members will occur, as is known from telescopic frame parts. This means that chains will progress in their controls in the frame parts, even when there is a mutual oscillation. Thus, the chains do not need to be locked or detached when a frame is raised / lowered. The system is particularly suitable when operating with high frames. In practice, an apparatus is thus designed so that it can pack 12 so-called big balls which are placed one on top of the other with three layers of three in each, on which two big balls are placed on top of the first three layers, and where an end with a single big ball on top of the two big balls in the next largest layer. The system will also be suitable for packaging strings with different numbers of big balls. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is characterized in that the hinge connections of the frame members are oriented with a pivot axis perpendicular to the direction of transport, so that pivoting takes place in a plane parallel to the direction of transport. This provides an advantage in that the width of the apparatus is not increased. When there is a swing of the frame members with a swing in a plane parallel to the direction of transport, the upper frame part can swing forward or backward. This does not cause any increase in width and will therefore continue to make the device suitable for road transport. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is characterized in that the frame members comprise vertical frame members connecting horizontal and / or inclined frame members and that the hinge connections connect the vertical frame members. The hinge joints may also be provided by inclined frame members, but the greatest effect is obtained when it is the vertical frame members connected to the hinge joints, thereby establishing the greatest possible reduction of the work height from a working height to a transport height. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is characterized in that the frame parts are pivoted in the same direction, so that the frame is pivoted backwards or forwards in relation to the direction of transport. With this construction, a particularly simple solution is obtained, with the entire upper part of the apparatus swinging in one direction. In this way, the frame structure can be reduced to a very limited height, but an apparatus which is slightly longer in the transport direction is obtained. However, this will rarely cause problems. Alternatively, the vertical pieces may oscillate down to an approximately vertical orientation. This will only increase the length of the appliance only slightly. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is characterized in that the pivoting of the frame members takes place in opposite directions, so that the upper parts of the frame are shifted downwards. Hereby, frame parts at the front and rear end of the frame can be pivoted inwardly within the frame. This will result in a slight reduction in the height of the frame, but will in turn mean that the total transport length of the device can be kept unchanged. This can be an advantage when you want to maintain as short a transport length as possible for the device. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is characterized in that two or more hinge connections are arranged between vertical frame parts in the frame. Since the hinge connections are located in the vertical frame parts, the greatest reduction can be achieved. By using two or more hinge connections, freedom is obtained in the manner in which the oscillation can occur between the interconnected frame members. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the apparatus is characterized in that the frame forms a portal with four vertical corner columns, each formed by at least two and preferably three vertical frame parts. With a structure in which the frame is formed of four vertical corner columns, a particularly stable winding station is obtained and when the mutually pivotable frame members form these vertical corner columns, an effective height reduction is obtained. Although the invention is explained by two or three vertical frame parts, it will also be possible to use more vertical frame parts if desired. In oscillation, it will be possible to make a fold in a harmonic-like manner or an oscillation so that the frame members are all oscillated in the same direction forward or backward. According to the invention, it will also be possible to make a pivot perpendicular or with a different orientation relative to the direction of transport. However, a perpendicular out-of-plane oscillation of the frame members will result in an increased width of the apparatus, which may be undesirable in road transport. When pivoting the frame members into the frame, there may be a need for a relatively large height within a lowered frame, which may give rise to inadequate lowering of the frame. However, it is within the idea of the invention that the mutual oscillation can also occur in directions other than in a plane parallel to the direction of transport. The transport wheels may be hydraulically suspended so that they can be swung from the transport position through 90 ° to the working position. This can save a wheel set. Character description The invention will then be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a side view of a known apparatus in a modified form