[0001] The present invention relates to a machine for cooking. [0002] In particular, the present invention relates to a cooking machine of the type that includes an outer wrapper, within which a container for the food to be cooked is housed and a source of hot air that can be transported in the direction of such food. [0003] Such types of machines are usually portable, that is, they are small and are sometimes called fryers, small ovens or the like. [0004] In the state of the art, cooking machines of this type are known which, when used as deep fryers, require oil or fat or equivalent substances that aid cooking, in relatively small quantities. For this reason, it is usually referred to as “dry fryers”. [0005] In particular, EP1781154 describes a fryer of such a type, in which the food is contained in a container arranged in the wrapper and a particular transport of the hot air allows it to cook in the presence of a limited amount of oil. In particular, the hot air is blown into the container by means of heating adapted to generate a flow of hot air. [0006] The entry of hot air into the food container occurs from above and on one side of the container, while the outlet occurs from below. A screen to deflect the flow of hot air generated determines such a hot air path, the presence of an annular channel, obtained between the container and the casing, causes the air to escape underneath. [0007] Also, such a machine includes means for mixing the food positioned in the container that are mobile in relation to it and a shelter or vat for fatty matter, distinct from such container, but connected to it, in order to be able to transfer such matter from food during cooking. [0008] Still, small portable ovens for similar food cooking are known that include a shelter within which a container / basket in which a source of heat generation is present, arranged above and below the basket, transmitting heat from it. [0009] The Complainant observed that the fryer configuration of patent EP1781154 results in the spreading of hot air substantially tangentially to the food. In fact, the heat is distributed from an emission port arranged at a non-central point of the food container. [0010] Therefore, the distributor determines a path for distribution in the direction of the food, which is almost always tangential to it, as is easily observed in figure 2 of such patent. [0011] Also, in order to obtain effective air circulation, the return air that should, once again, be heated by means of heating, leaves the container and passes through an annular channel obtained between the container and the casing. To make the air outlet efficient, such an annular channel can be conveniently delimited. [0012] The present invention aims to overcome the above limitations by providing a machine for cooking food, of the type conventionally indicated for cooking substantially without oil, in which the distribution of hot air in the food container is more optimized. [0013] One aspect of the present invention relates to a machine for cooking food that has the characteristics of claim 1 attached. [0014] The characteristics and advantages of the machine according to the invention must be clearer and more apparent from the example of illustrative and non-limiting modality below, provided with reference to the attached figures, which illustrate, respectively: [0015] - figure 1, a perspective view of the machine in its entirety according to the present invention; [0016] - figure 2, a perspective view of the machine in its entirety without cover according to the present invention; [0017] - figure 3, a top view of the machine according to the present invention; [0018] - figure 4, a cross-sectional view of the machine according to the present invention; [0019] - figure 5, a cross-sectional view of the machine according to the present invention, particularly with the hot air flow lines drawn. [0020] With reference to the aforementioned figures, the cooking machine according to the present invention is a multifunction machine that can be used as a fryer, or as an oven for pastries, cakes, pizza and other similar food products. Also, it can be used to cook rice, soufflés, sauces, etc. [0021] This machine includes substantially an outer casing 2 adapted to accommodate a container for food to be cooked in the machine. The container is preferably cylindrical in shape and is housed in a housing of the casing of a substantially similar shape. A series of protuberances 21, which protrude from the bottom of the casing, allow the container to rest therein. [0022] The enclosure 2 is closed by a lid 5 that covers the perimeter of its shape and that is restricted to it preferably by means of a spring mechanism, which keeps the lid in a normally open position. The closing is guaranteed by means of a pressure mechanism 6 arranged on the front part of the enclosure, at its upper end. Releasing button 61 causes the cover to open. [0023] The machine also includes means 4 for mixing the food contained in the container which substantially includes a paddle 41 with a shape driven by a motor 42 and secured to the axis of such motor by means of a pin 43. Such motor is arranged under the container 3, in a special shelter and its axis enters the container through a central hole 31 obtained at the bottom of the container. [0024] The pin 43 can be released from the shaft and, therefore, the paddle and the container 3 can be extracted from the housing. [0025] Means 7, associated with such a lid 5, are provided for generating a flow of hot air in the direction of the food arranged in the container 3. Such means preferably include at least one upper heating element 71, usually including a or more electrical resistances in the shape of a ring or spiral, and at least one fan 72, adapted to generate a flow with air heated by such heating element. This fan is driven by at least one 73 motor. [0026] In the illustrated mode, the motor 73 is positioned in a special cover of the cover with the driving axis of this arranged in a vertical axis Y; the fan, which is attached to this axis, therefore rotates around this axis.
