[00011] Figure 10 is a perspective view of the packaging package assembled according to the representative modality of the disclosure. [00012] The corresponding parts are designated by the corresponding reference numbers in the course of the drawings. Detailed Description of Representative Modalities [00013] This description relates in general to packaging packages containing articles such as containers, bottles, cans, etc. The articles can be used for packaging food and drinks, for example. The articles can be made from materials suitable in their composition, for the packaging of the particular food or drink item, and the materials include, but are not limited to, aluminum and / or other metals, glass, plastics, such as PET, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, PVC, EVOH and nylon, and the like, or any combination thereof. [00014] The packaging packages according to the present invention can accommodate articles of any shape. For the purpose of illustration and not for the purpose of limiting the scope of the description, the detailed description presented below describes beverage containers (for example, glass beverage bottles) as arranged within the packaging packaging. In that specification, the terms "bottom", "top" and "top" indicate specific guidelines for fully assembled and upright packaging packages. [00015] Figure 1 is a plan view of the outer side 1 of a blanket for forming the packaging package, generally indicated at 3, used to form a packaging package 5 (Fig. 10) according to a representative embodiment of this disclosure. The packaging package 5 can be used to accommodate a plurality of articles, such as containers C (Fig. 9). In the illustrated embodiment, the packaging package 5 is sized to accommodate 12 C containers in a single layer in a 3x4 arrangement, although only nine of the 12 containers are shown in the packaging package of Figure 9. It is understood that the packaging package 5 can be sized and configured to accommodate containers in the same or different quantity, in more than one layer and / or in different row / column arrangements (for example, 1x6, 3x6, 2x6x2, 4x5, 3x5, 2x9, 2x6, 3x3, etc.). ) In one embodiment, the packaging package 5 has a dispenser 7 for access to containers C contained in the packaging package. In the illustrated embodiment, the packaging package 5 is a handle, generally indicated at 11 for the handling and transportation of the packaging package. As will be discussed in more detail below, the packaging package 5 includes an insert 205 formed from a blanket forming insert 203 to reinforce the packaging package. In addition, the characteristics of the insert-forming blanket 203 and the blanket-forming blanket 3 form a container containment structure 13 to restrict the movement of containers C. [00016] As shown in Figure 1, the blanket for forming the packaging package 3 has a longitudinal axis LI and a lateral axis L2. The blanket for forming the packaging package 3 comprises an upper panel 10 foldably connected to a first side panel 20 in a first side folding line 21. A lower panel 30 foldably connects to side panel 20 in a second folding line 31. A second side panel 40 foldably connects to the bottom panel 30 on a third side folding line 41. [00017] In the illustrated embodiment, the packaging blanket forming blanket 3 comprises a corner reinforcement flap 50 foldably connected to the top panel 10 in a fourth side folding line 52. The corner reinforcement flap 50 includes four panels or portions 54, 56, 58, 60 which are independently positionable on the respective fold lines 52, 57, 59, 65. In the illustrated embodiment, the first portion 54 of the corner reinforcement flap 50 has corner end flaps 82, 84 The corner reinforcement tab 50 can be otherwise shaped, arranged and / or configured, without departing from the disclosure. In alternative embodiments, the packaging blanket forming blanket 3 can be arranged so that the top panel 10 foldably connects to both the first and second side panels 20, 40, or the packaging blanket forming blanket 3 may have other alternative panel arrangements. [00018] The top panel 10 foldably connects to a first top end flap 12 and a second top end flap 14. The first side panel 20 foldably connects to a first side flap 22 and a second flap side 24. The bottom panel 30 foldably connects to a first lower end flap 32 and a second lower end flap 34. The second side panel 40 foldably connects to a first side flap 42 and a second side flap 44. When the packaging package 5 is assembled, the top and bottom end flaps 12 and 32, the side end flaps 22 and 42, and the corner end flap 82 close a first end 51 of the packaging pack , and the upper and lower end flaps 14 and 34, the side end flaps 24 and 44, and the corner end flap 84 close a second end 53 of the packaging