Claims (13)

1. Extractor apparatus such as a coffee machine with a scalding module (1) to receive a capsule (51) with a capsule wall and an extraction product contained inside the capsule, in which the scalding module (1) has a first part of the scalding module and a second part of the mobile scalding module in relation to the first part, wherein the first and second parts of the scalding module form a discharge device (3) for the discharge of an extraction product of the capsule, as well as an insertion device (4) for introducing an extraction fluid into the capsule, wherein the insertion device comprises at least one piercing tip (12) for piercing the capsule, characterized in that the device introduction (4) is provided with a resiliently deformable injection side seal (62) which surrounds the tip or the drilling tips (12) of the introduction device and which comprises a sealing collar (62.7) which surrounds the capsule in a positioning and retention manner, and at least one circumferential sealing lip (62.1, 62.9) and / or a circumferential sealing flap, in which at least one sealing lip or at least one sealing flap rests on a capsule surface in a linear or stripy manner and presses the capsule wall against the interior of the capsule.

Extractor apparatus according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the discharge device (3) has an extraction side seal (61) with at least one circumferential sealing flap (61.1, 61.8) and / or a circumferential sealing cord (61.2), in which the sealing flap or sealing cord rests linearly or in strips on a surface of the capsule and presses the capsule wall against an interior of the capsule.

Extractor apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by the fact that at least one sealing flap (61.8, 62.9) surrounds the capsule (51) along a circumferential surface and, depending on its elasticity , is pressed against the wall of the capsule in such a way that the capsule is retained by the seal.

Extractor apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that the injection side seal (62) has a variety of circumferential sealing flaps (61.8, 62.9), or sealing cords that in by virtue of its elasticity they press the capsule wall against an interior of the capsule, in which in each case a recess is arranged between consecutive sealing flaps or sealing strands, so that a circumferential cavity is formed between the sealing flaps or strands consecutive seals and the capsule in operational condition.

Extractor apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by the fact that at least one of the circumferential sealing flaps (61.1, 62.1) or a sealing cord is pressed against an extreme surface of the capsule and at at least one of the circumferential sealing tabs or sealing strands (61.2, 61.8, 62.9) is pressed against a circumferential surface.

Extractor apparatus according to claim 5, characterized by the fact that a plurality of circumferential sealing flaps or sealing strands (61.2, 61.8, 62.9) is pressed against a circumferential surface, in which in each case a recess it is disposed between consecutive sealing flaps or sealing strands in such a way that a circumferential cavity is formed between consecutive sealing flaps or sealing strands and the capsule in operational condition.