according to the invention and viewed in a direction perpendicular to a transport direction and in a direction parallel to a built up string; FIG. 2 is an end view of the apparatus shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a plan view of the apparatus shown in FIG. 1; FIG. Figure 4 shows a partial side view similar to Figure 1 to illustrate a modified embodiment of an apparatus according to the invention; Figure 5 is a partial view illustrating a detail of the apparatus shown in Figure 4; 6 shows the apparatus shown in FIG. 4 in combination with a built-up string of wrapped articles; FIG. Fig. 7 is a side view similar to Fig. 1 illustrating an embodiment of an apparatus according to the invention having the frame in a raised working position; 8 is a side view of the apparatus shown in FIG. 7 with the frame in a lowered transport position; and FIG. 9 shows a principle sketch for illustrating a further embodiment of an apparatus according to the invention with the frame in a lowered working position. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the various figures of the drawing, identical or similar elements will be designated by the same reference numerals. Thus, no specific explanation will be given for each figure. The general operation of foil wrapping will be explained in connection with Figures 1-6, which shows an apparatus known from DK 173582 where hinge connections are schematically drawn which enable a conversion according to the present invention. The operation of the known apparatus for foil wrapping will be analogous to the operation used in an apparatus according to the invention. In the figures, the hinge connections are indicated by the reference numeral 30. Frame parts used to construct the frame of the winding station are designated by reference numerals 31-36. The particular operation of the apparatus according to the invention will be explained with reference to Figures 7-9. In Figures 1-3, a first embodiment of an apparatus according to the invention is illustrated, in which certain parts are omitted for the sake of clarity. The apparatus comprises a frame 1, provided with wheels 2, which is intended for transporting the apparatus as it is moved from one place to another via a drawbar 3. The frame is provided with other wheels 4, which are working wheels, which are actively used when the apparatus is used for foil wrapping. When the apparatus is used, the transport wheels 2 can be disassembled or pivoted to a position where they do not interfere with the operation of the apparatus. Four transport wheels 2 are shown at the rear end of the apparatus, two wheels 2 being arranged on each side of the apparatus. Alternatively, only one wheel 2 can be used on each side. Alternatively, the transport wheels 2 at the rear end of the apparatus may be hydraulically suspended so that they can be pivoted from the shown transport position through 90 ° to a working position. This allows you to save a wheel set at the rear end of the device while avoiding disassembly work. Thus, after pivoting, the wheels 2 will assume the working position shown by element 4 at the rear end of the apparatus. Work wheels 4 will still be needed at the front end of the device. On the frame 1 of the apparatus, a plurality of support members 5 are provided, which are intended to support a film web 6 (see Figure 4), and are positioned to define a cross-section corresponding to the cross-section of the string to be built. In the illustrated form, the apparatus has a device which is based on placing the articles in a stack consisting of five single objects 7 (see Figure 4). The articles 7 will preferably be straw bales. These are placed in pairs on top of each other and with the fifth placed approximately centrally on the other objects 7. Shear means 8 are provided at the lower side of frame 1. These displacement means 8 comprise a press plate 9 intended for abutment against a side face of an object 7. The press plate 9 is connected to a piston 10 which can be ejected from a cylinder. 11, which is fixedly mounted on the frame 1. The stroke from the cylinder 11 is arranged to correspond to the width of an object, so that the object can be pushed to a position at an outer end 12 of the support members 5. In the illustrated embodiment, the apparatus is provided with a hydraulic pump 13 which is used to drive the cylinder / piston units 10, 11. The hydraulic pump 13 can also be used to drive a hydraulic motor 14 (only one is illustrated in Figure 2) intended for driving an endless chain 15 running around end wheels 16 such that one race 17 on the chain 15 will abut the foil and assist it to be displaced along the support members 5 when the motor 14 is activated for synchronous movement and speed of movement and the speed of the press plates 9. This movement is activated simultaneously with the foil wrapping being performed by a wrapping apparatus 18 (see Figure 4). In Figures 1-3, it is seen that the support members 5 comprise spear-like means which are freely bearing in the direction away from the wrapping section 19, in which the wrapping station 18 (see Figure 4) is displaced in its circumferential path. As can be seen in Figure 6, the support members 5 have a free-bearing length 20 which corresponds to the width 21 of an object placed in extension of a pre-formed string. In Figure 4, the winding station 18 is illustrated. This includes a roll 