package. According to an alternative embodiment of the present description, different flap arrangements can be used to at least partially close the ends 51, 53 of the packaging package 5. [00019] The upper and lower end flaps 12 and 32 and side end flaps 22 and 42 extend along a first marginal area of the forming blanket of packaging 3, and connect in a foldable manner in a first line of longitudinal folding 62, which extends along the length of the blanket of the packaging. The upper and lower end flaps 14 and 34 and the side end flaps 24 and 44 extend at least partially along a second marginal area of the packaging blanket forming blanket 3, and are foldably connected to a second longitudinal folding line 64 that extends at least partially along the length of the blanket forming the packaging. The longitudinal fold lines 62, 64 can, for example, be substantially straight, or shifted in one or more positions so as to contribute to the blanket thickness or other factors. [00020] In the illustrated embodiment, the blanket for forming the packaging package 3 comprises features so as to form the packaging package 5 having tapered ends 51, 53. That is, the blanket includes diamond-shaped corner panels 67, 69 which connect the respective side end flaps 22, 42, 24, 44 to a respective first side panel 20 and second side panel 40. The diamond-shaped corner panels 67, 69 are configured to allow the upper end flaps 12, 14 and the side end flap portions 22, 42, 24, 44 in contact with the respective top flaps 12, 14 (for example, the top end flap portions) at the respective ends 51, 53 tapering inwardly relative to the top panel 10. The bottom panel 30 is more elongated in the L2 direction than the top panel 10. Thus, containers C having a wider bottom B and a narrower top T can be removed. be kept firmly in the packaging. In particular, the bottoms B of the containers C adjacent to the side panels 20, 40 and the ends 51, 53 are restrained by the respective side panels and the ends, and the adjacent T ends of the ends 51, 53, are restricted by the respective tapered upper portions. 81, 83 of the respective ends 51, 53 (Fig. 10). In alternative embodiments, the packaging package 5 may be otherwise shaped, arranged and / or configured. For example, ends 51, 53 can taper inward from a respective edge of the bottom panel 30 to a respective edge of the top panel 10, any suitable portion of the ends 51, 53 can taper inward, or the ends can generally extend vertically. [00021] As shown in Figure 1, the features forming the handle 11 of the packaging package 5 comprise a first elongated handle flap 71 foldably connected to the top panel 10 on a side folding line, 73, and a second flap flap. elongated handle 75 foldably connected to the top panel in a lateral fold line 77. The handle 11 can be otherwise shaped and positioned in the packaging 5 without departing from the scope of the present invention. [00022] Figure 2 illustrates the insert forming blanket 203 used to form the reinforcement insert 205 (Fig. 8) for use in the packaging package 5. In the illustrated embodiment, the reinforcement insert 203 includes a central panel 206, two reinforcement end flaps 212, 214, respectively foldably connected to the central panel 206 in the respective folding lines 215, 217 at opposite ends of the central panel 206. The central panel 206 has two handle openings 216, 218 with a tongue 220 that extends adjacent the loop opening 218. The insert forming blanket 203 has a first side reinforcement flap 219 and a second side reinforcement flap 221 foldably connected to the center panel 206 on the respective fold lines 223, 225 on opposite sides of central panel 206. The second side reinforcement flap 221 is also defined by two cuts 226 at the respective ends of fold line 225. [00023] In the illustrated embodiment, the second side reinforcement flap 221 has a handle opening 229 with a first handle flap 231 foldably connected to the second side reinforcement flap 221 along a fold line 232. A second flap handle 233 foldably connects to the second side reinforcement flap 221 on a folding line 234. The handle openings 216, 218 on the center panel 206 and the handle opening 229 and the handle flaps 231, 233 on the second flap side reinforcement 221 cooperate with the handle flaps 71, 75 on the top panel 10 to form the handle 11 (Fig. 4). The second side reinforcement flap 221 may further include two internal edge reinforcement flaps 236, 238 foldably connected to the second side reinforcement flap 221 along the respective fold lines 215, 217. In the illustrated embodiment, the first side flap reinforcement 219 comprises three panels or portions, including a proximal portion 237, an intermediate portion 239, and a distal portion 241, which are independently positioned on the respective fold lines 243, 245. In alternative embodiments, the reinforcement insert 205 it may be otherwise modeled, arranged and / or configured. [00024] As shown in Figures 3 to 9, in a representative embodiment, the packaging package 5 can be assembled by adhering the flap portion 60 of the corner reinforcement flap 50 to the top panel 10 with the application of glue 262 (Fig . 