专利摘要:
DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT CLOTHING WITH COLORFUL LAYERS AND INTEGRAL BAGS. A garment contains a laminate. The laminate contains a first colored layer, with a first color, and a second colored layer, with a second color, different from the first. The laminate includes a flap folded out at the opening at the waist, thus defining an integral and externally visible waistband with a lower edge of the waistband. In one configuration, the first layer and the second layer are coextensive at the bottom edge of the waistband. In specific configurations, the folded flap is an outward folded flap, and the first layer is inner and the second layer is outer, and the visible outer part of the waistband is colored with the first color. The distinction between the first and second colors, together with the fold, creates a visible waistband effect.

[0001] [001] Disposable absorbent underwear is in common use in today's society. For example, disposable absorbent underwear for bedwetting and bedwetting, disposable transition diapers and disposable menstrual panties are common on the market. It is desirable that these products be as similar as possible to underwear made of normal fabric. For example, users of clothing for bedwetting and bedwetting, in general, want to hide the fact that they are using these products and therefore want clothes to resemble normal fabric as much as possible. In another example, children wearing transition diapers are proud that they are no longer wearing diapers, and offering a disposable product that resembles normal underwear helps in this process. It is also important that these clothes offer a comfortable and secure fit, to provide comfort and reduce the leakage of body waste out of the absorbent clothing.
[0002] [002] For example, it is common for many products to include waistbands or straps on the legs, often with elastic, to provide a better fit, the management of leaks and the aesthetics of underwear. In a conventional approach, the waist edge of disposable absorbent clothing is folded. However, in such conventional products, the folded edge region is the same color as the rest of the waist region, and as a result, the folded waistband is generally not visible to a viewer, because the folded waistband "blends" with the color of the underlying material. In another approach, a waistband design is printed on the garment near the waist opening to resemble a separately attached waistband. However, this approach can undesirably introduce complexity to the process, equipment expenses and ink expenses. In yet another conventional method, a separate waistband material is provided and attached to the garment. Although this approach can provide a more similar appearance to underwear, in many cases, it introduces more complexity and expense to the process, and additional costs with the acquisition and stock of raw material.
[0003] [003] Therefore, there is still a need for disposable underwear that best resembles normal fabric clothing. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] [004] In response to the aforementioned needs, an improvement in disposable absorbent clothing with a full waistband was invented.
[0005] [005] In one configuration, the garment comprises a laminate. The laminate consists of a first colored layer with the first color and a second colored layer with a second color, different from the first. The laminate includes a flap folded out at the opening in the waist, thus defining an integral and externally visible waistband having a lower waistband. The inner layer and the outer layer are coextensive at the bottom edge of the waistband.
[0006] [006] In another configuration, the clothing defines a longitudinal and a transverse direction and includes a front panel at the waist, a rear panel at the waist and a crotch panel interconnecting the front and rear panels of the waist. The front waist panel is attached to the rear waist panel along a pair of transversely opposed side seams to define an opening for the waist and two openings for the legs. The front panel of the waist and the rear panel of the waist are each composed of a laminate. The laminate contains an inner layer colored with the first color and an outer layer colored with a second color, different from the first. The laminate includes a flap folded out close to the opening in the waist, thus defining an integral waistband, externally visible, with a lower edge of the waistband. The inner layer and the outer layer are coextensive at the bottom edge of the waistband. The externally visible waistband is colored with the first color.
[0007] [007] In another configuration, the clothing defines a longitudinal and a transverse direction and includes a front waist panel, a rear waist panel and a crotch panel interconnecting the front and rear waist panels. The laminate includes a flap folded over it close to the opening at the waist, thus defining an integrally externally visible waistband, with a lower edge of the waistband. The inner layer and the outer layer are coextensive at the bottom edge of the waistband. The externally visible waistband is colored with the first color.
[0008] [008] In another configuration, the clothing defines a longitudinal and a transverse direction and includes a front panel at the waist, a rear panel at the waist and a crotch panel interconnecting the front and rear panels of the waist. The front waist panel is attached to the rear waist panel along a pair of transversely opposed side seams to define an opening for the waist and two openings for the legs. The front panel of the waist and the rear panel of the waist are each composed of a laminate. Each laminate contains a first colored inner layer with the first color and a second colored outer layer with a second color, different from the first. The second layer defines an outer surface and an inner surface. The laminate includes a flap folded out close to the opening at the waist, thus defining an integral waistband, externally visible, with a lower edge of the waistband. The externally visible waistband is colored with the first color. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0018] [0018] The "Fixation" and its derivatives refer to the joining,, adhesion, connection, sewing or similar, of two elements. Two elements will be considered as connected when they are integrated with each other directly or indirectly, for example, when each is directly connected to the intermediate elements. The "Fixation" and its derivatives include permanent fixation, which can be untied or reactivated. In addition, the call can be made during the manufacturing process or by the end user.
