专利摘要:
FOOD DISPENSER. It is a food dispenser comprising a flexible container (1) with a spout member (4) at the bottom end thereof. The bottom end of the container is supported by means of a lid support (6) that surrounds the spout member. The lid holder has a lid (8) for closing or opening the dispenser in order to discharge a fluid food product. Because the lid support has a collar (7) that is at least partially transparent, the spout member, as well as the discharge of food product from the spout member, can be readily observed by the consumer. In this way, the consumer can better control the dosage of the food product from the dispenser. 公开号:BR112013007619B1 申请号:R112013007619-4 申请日:2011-09-12 公开日:2021-03-02 发明作者:Mark Dieter Dziersk;Harry Evert Boer;James A. FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The invention relates to the field of bottom opening type food dispensers. The invention relates specifically to a bottom-opening dispenser comprising a compression container containing a viscous food product and a lid support by means of which the dispenser can be positioned in an inverted posture with the spout pointing down. The container is compressible, in such a way that the contents can be expelled by exerting pressure on the container. The cap support of the present dispenser comprises a collar located around the spout, a cap and a hinge that connects said cap to said collar, wherein at least a part of said collar is transparent. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [002] Dispensers of the type with bottom opening are positioned with the discharge opening pointing downwards. Such a model has several advantages over the other type of dispensers, the so-called top-opening dispensers. For example, the contents of the bottom opening dispenser are kept close to the discharge opening under the influence of gravity, which has the advantage that the dispenser can be emptied almost completely. In addition, the viscosity of a viscous food product such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and the like will not make it difficult to discharge because the content is readily available for dispensing. [003] Reference is made to the food dispenser as disclosed in document US-A-5460298 which comprises a transparent support that is detachably connected to its container. Said container has a bottom opening which is closed by means of a separate screw cap or click-type cap. The support itself does not have a cover. [004] The liquid detergent dispenser according to EP-A-391688 has a cover lid, the purpose of which is to dose a predetermined batch of detergent in it. The dispenser can be positioned upside down on said lid. The lid is not made as a lid holder that has a collar and a lid that can be opened or topped, nor does it have a spout being provided. [005] WO-A-2007/130563 relates to a bottom opening dispenser for gel compositions. The dispenser has a transparent dispensing cap to support the dispenser. There is no lid holder that has a collar and a lid or lid that can be opened or closed. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [006] The lid support of the bottom opening type dispensers provides a stable position of the dispenser on a surface, such as a shelf or table. In this context, the cover support generally has considerable transverse dimensions that allow a stable position to be obtained. As a result of the considerable dimensions of the collar, however, the view over the beak is difficult. The consumer, while using the food dispenser to apply the food product, therefore lacks the appropriate control over the discharge of said product. This can result in an uncontrolled release of the food product, in particular, in the case, the container is compressed very strongly. [007] The purpose of the invention is, therefore, to provide a food dispenser that allows an improved control of the discharge of the product in question from the container. This objective is achieved by means of a food dispenser which comprises: a compression vessel containing a viscous food product, said compression vessel comprising a bottom opening; a spout member connected to the lower end of the container over its bottom opening, said spout member having a spout opening through which the viscous food product is discharged; a cap support comprising a collar located around the spout member, a cap and a hinge that connects said cap to said collar, said cap support being transferable between a closed position in which the spout opening and the lid is closed, and an open position in which the spout opening and the lid are open for discharging the viscous product, said lid having a foot so that a stable support is provided to the dispenser in the closed position of the lid; wherein at least a part of said collar is transparent so that a user can observe said discharge of the fluid food product from the nozzle. [008] In the food dispenser according to the invention, the stable support of the dispenser in the inverted position is further obtained by the lid support. However, since at least part of the cap collar is transparent, the spout member can be observed by the consumer and thus also the amount of food product from the spout. The lid can also be transparent. The spout member projects from the container to the lid support, by means of which good visibility of the spout member is achieved. As a result, the consumer is now in a position to better control the amount of food product that is discharged from the container through the free opening of the spout member. In particular, the consumer is able to compress the container in a better controlled manner in order to obtain the desired amount of food product. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [009] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the bottom of the food dispenser in the closed condition. [010] Figure 2 shows the bottom of the food dispenser in the open position. [011] Figure 3 shows a side view of the open food dispenser. [012] Figure 4 shows a section through the cover support. [013] Figure 5 shows a bottom view of the cover support with dimensional details. [014] Figure 6 shows an additional realization of the cover support. DESCRIPTION OF REALIZATIONS OF THE INVENTION [015] Accordingly, the present invention provides a food dispenser comprising: a compression container containing a viscous food product, said compression container comprising a bottom opening; a spout member connected to the lower end of the container over its bottom opening, said spout member having a spout opening through which the viscous food product is discharged; a cap support comprising a collar located around the spout member, a cap and a hinge that connects said cap to said collar, said cap support being transferable between a closed position in which the spout opening and the lid is closed, and an open position in which the spout opening and the lid are open for discharging the viscous product, said lid having a foot so that a stable support is provided to the dispenser in the closed position of the lid; wherein at least a part of said collar is transparent so that a user can observe said discharge of the fluid food product from the nozzle. [016] Generally, an annular chamber is defined between the beak member and the collar. The beak member is thus clearly visible within the annular chamber, through which the egress of the food product is easily observed. For example, a suitable chamber is obtained if the inner diameter of the bottom end of the collar is at least 2 times larger than the outer diameter of the bottom end of the beak member. The beak member itself may be transparent or translucent, although preference is given to a non-transparent beak member. Similarly, the container can be both transparent and non-transparent. [017] The necklace can be partially transparent; for example, at least 50% of the necklace can be transparent. Preferably, at least 80% of the necklace is transparent, more preferably at least 90% of the necklace is transparent and with the utmost preference that the complete necklace is transparent. [018] According to another preferred embodiment, the cover holder that includes collar, cover and hinge is transparent. [019] In order to allow careful dosing of the viscous food product that is contained inside the compression container, the spout opening preferably has an internal diameter of less than 1 cm, even more preferably of less than 6 mm, with the maximum preference of less than 4 mm. Typically, the nozzle opening has a diameter of at least 0.3 mm, even more preferably at least 0.5 mm. [020] After the food dispenser has been used several times, very small remnants of the food product may adhere to the outside of the spout opening. Such very small amounts generally do not detract from the overall appearance of the food dispenser. However, in this case, it would be quite undesirable for such amounts to drip further into the chamber and along the outside of the spout member, for example, as a result of an inverted position of the food dispenser. For the purpose of preventing such a drip from occurring, protection can be provided inside the annular chamber. This protection extends between the outside of the beak member and the inside of the collar, in such a way that possible drips are prevented from entering the chamber. The protection can be located at the lower end of the collar and the spout, in order to achieve the maximum effect. Preferably, the protection is also transparent. [021] The container can comprise a neck that surrounds the bottom opening of the same, such that the spout member and / or the collar can be detachably connected to the neck, for example, by through a screw connection. The lid holder can be connected to the container according to several possibilities. Preferably, the cap support is connected to the spout member, such as by molding. The lid support can be formed in one piece, such as by injection molding. Alternatively, the cap support can be assembled from different parts, for example, gluing, welding and the like. [022] The quality of the food product in the flexible container can be guaranteed by providing the bottom opening with a release seal. The consumer removes this seal before use; up to that end, the cap support comprising the spout and cap being removable from the container. After the seal has been released, the lid holder is put back into the flexible container. [023] The cover holder can have any shape, for example, a cylindrical shape. In particular, the lid support may have a non-cylindrical shape defined by mutually perpendicular top width dimensions T1, T2 and mutually perpendicular bottom width dimensions B1, B2, with at least one of the top width dimensions being less than a corresponding one of said bottom width dimensions. The relatively wide bottom end of the lid support and the correspondingly wide support face of the lid provide stable support for the dispenser. Preferably, the ratio of a bottom width dimension B1, B2 to a corresponding top width dimension T1, T2 is in the range of 2: 1 to 1.1: 1. In this case, the top and bottom of the lid support are circular (B1 = B2, respectively T1 = T2), the ratio of the top diameter and the bottom diameter can be in the same range from 2: 1 to 1.1: 1. Alternatively, the bottom of the lid support may also have a non-circular shape, such as oval or elliptical. In addition, the top of the lid support may be non-circular in shape, for example an oval shape or elliptical shape, etc. The ratio of a bottom width dimension B1, B2 to the height dimension H of the cover holder can be in the range of 1: 1 to 3: 1. [024] The necklace can also have similar shapes. The top end of the collar may be narrower than the bottom end of the collar. In addition, the collar may have a circular or non-circular top end and bottom end. [025] For the purpose of providing an appropriate connection between the cap, in its closed position and the collar, the cap may comprise an annular flange or ring that engages the bottom end of the collar in the closed position of