3). The corner reinforcement flap 50 is folded around the fold line 57 in the direction of the arrow A1 (Fig. 3) so that the end flap portion 60 is in face-to-face contact with the top panel 10 (Fig. 5). As shown in Figures 4, the insert forming blanket 203 is adhered to the top panel 10 of the packaging blanket forming blanket 3 on an inner surface 4 of the packaging blanket forming blanket. Glue can be applied in rows 275, 277, 279, 281 (Fig. 2) to the inner surface of the central panel 206 before placing the insert forming blanket 203 in face-to-face contact with the top panel 10. The forming blanket insert 203 is positioned on the top panel 10, so that the fold line 225 is adjacent to the free edge 263 (Fig. 5) of the end flap portion 60 of the corner reinforcement flap 50 and the handle openings 216 , 218 are generally aligned with the respective handle flaps 71, 75 on the top panel 10. The insert forming blanket 206 can be fixed in alternative ways to the top panel 10, without departing from the disclosure. [00025] In the illustrated embodiment, the reinforcement insert 203 is attached to the top panel 10 of the blanket for forming the packaging package in order to keep the side reinforcement flaps 219, 221 free from being attached to the blanket forming the packaging packaging 3. As shown in Figure 4, the second side reinforcement flap 221 is folded around the fold line 225 in the direction of arrow A2 such that the second side reinforcement flap 221 is in face-to-face contact with the central panel 206 The second side reinforcement flap 221 can be attached to the center panel 206 with the handle opening 229 and the handle flap 231 is generally aligned with the handle opening 216 on the central panel 206 and the handle flap 71 on the panel top 10. The handle flap 233 on the second side reinforcement flap 221 is generally aligned with the handle opening 218 on the central panel 206 and the handle flap 73 on the upper panel 10. Thus, the central panel 206 and the second side reinforcement flap 221 reinforce the handle 11 of the packaging 5. [00026] As shown in Figure 5, the first side reinforcement flap 219 can be folded around fold line 243 in the direction of arrow A3 to the side reinforcement flap 219 as shown in Figure 6, such that the intermediate portion 239 and the distal portion 241 of the first side reinforcement flap 219 are at least partially in face-to-face contact with the central panel 206. In one embodiment, a part of the distal portion 241 of the first side reinforcement flap 219 can be temporarily fitted under the tab 220 on central panel 206 (Fig. 6). As shown in Figure 7, glue can be applied to the inner surface of the distal portion 241 of the side reinforcement flap 219 in a row 268. The top panel 10, with insert 205 partially assembled, can be folded around the fold line. 21 in the direction of arrow A4, so that the distal portion 241 of the first side reinforcement flap 219 is connected to the side panel 20 by the glue row 268. In addition, the second side reinforcement flap 221 and the corner reinforcement flap 50 are placed face to face with the side panel 20, when the top panel is folded down from the position of Figure 7. [00027] In the illustrated embodiment, the second side panel 40 and the lower panel 30 of the blanket forming blanket 3 are folded along the fold line 31 so that the top portion of the second side panel 40 can be glued in face-to-face contact with the outer surface of the first portion 54 of the corner reinforcement flap 50. As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the forming blanket of the packaging 3 and the reinforcement insert 205 are further positioned and transformed into a generally open-ended sleeve 305. The blanket for forming packaging package 3 can be folded around fold lines 21, 31, 41, 52 to position side panels 20, 40, top panel 10 and bottom panel 30 so as to form the sleeve 305 with an interior 306. The corner reinforcement tab 50 is configured to stabilize the row of containers C which is adjacent to the second side panel 40. As shown in F Figures 8 and 9, the second portion 56 and the third portion 58 of the corner reinforcement tab 50 remain detached from the forming blanket of the packaging package 3 (for example, the top panel 10 and the side panel 40). Accordingly, the second portion 56 can generally extend inwardly from the second side panel 40, and the third portion 58 can generally extend upwardly from the