[006] - the unit to obtain the unit unit weight comprises a sampling device, a feeding device, a multi-line vibrator, a storage channel, a camera, a camera controller, a light source and a device inlet, in which the quantifying packaging unit is a one-head electronic weight control packer or a multi-head electronic weight control packer, and comprises a divider channel, a feeding device, weighing feeders and a controller weighing, in which the unit to obtain the unit unit weight and all the components of the quantifying packaging unit is coordinated by a programmable controller (PLC).

[017] A method for using the electronic weight control packer for weighing according to the number of goods, characterized by the fact that the method comprises the following steps:
[018] first, establish and adjust the packaging specification of the electronic weight control packer, which is the target number of units and the unit unit count number of units to obtain the unit weight through the input device ;

[049] As a preferred embodiment, sampling device 2 is located above the exact sampling point of dividing channel 9. As a result, the individual unit weight corresponds completely with the truly packaged goods. Since the weight and size of each of the units are different, in order to prevent the tapering effect, the sampling takes place on a line instead of an exact point, in such a way that the samples are somewhat representative.
[050] A method for using the electronic weight control packer for weighing according to the number of goods as described above, characterized by the fact that this method comprises the following steps:
[051] first, establish and adjust the packaging specification of the electronic weight control packer, which is the target number of units and the unit unit count number of units to obtain the unit weight through the input device ;

Electronic weight control packer for weighing according to the number of units of a commodity comprising a storage hopper, a unit for obtaining weight per unit and a quantifier packaging unit, characterized by the fact that it additionally comprises: the unit weight gain per individual unit comprises a sampling device (2), a transport device (3), a multi-line vibrator (4), a storage drain (7), a camera (5), a camera control, a light source (6) and an input device for adjusting and establishing the number of units to be counted, a split drain (9), a feeding device (10), a weighing funnel (8 , 11) and a weighing controller (12), whose operation is coordinated by a programmable controller (PLC), in which; the weighing unit additionally comprises a counting and weighing funnel for weighing the units from the multi-line vibrator (4), wherein the counting and weighing funnel is adjusted separately or shared with one of the weighing funnels (8 , 11); the sampling device (2) is positioned on the inner side of the storage funnel (1) to collect samples from the units of the goods to be packaged and feed said samples into the transport device (3); the transport device (3) transports the units evenly on the multi-line vibrator (4); the multi-line vibrator (4) aligns all units on an internal side to prevent overlapping of aligned units and transfers said units to the storage outlet (7) through a lower door; the camera (5) and the light source (6) scan the transferred units at high speed and transfer the scan images to the camera control device to analyze the images and count the number of units; the storage drain (7) opens its lower door when the number of units reaches a predetermined number to transfer said units to the counting and weighing hopper; the programmable controller (PLC) calculates the weight per individual unit according to the number of units counted and the total weight of the collective units, and calculates the packaging weight according to the number of units specified for each of the packages to correct the weight value to be assigned through the packer; the split drain (9) is located below the storage funnel (1) and the units are fed to weighing hoppers (8, 11) below all the split drain outlet openings (9) through all devices supply (10).
