专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates to a module for modular display of objects and to a modular display made with one or with a combination of several of these modules.
[0002] Modular exhibitors of objects, particularly bookcases, are known today, formed by a plurality of rectilinear rods which can be assembled by means of fixing accessories such as brackets, screws, nuts and bolts.
[0003] These modular libraries are expandable as desired, but the need for a fastening between the components according to predetermined geometries determines on the one hand a not inconsiderable time commitment for assembly by the installer and on the other a final non-modifiable configuration to adapt to the correct display of the extremely variable formats in which the books are made.
[0004] The technical task proposed by the present invention is, therefore, to provide a module for an exhibitor of objects which allows the aforementioned technical drawbacks of the known art to be eliminated.
[0005] Within the scope of this technical task, one aim of the invention is to provide a module configured to compose a display that can be easily adapted to the nature, shape and size of the objects to be displayed.
[0006] Another object of the invention is to provide a module for exhibitor of objects that is structurally simple and easy to transport and assemble to easily and quickly compose an exhibitor.
[0007] Not the only purpose of the invention is to provide a self-supporting module that can also be used independently as a display.
[0008] The technical task, as well as these and other purposes, according to the present invention are achieved by providing a module for displaying objects characterized in that it is constituted by a thread-like self-supporting element formed by a reinforcing rod shaped in at least three different planes .
[0009] In a preferred embodiment of the invention the reinforcing rod is ribbed.
[0010] In a preferred embodiment of the invention the reinforcing rod is a single piece without joints.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the reinforcing rod has a constant diameter throughout its entire length.
[0012] In a preferred embodiment of the invention the diameter of said reinforcing rod is between 4 mm and 50 mm.
[0013] In a preferred embodiment of the invention the mechanical strength of said reinforcing rod is equal to 500 Nw / mm <2> ± 15%.
[0014] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the shaped reinforcing rod has a plane of symmetry.
[0015] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said reinforcing rod is formed by a succession of rectilinear sections in which the adjacent sections are folded at 90 ° with respect to each other.
[0016] In a preferred embodiment of the invention the reinforcing rod comprises a set of three successive sections, a first pair of successive sections having a first end extending from a first end of the triad of successive sections, and a second pair of successive sections having a first end extending from a second end of the triad of successive sections, said triad of successive tracts being configured as a "U", said first pair of successive tracts being configured to "L" and disposed on one side of the plane identified by the set of three successive sections, said second pair of successive sections being configured as "L" and arranged on said side of the plane identified by the set of three successive sections.
[0017] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said first and second pair of successive sections develop along planes parallel to each other and perpendicular to the plane identified by said tern of successive sections.
[0018] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said set of successive sections and said first and second pair of successive sides have parallel sections of equal length.
[0019] In a preferred embodiment of the invention the reinforcing bar comprises a third pair of successive sections having a first end extending from a second end of the first pair of successive sections, and a fourth pair of successive sections having a first end extending from a second end of the second pair of successive sections, said third pair of successive sections being identical and coplanar to said first pair of successive sections, said fourth pair of successive sections being identical and coplanar to said second pair of sections later.
[0020] The present invention also discloses a modular display of objects characterized in that it comprises one or more of said modules, possibly with one or more brackets resting and / or interposed between said one or more modules.
[0021] Advantageously, the module according to the invention concentrates many functions in itself.
[0022] The module, individually or in combination with other modules, can also collect objects of various formats and sizes at the same time.
[0023] The range of objects that can be exhibited can also be expanded by virtue of the possibility of placing the module with different positions on a support surface, which create different collection compartments for the objects to be displayed. The module is in fact delimited by flat faces, each of which can be placed firmly on a supporting surface and, depending on the face of the module resting on the support surface, the collection compartments of the objects to be displayed are defined.
[0024] The module has a self-supporting structure and therefore acts as a pillar in the construction of articulated displays. Thanks to this property, more modules can be overlapped and / or placed side by side to build modular exhibitors expandable as desired without any need for fixing or mounting. The single module also adds the pillar function to its intrinsic collection function.