second portion 56 to the fourth portion 60, which is in face-to-face contact. with the top panel 10. As shown in Figure 9, at least the sides of the top portions T of the containers C can touch at least the third portion 58 of the corner reinforcement flap 50 in order to stabilize the containers in the packaging package 5 The corner reinforcement tab 50 can be otherwise shaped, arranged, configured and / or omitted, without departing from the disclosure. [00028] In the illustrated embodiment, the first side reinforcement flap 219 disengages from the tongue 220 as the sleeve 305 is assembled, and the first side reinforcement flap 219 generally extends downwards from the central panel 206 of the insert 205 in one so as to reinforce the row of containers C adjacent to the first side panel 20. The distal portion 241 of the first side reinforcement flap 219 is adhesively fixed in contact face to face with the first side panel 20, as described above. The intermediate portion 239 and the proximal portion 237 are free of attachment to either side panel 20 or upper panel 10 of the blanket forming blanket 3 such that at least the sides of the top portions T of the containers that are adjacent to the first side panel 20 may contact the intermediate portion 239 and / or the proximal portion 237. The intermediate portion 239 can extend upwardly from the distal portion 241 and be positioned at an oblique angle to the side panel 20 and the upper panel 10, and the proximal portion 237 can extend upwardly from the intermediate portion 239 and be positioned at an oblique angle to the upper panel 10 and the side panel 20. The proximal portion 237 and the intermediate portion 239 can be positioned at the same oblique angle or at different oblique angles. The reinforcing characteristics of insert 205 can be otherwise shaped, arranged, configured and / or omitted, without departing from disclosure. [00029] As shown in Figures 8 and 10, the first end 51 of the packaging package 5 can be closed by respectively overlapping and adhering the side end flaps 22, 42, the top and bottom end flaps 12, 32, and the corner end flap 82. As the upper end flap 12 is folded down, the upper end flap 12 contacts the reinforcement end flap 212, which in turn contacts the inner reinforcement end flap 236. Therefore, the upper end flap 12 folds the reinforcement end flap 212 and the inner reinforcement end flap 236 downward as the first end 51 is closed. At least the upper end flap 12, the reinforcement end flap 212, the inner reinforcement end flap 236, and the upper portions of the side end flaps 22, 42 are angled inwardly at the first closed end 51. [00030] In the illustrated embodiment, the second end 53 has characteristics similar to those of the first end 51 and can be closed in substantially the same way as the first end 51. The second closed end 53 is shown in Figure 10. Containers C can be loaded into the packaging package 5 after closing one end 51, 53, or before closing either end. At least the upper end flap 14, the reinforcement end flap 214, the inner reinforcement end flap 238, and the upper portions of the side end flaps 24, 44 are angled inwardly at the second closed end 53. Alternatively, the second end 53 can be otherwise configured or closed, in a different way than the first end 51, without departing from the scope of the disclosure. In addition, alternative assembly, loading and closing steps can be used without departing from the scope of the disclosure. [00031] In the illustrated embodiment, the top portions T of the containers C which are adjacent to the first end 51 and the second end 53 can touch the respective tapered top portions 81, 83 of the respective closed ends 51, 53 to assist in the containment of the containers . Therefore, containers adjacent to the first closed end 51 may contact at least the top end flap 12, the reinforcement end flap 212, the inner reinforcement end flap 236, and the upper portions of the side end flaps 22 , 42, and containers C adjacent to the second closed end 53 contact at least the upper end flap 14, the reinforcement end flap 214, the inner reinforcement end flap 238, and the upper portions of the side end flaps 24 , 44. [00032] The first side reinforcement flap 219, the insert 205 and the corner reinforcement flap 50 form the container containment structure 13, as shown in Figures 8 and 9. Therefore, the first side reinforcement flap 219 and the corner reinforcement flaps 50 provide containment for the top T parts of containers C which are adjacent to side panels 20, 40 of the packaging package 5. In this way, the container containment structure 13 cooperates with the tapered portions of the ends 51 , 53 in order to prevent excessive movement of containers C contained in the packaging 5. [00033] In the illustrated embodiment, the side