the cap. In addition, the lid may comprise a stop which engages the nozzle opening in the closed position of said lid. The nozzle is thus closed as soon as the lid is transferred to the closed position. [026] The food dispenser is preferably manufactured from plastic material. In particular, the cap support and the spout member consist of plastic material. The term "transparent", as used previously, refers to the ability to transfer light from the material from which the necklace was manufactured. It will be understood that the best result for visualizing the discharge of the food product is obtained in the event that said material is highly transparent. As an example, the material of the cover holder can transmit at least 60% or even at least 80% of the incident light. More preferably, at least 90% of the incident light is transmitted, even more preferably at least 95% of the incident light is transmitted and with the most preference that at least 99% of the incident light is transmitted. [027] It is noteworthy that the dispenser with bottom opening, as previously discussed, can have text and image prints on the outside of it for information to the consumer. Such impressions will be readily apparent if the dispenser is oriented according to the nominal position with the bottom opening pointing downwards. However, it is not excluded that the dispenser can also be oriented with the bottom opening pointing upwards, for example, during transport or even in the store or on display at the retailer's location. [028] The viscous food product comprised by the compression vessel typically has a viscosity at 20 ° C and a shear rate of 10 s-1 of at least 1.0 Pa.s. More preferably, the food product has a viscosity under these conditions of at least 5.0 Pa.s, even more preferably of at least 8.0 Pa.s and with the most preference being at least 10.0 Pa.s. Examples of viscous food products that can be advantageously packaged in the present dispenser include mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. [029] The invention will now be described further with reference to making the food dispenser as shown in the drawings. [030] The food dispenser as shown in the Figures comprises a compression container 1, preferably of a flexible plastic material, which has an upper wall 2 and a container neck 3 at the lower end. In the neck 3, a nozzle member 4 is mounted by means of threaded screws 16 as shown in the section of Figure 4. Said nozzle member 4 has a through channel that at the upper end connects to an opening 14 in the neck of the container 3 and that at the bottom end has a nozzle opening 5. As shown in Figure 4, a plastic valve 18, for example, of silicone, is applied from the nozzle opening 5. The valve 18 has a slit 19, which can be executed as a slit of transversal shape, through which the food product is discharged. [031] A cap support 6 is provided around the spout member 4. This cap support stand 6 is transparent and consists of collar 7 and cap 8. Collar 7 has an upper end that is connected to the spout member 4 through the mold seam 17 and a lower end. The spout member 4 protrudes downwardly on the cap support 6 and, in particular, on the collar 7 thereof. By means of the elastic hinge 9, the cover 8 is suspended from the lower end of the collar 7. The cover 8 has a cover wall 11 and an upper circumferential ring 10 which, in the closed position of the cover 8, engages with the end bottom of collar 7, for example, through a click or snap connection. The lower circumferential ring 23 of the lid forms a flat support for the dispenser, in the closed condition of the lid 8. [032] In addition, the cover has a stop 12 on its interior surface. In the closed position of the lid 8, said stop 12 engaging the nozzle opening 5 of the nozzle member 6 in order to close the nozzle member and prevent the egress of the food product from the container. [033] At the free end of the neck 3, a seal 15 was applied to protect the food product (not shown) in container 1 against loss of quality, tampering etc. Before use, the seal must be removed from the neck. Up to that end, the cap support 6 together with the spout member 4 are unscrewed from the neck 3; after removing the seal, the cap support and the nozzle member 4 are re-fitted to the neck 3. [034] A chamber 13 is defined between the spout member 4 and the collar 7. Through the transparent material of the collar 7, the consumer can easily observe the spout member 4 and the food product that is discharged from the spout member 4 thus enabling better control of the dispensing function. [035] The cover support can be executed in different formats. The lid support can, for example, have a non-circular shape, with mutually perpendicular top dimensions T1 and T2 that are different from each other. Thus, the top can be, for example, elliptical or oval and the like. Alternatively, the top dimensions T1 and T2 can be the same, so that the top of the lid support is circular (see Figure 5). In addition, the mutually perpendicular bottom dimensions B1 and B2 can be different, for example, elliptical or oval and similar or the same. The collar 7, as part of the cap support 6, can also have corresponding circular or non-circular shapes at its top and bottom ends. In addition, the top end of the collar may be narrower than the bottom end of the collar. [036] In the realization of Figure 6, a transparent shield 20 extends between the nozzle member 4 and the collar 7. The outer border 22 of the shield 20 joins the interior of the collar 7 and the inner border 21 of the shield 20 it joins the outside of the nozzle member 4. Any drips that may be collected near the nozzle opening 5 are thus prevented from entering chamber 13 between the nozzle member 4 and the collar 7. Thus, the overall appearance of the nozzle food dispenser will not be harmed by the remains of the food product that adhere to the outside of the beak member. In particular, in this case, the nozzle member 4 is non-transparent, drips will hardly be noticed near the opening of nozzle 5.