[0025] The high flexibility of use of the module makes it possible to particularize the construction of the display unit at will by providing shelves of any shape and size or using the same objects to be displayed as shelves, if of a flat configuration such as in the case of books.
[0026] The modules can have different dimensions as well as different positions so as to further increase the number of collection solutions.
[0027] Thanks to the features and functionalities described above, it is possible to assemble the exhibitor in an extremely simple manner, modify it and transport it without requiring any specific fastening or assembly tool. The exhibitor can be expanded in successive time periods, it can be dismantled into smaller independent articulated systems and can be transferred in a single solution or to parts even without the need to remove the exposed objects. The module therefore also acts as a container for transporting objects.
[0028] The module is obtained from an extremely simple process which involves bending a thread-like element without the need for any joining or welding or fixing.
[0029] The nature and geometry of the modules allows easy storage as they can be stacked by inserting a module next to the other to obtain a compact stack of modules that facilitates the logistics of storage distribution and sale.
[0030] Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become clearer from the description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment of the display module according to the invention, illustrated only by way of non-limitative example in the attached drawings, in which:fig. 1 <SEP> shows a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the module;fig. 2 <SEP> shows a side elevation view of the module of fig. 1;fig. 3 <SEP> shows a front view of the module of fig. 1;fig. 4 <SEP> shows a plan view of the module of fig. 1;the fig. from 5 to 8 <SEP> show exhibitors obtained from various possible combinations of the modules.
[0031] With reference to the cited figures, a module is shown for the composition of an exhibitor of objects, indicated as a whole with the reference number 1.
[0032] The module 1 is constituted by a thread-like self-supporting element 2 formed by a reinforcing rod preferably ribbed of the type used in construction as a reinforcement for cement.
[0033] The filiform element 2 is shaped in at least three different planes A, B, C.
[0034] In particular the filiform element 2 is shaped in two planes A, B parallel to each other and a third plane C orthogonal to the previous planes A, B.
[0035] The shaped filiform element 2 defines a module 1 with flat faces.
[0036] The filiform element 2 has a construction symmetrical with respect to a plane of symmetry E which in the particular case is parallel and equidistant from the planes A and B.
[0037] The filiform element 2 is advantageously constituted by a ribbed reinforcing bar in a single piece without joints.
[0038] The ribbed reinforcing bar has a constant diameter throughout its entire length.
[0039] The ribbed reinforcing rod has a diameter between 4 mm and 50 mm and a mechanical strength equal to 500 Nw / mm <2> ± 15%.
[0040] The morphological and structural characteristics of the ribbed reinforcing rod give the module a high load capacity and at the same time anti-slip and anti-scratch properties thanks to which the objects are held firmly in place without risk of damage.
[0041] In the illustrated example, the ribbed reinforcing bar has a succession of rectilinear sections in which the adjacent sections are folded at 90 ° with respect to each other.
[0042] In particular, the ribbed reinforcing bar comprises a set of three rectilinear successive sections 3, 4, 5 configured in a "U" form which develops in the plane C, a first pair of successive rectilinear sections 6, 7 configured to "L" which develops in the plane A, and a second pair of successive rectilinear sections 10, 11 configured at "L" which develops in the plane B.
[0043] The first pair of successive rectilinear sections 6, 7 has a first end 8 which extends from a first end 9 of the triad of successive sections 3, 4, 5.
[0044] The second pair of successive straight sections 10, 11 has a first end 12 which extends from a second end 13 of the triad of successive sections 3, 4, 5.
[0045] The first pair of successive sections 6, 7 and the second pair of successive sections 10, 11 are arranged on the same side of the plane identified by the set of successive sections 3,4, 5.
[0046] The parallel sections 3, 5, 7, 11 of the triad of successive sections 3, 4, 5, of the first pair of successive sides 6, 7, and of the second pair of successive sides 6, 7, 10, 11 have an equal length.
[0047] The ribbed reinforcing bar comprises a third pair of successive rectilinear sections 14, 15 which develops in the plane A and has a first end 16 which extends from a second end 17 of the first pair of successive sections 6, 7, and a fourth pair of successive rectilinear sections 18, 19 which develops in the plane B and has a first end 20 which extends from a second end 21 of the second pair of successive sections 10, 11.