reinforcement tab 221 overlaps the characteristics of the handle 11 to reinforce the handle and increase the resistance of the packaging package 5. The characteristics of handle reinforcement by the insert 205 can be otherwise modeled , arranged, configured and / or omitted, without departing from disclosure. [00034] Blankets according to the present invention can, for example, be formed from coated cardboard and similar materials. For example, the inner and / or outer sides of the blankets can be coated with a clay-like coating. The clay type coating can be printed with product information, advertising, price coding, and other information or images. The blankets can then be coated with a varnish in order to protect any printed information on the blanket. The blankets can also be coated with, for example, a moisture barrier layer, on one or both sides of the blanket. In accordance with the modalities described above, blankets can be constructed of cardboard material of a thickness such that it is heavier and more rigid than ordinary paper. Blankets can also be constructed of other materials, such as cardboard, rigid paper, or any other material that has suitable properties to enable the packaging package to function at least as in the general manner described herein. The blankets can also be laminated or coated with one or more sheet-like materials, applied over selected panels or panel sections. [00035] According to the above described modalities of the present disclosure, a folding line can be any form of substantially linear fragility, although not necessarily straight, which facilitates folding around it. More specifically, but not for the purpose of reducing the scope of the present description, fold lines include: a crease line, such as lines formed with a blunt marking knife, or the like, which creates a crushed portion in the material around along the desired line of fragility; a cut that extends partially into the material along the desired line of weakness, and / or a series of cuts that extend partially in and / or completely along the length of the material along the desired line of weakness; and various combinations of these characteristics. [00036] As an example, a tear line may include: a slit that extends partially into the material along the desired line of fragility, and / or a series of spaced slits that extend partially in and / or completely through the material along the desired line of fragility, or various combinations of these resources. As a more specific example, a type of tear line is in the form of a series of spaced slits that extend completely through the material, with adjacent slits being slightly apart, so that an incision (for example, a piece of material from similar to small bridges) is defined between adjacent cracks to typically connect the material along the tear line. The incisions are broken during the tear along the tear line. The incisions are typically a relatively small percentage of the tear line, and alternatively, the incisions can be omitted or torn in a tear line, such that the tear line is a continuous cut line. That is, it is within the scope of the present disclosure for each of the tear lines to be replaced with a continuous slit or the like. For example, a cut line can be a continuous slit or it can be wider than a slit without departing from the present description. [00037] The above modalities can be described as having one or more panels adhered together by gluing during the erection of the packaging packaging modalities. The term "glue" is intended to cover all types of adhesives normally used to hold the packaging packaging panels in place. [00038] The previous description of the disclosure illustrates and describes several modalities. As several changes can be made in the construction above without departing from the scope of the description, it is intended that all the material contained in the description above or shown in the attached drawings should be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense. In addition, the scope of this description covers various modifications, changes, combinations, etc., of the modalities described above, which are within the scope of the claims. In addition, disclosure shows and describes only selected modalities of disclosure; however, the revelation is capable of use in several other combinations, modifications and environments, and is capable of alterations or modifications, safeguarding the scope of the inventive concept as expressed here, taking into account the guidelines above, and / or that are contained in the experience or knowledge of the relevant technique. In addition, certain characteristics and aspects of each modality can be selectively exchanged and applied to other illustrated and non-illustrated modalities of the present disclosure.