[0019] [0019] The “Connection” and its derivatives refer to the joining, connection, sewing or similar, of two elements. Two elements will be considered as linked when they are integrated with each other directly or indirectly. For example, when each is connected directly to the intermediate elements. The “Connection” and its derivatives include permanent, untied or resettable fixation.
[0020] [0020] A description of example configurations of the garments of the present invention will now be presented. Some examples of disposable absorbent garments are absorbent underwear for adults with urinary incontinence, absorbent underwear for adolescents with enuresis, transition diapers for children, absorbent panties for menstruation, and so on.
[0021] [0021] Referring to figures 1 to 3, the invention in specific configurations is intended for a type of underwear, such as the disposable absorbent garment 10 that defines a longitudinal direction 12 and a transverse direction 14. The garment 10 includes a front panel of the waist 16, a rear panel of the waist 18 and a crotch panel 20 interconnecting the front panel of the waist 16 and the rear panel of the waist 18. The front panel of the waist 16, the waist panel 18 and the crotch panel 20 can be separated and distinct from the panels that are connected to each other. Alternatively, the front panel of the waist 16, the rear panel of the waist 18 and the crotch panel 20 can be integral with each other. The front panel of the waist 16 is connected to the rear panel of the waist 18 along a pair of transversely opposed side seams 22 to define an opening for the waist 24 and two openings for the legs 26. The side seams 22 can be reactivated or not reactable.
[0022] [0022] The front panel of the waist 16 is formed by a laminate 30, and the rear panel of the waist 18 is formed by a laminate 32. The laminate 30 of the front panel of the waist 16 and the laminate 32 of the rear panel of the waist include , each, a first layer 34 colored with a first color 35. Each laminate 30, 32 further includes a second layer of color 36, a second color 37 different from the first color. As used herein, "colored" means having a color or pattern in particular substantially over the entire area of the layer, as, for example, by virtue of being dyed, pigmented, printed or the like. Examples of “color” include, but are not limited to: dyeing beige; gray dyeing; stripe pattern; not be dyed or printed, but instead, naturally and inherently white, gray or another color. Preferably, the first layer 34 is predominantly the inner layer next to the body and the second layer 36 is predominantly the outer layer, although in some configurations this may be just the opposite. In some configurations, the first color 35 is not white and the second color 37 is white. In other configurations, the first color 35 is white and the second color 37 is not white. And in other configurations, both the first color 35 and the second color 37 are not white.
[0023] [0023] At least one of the laminates of the front panel of the waist 16 and the laminate of the rear panel of the waist 18, and preferably the two laminates, includes a folded flap 40, in the vicinity of the opening in the waist 24. The folded flap 40 defines an externally visible integral waistband 42. In certain configurations, the folded flap 40 is an outward folded flap 40. In specific configurations, laminate 30, 32 is a flap folded over itself in the vicinity of the opening in the waist 24, thus defining an integral waistband, externally visible 42. “Folded out” means folded in an external direction to the clothing user. In other configurations, the folded flap 40 is an inwardly folded flap. "Folded inward" means folded towards the wearer of the garment. “Externally visible” means visible from the surface that is not on the side of the body when the garment is worn.
[0024] [0024] The waistband 42 defines a waistband lower than the edge 44. In some configurations, such as those illustrated in figures 4 to 6, the inner layer 34 and the outer layer 36 are coextensive in the bottom edge 44. The externally visible waistband 42 is colored with the first color 35. Thus, in some configurations, an aspect more similar to ordinary garments can be achieved in disposable absorbent garments with reduced complexity and cost.
[0025] [0025] In some configurations, such as those illustrated in Fig. 5, one or more elastic bands or strings 46 are placed between the flap 40 and the rest of the laminate 30 on the front panel of the waist 16. Additional or alternatively, one or more elastic strands 46 are placed between the flap 40 and the remainder of the laminate 32 on the front panel of the waist 18. Desirably, the strands 46 transmit the retraction forces of the 30/32 laminate to create a “retracted” waistband.