[0048] The third pair of successive sections 14, 15 is identical to the first pair of successive sections 6, 7, just as the fourth pair of successive sections 18, 19 is identical to the second pair of successive sections 10, 11.
[0049] Finally, the ribbed reinforcing bar comprises a fifth pair of successive rectilinear sections 22, 23 which develops in the plane A and has a first end 24 which extends from a second end 25 of the third pair of successive sections 14, 15, and a sixth pair of successive rectilinear sections 26, 27 which develops in the plane B and has a first end 28 which extends from a second end 29 of the fourth pair of successive sections 18, 19. The fifth pair of successive sections 22, 23 it is identical to the first and third pair of successive sections 6, 7 and 14, 15.
[0050] The sixth pair of successive sections 26, 27 is identical to the second and fourth pair of successive sections 10, 11 and 18, 19.
[0051] The ribbed reinforcing rod therefore forms a module 1 presenting six orthogonal planar faces of which a first face is bounded by the set of successive sections 3, 4, 5, a second face is bounded by the first, third and fifth pair of successive sections, a third face is delimited by the second, fourth and sixth pairs of successive sections, a fourth face is delimited by the sections 4, 14, 18 and from the free end of the sections 23, 27, a fifth face is delimited by the sections 6, 22, 10, 26, and a sixth face is delimited by the sections 23, 27.
[0052] The series of pairs of successive sections of the ribbed reinforcing rod which rise from the opposite ends of the triad of successive sections 3, 4, 5 define two serpentines symmetrical with respect to the symmetric plane E and presenting a series of loops which delimit the collection compartments 30 parallel to the flat face of the module 1 defined by the set of three successive sections 3, 4, 5.
[0053] The size of the collection compartments 30 is determined by the length of the sections of the ribbed reinforcement rod and can therefore be planned.
[0054] In other embodiments of the invention which are not shown, the ribbed reinforcing bar can be shaped with the rectilinear sections parallel to the plane C of a different length between each other and / or with the rectilinear sections orthogonal to the plane C of different length and / or with one or more non-right angles.
[0055] In other embodiments of the invention which are not shown, the ribbed reinforcing bar can be shaped with curvilinear portions.
[0056] The module 1 can be the exhibitor itself or can be used for the composition of a display as shown in figs. from 5 to 8, which represent only some of the infinite possible combinations.
[0057] The display 31 is composed of modules 1 stacked and / or placed side by side together. The lower modules 1 rest on a support surface 32.
[0058] Between the stacked modules 1 a flat shelf 33 is interposed which is arranged parallel to the support plane 32.
[0059] In the case of a display with multiple stacks of modules 1, the brackets 33 can extend between two or more stacks of modules 1 to create a connection bridge between them.
[0060] Advantageously there is no obligation to maintain a predetermined orientation between the modules of different stacks of modules 1 and between the modules 1 of the same stack of modules 1.
[0061] This freedom of combination and orientation of the modules 1 leads to an infinite number of possible variants for the exhibitor 31.
[0062] In particular, depending on the face of the module 1 which rests on the support surface 32 or on the shelf 33, the same collection compartments 30 can be used in different ways for the collection of the objects 34. In this way it is always possible to find for the display 31 a configuration that enhances the exposure of equal or different objects 34 on one or even more exposure levels.
[0063] The exhibitor module thus conceived has a very wide versatility of use and can also be used for functions completely different from those previously indicated simply by adapting its dimensions to the specific application. For example, the module can be used as a support element, in particular as a table leg or as a chair frame in which a seating element is specially inserted and held horizontally between the loops of the reinforcing rod and in the latter in this case the intrinsic elasticity of the constituent material gives the frame a damping property that increases comfort for the user.
[0064] The module of the present invention is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept; furthermore all the details may be replaced by technically equivalent elements.
[0065] In practice, the materials used, as well as the dimensions, may be any according to the requirements and to the state of the art.