22 of the foil web 6. The wrap station 18 also includes a brush 23 which is passed around with the roll 22 and serves to press glue-edged areas against one another to establish a tight tube shape as the wrap station 18 is guided into its circular orbit while displacing the foil on the support members. Hereby helical windings 24 are formed, as illustrated in Figure 6. The displacement is effected by the pressing plates 9 being displaced against a side surface of an object in the formed string. Hereby, the winding station is displaced relative to the formed strand 25, which is located on the ground surface 26. When the displacement is established, it will be seen that a tubular form is formed on the free-bearing support members 5, which substantially correspond to the width 21 of an object. When this occurs, objects by means of a tractor, telescopic loader or the like will be introduced into the formed tubular form which is on the support means. The articles will be placed directly on the ground surface 26, resting against the lower course of the foil 6. This deposition occurs in a section 27 located immediately after the wrap section 18. The articles 7 placed inside the tubular form need not fill it. complete. Any variation in the objects will be accommodated by having a central gap (not illustrated) next to the paired objects 7. When the objects in the middle layer or the object 7 in the upper layer are to be placed, it is preferred to have a tarpaulin 28 ( see Figure 5) which is located immediately below the foil web 6 (not illustrated in Figure 5) so that the foil web rests on the outside of the tarpaulin 28. When the article (s) is to be placed inside the formed tube having a size so that it If it is necessary to press the foil outwards, this can easily be done by pressing against the tarpaulin, which displaces the elastic foil. The tarpaulin 28 will preferably be resiliently suspended via spring systems 29. This allows the tarpaulin, which does not have a longitudinal displacement, to be displaced to fit the inner cross-section of the foil tube to the stack of articles placed inside the tube. The tarpaulin 28 will preferably be located at the upper portion, as illustrated in Figure 5. However, it may extend down the sides of the cross-section defined by the support members 5 such that it is only the lower substantially horizontal path of the foil 6. , which is exposed. When the apparatus is used and the cylinder / piston devices 10, 11 are actuated, the frame of the apparatus will be displaced relative to the string 25 located on the ground surface 26. It is thus a relatively limited weight consisting of the frame and the winding stations to be displaced relative to the heavy mass of material contained in the string. Furthermore, the material strand will be formed directly on the ground surface and thus in the displacement no distortions will occur in the foil tube, and therefore there will be no risk of cracks in the foil tube formed by the helical windings. Upon displacement, the support members 5 will be pulled out from the space between the articles and the foil webs wrapped around them. If an engine 14 and an endless chain 15 are used in conjunction with a support member, a certainty of proper displacement of the foil will be achieved for the support members, without having to rely on the film being pulled from the support members due to the contact of the foil tube. with the pre-formed strand located on the ground surface 26. Figures 7 and 8 show a schematic drawing of an apparatus according to the invention. Some of the elements are omitted so that only the necessary elements for understanding the invention are illustrated. It is seen here that the frame is made up of a horizontal frame member 31 which forms the bottom of the winding station. At each side is a short vertical frame member 32 which is connected via a hinge connection 30 to a further vertical frame member 33. The vertical frame members are connected at each end via the hinge connection 30 to a further short vertical frame member 34. The frame members 34 are fixed on each side. associated with inclined frame members 35. The inclined frame members 35 are interconnected by a horizontal upper frame member 36. Thus, frame members 34-36 can be said to constitute the upper part of the frame which has no possibility of pivoting between the frame members. Figure 8 shows how the frame members 32, 33 and 34 are pivoted relative to each other around the hinge connections 30. At the pivot, the upper frame members 34-36 are displaced backward. The wheels 2 are also hydraulically suspended in this embodiment so that it can be pivoted from the shown transport position through 90 ° to a working position. This can save a wheel set. Figure 9 shows a further schematic view of an embodiment in which, instead of a vertical frame member 33, two vertical frame members 33 ", 33" "are used both at the front and the rear of the apparatus. The vertical frame members 32, 33", 33 "" and 34 are interconnected with three hinge joints, which allow the vertical frame members 33 "and 33" "to be pivoted into the frame, thereby lowering the upper frame so that, during the lowering, no extension of the device's transport length occurs. The upper frame members 34, 35, 36 will simply be lowered in a vertical direction by the oscillation of the vertical frame members about the hinge connections 30.