[0026] [0026] In certain configurations, the first layer 34 and the second layer 36 comprise non-woven materials based on polyolefin, and each of the laminates 30, 32 comprises a layer of elastomeric film 50 between the first layer 34 and the second layer 36 In such configurations, it is preferable that the layer of elastomeric film 50 is coincident with the first layer 34 and the second layer 36 around the entire periphery of laminate 30, 32. The layer of elastomeric film 50 may be clear, transparent or opaque and can be white or colored with a non-white color.
[0027] [0027] Referring to Figs. 7 and 8, in alternative configurations, laminate 30 from the front panel of the waist 16 and / or laminate 32 from the rear panel of the waist 18, includes a first layer 34 colored with a first color 35 and also includes a second colored layer 36, a second color 37, different from the first color 35. The second layer 36 defines an outer surface 38 and an inner surface 39. The outer surface 38 faces away from the center of the intermediate laminate, while the inner surface 39 faces the center of the intermediate laminate. The first layer 34 includes a folded flap 40 in the vicinity of the opening in the waist 24, thus defining an integrally visible waistband 42, with a lower edge 44 in the waistband. In certain configurations, the flap 40 is attached to the outer surface 38 of the second layer 36, in order to define an externally visible integral waistband 42, with a lower edge 44 in the waistband.
[0028] [0028] In the exemplary configuration of Fig. 7, the folded flap 40 is an outward folded flap. The first layer 34 is inner next to the body, and the second layer 36 is an outer layer and the externally visible waistband 42 is colored with the first color 35. In one configuration, the externally visible waistband 42 is colored with the first color 35 , because the first layer 34 is colored with the first color and is folded out to cover the second layer 36, in the vicinity of the opening in the waist 24.
[0029] [0029] In the exemplary configuration of Fig. 8, the folded flap 40 is an inward folded flap. The first layer 34 is an outer layer, not next to the body, colored with a first color 35, and the second layer 36 is an inner layer, next to the body, with a second color 37, and the waistband 42 is externally visible. is colored with the first color 35. In such a configuration, although the entire outer layer 34 has the same first color, the integral waistband 42 is, however, externally visible, because in such a configuration the first (outer) layer 34 is translucent . When viewed from the outside (that is, from the surface of the piece opposite the body, when the garment is worn), the transparent outer layer 34 is supported by the folded flap 40 (which has the first color 35), in the proximity to the waist opening. In contrast, when viewed from the outside, the translucent outer layer 34 is supported by the second (inner) layer 36 (which is colored with the second color 37). As a result, although the folded flap 40 is positioned on the inside (i.e., on the body side) of the garment, an integral and externally visible waistband 42 can be created due to the contrast created by the underlying materials with different colors. In certain configurations, where the flap 40 overlaps or comes into contact with the second layer 36 (inside), the lower edge of the waistband 44 is visible externally through the first translucent layer 34 (outside). This configuration is illustrated in Fig. 8.
[0030] [0030] In some configurations, such as that illustrated in Fig. 7, one or more elastic bands or strands 46 are placed between the flap 40 and the rest of the laminate 30 on the front panel of the waist 16. Additional or alternatively, one or more elastic strands 46 are placed between the flap 40 and the remainder of the laminate 32 on the front panel of the waist 18. In certain configurations, at least one elastic strand 46 is between the flap 40 and the second layer 36 on the front panel of the waist, and at least at least one elastic cord is between the flap 40 and the second layer 36 on the back panel of the waist. Desirably, the strands 46 transmit the retraction forces of the 30/32 laminate to create a “retracted” waistband. In an alternative configuration (not shown), one or more elastic strands 46 are placed within the fold 40 of the first layer 34, without overlapping or contacting the second layer 36. In some configurations, as illustrated in Figs. 6 and 8, elastomeric materials, such as elastic strands 47, can be intercalated between the first layer 34 and the second layer 36, thus constituting a part of the laminate 30, 32.
[0031] [0031] In some configurations, the first color 35 is not white and the second color 37 is white. In other configurations, the opposite is true. And in yet other configurations, both the first color 35 and the second color 37 are not white.
[0032] [0032] We are grateful if the details of the previous configurations, given for purposes of example, are not interpreted as limitations of the scope of the present invention. Although only a few exemplary configurations of the present invention have been described in detail, those skilled in the art will easily understand that many modifications to the exemplary embodiments are possible without departing from the new teachings and advantages of this invention. Consequently, all such modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention, which is defined in the claims that follow and all equivalents of these claims. Furthermore, it is recognized that many designed configurations may not achieve all the advantages of some configurations, in particular, of the preferred configurations, however, the absence of a particular advantage does not necessarily mean that such a configuration is outside the scope of the present invention.
