description
[001] The present invention relates to a device that can be used on the user's body to provide vacuum for clinical uses, especially for the vacuum treatment of wounds on the human or animal body, with a vacuum generator set and a container disposable after single use to receive bodily fluids, especially from segregated aspiration from a wound, and with a connection to a suction line that leads to the body for this purpose, in which the vacuum generator set is arranged inside or next to a first component of the housing of the device and the container forms a second housing component of the device or is integrated within or next to the second housing component, the housing components of which can be securely attached to each other and the device has means of attachment, so that the unit can be used and transported on the user's body.
[002] A device of this type for vacuum deferred treatment has now become known in several versions, especially in US 2004/0073151 A1, WO 2009/047524 A2, WO 2007/030599 A2 and EP 1 905 465 A1.
[003] Devices for the vacuum treatment of wounds, a vacuum generator set communicates through a suction line with the wound or with the surrounding part of the wound, with an air-impervious covering material provided for closing watertight from the wound and from the wound surroundings, so that a vacuum can be produced in the wound compartment and liquids can be aspirated from the wound compartment into the aforementioned container.
[004] The notion of a vacuum designates in connection with the present invention a reduced air pressure compared to the ambient air pressure (atmospheric air pressure), especially within an area of an injury. The covering material of a wound area for the air-tight closure of a wound area must therefore be so shaped that it can withstand the pressure differential that is present so that the vacuum in the wound compartment can even be applied and maintained. In the context of vacuum therapy in wound care, vacuum will be indicated quantitatively as a pressure differential between the ambient air pressure and the air pressure applied under the cover material. Typically, this pressure differential within the scope of vacuum therapy is a maximum of 250 mm hg (mm of mercury column) (1 mm hg = 1Torr. = 133.322 Pa). This vacuum range up to a maximum of 2450 mm hg has proven to be suitable for wound healing. A preferred vacuum range is between 10 and 150 mm hg.
[005] The vacuum applied to the wound using the device, in the case of a typical vacuum treatment, can either be kept, temporarily, essentially constant or it can be occasionally modified, especially cyclically, which can be achieved through a conformation control and corresponding programming device in the vacuum generator set, especially depending on other parameters.
[006] For the application of vacuum and preferably also for aspirating bodily fluids, a flexible pipe is preferably provided, for example, in the form of a drain, which communicates at one end through a mouth in the region of the wound covering material with the surroundings of the wound or the wound area itself, and at the other end communicates with the container already mentioned to receive bodily fluids, that is, with the vacuum generator set.
[007] In addition to the treatment of vacuum wounds, other uses of the device analyzed here can also be envisaged to provide vacuum for clinical purposes, especially aspiration of random bodily fluids in the area of clinical incontinence in the treatment of patients called “Stoma” or in the area the treatment of segregation of wounds, eventually using irrigation fluids also without applying a vacuum and extending over long periods of time.
[008] The present invention aims to improve in such a way a device of the kind initially described that can be manipulated in an even easier and more comfortable way for the user.
[009] In a device of the mentioned species, this task will be solved, according to the invention, by the fact that the components of the housing are fixable against each other by means of locking or rear coupling means being retained in a way separable and said rear locking or latching means can be moved by a manual activation member in the direction of release and the first and / or second housing component is shaped for manual actuation, so that the device or the first or the second component of the housing can be secured and one component of the housing can be removed from the other component of the housing and the manual activation member for the locking and rear coupling means is provided in the region of manual actuation, so that the user, or the nurse can release the rear locking and latching means with one hand, while holding one component of the housing to separate it from the other component of the housing and remove it.
[0010] Therefore, according to the invention it is possible to attend with only one hand of the device as a whole, and the user can handle suspending or manipulating the device as a whole or the corresponding component, that is, section of the device. accommodation. This in particular offers the possibility of being able to access the second section of the housing with just one hand and, after use, that is, in a state filled with bodily liquids, separate this second section of the housing from the device and lead that section to a specially designed collecting container. for septic waste. The contaminated second housing section then no longer needs to be removed, but it can be unlocked in a manual action step of the first housing section, being released and disposed of, which proves to be especially advantageous. In this way, preferably the second section of the housing will be shaped to be attached manually.
[0011] For the purpose described above, the means of random action could be provided in the first and / or second section of the accommodation, that is, for example, a fillet that can be capped with the fingers or secured circumferentially or offering access by low. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first and / or second section of the housing, as a means of actuation, has a concave access or a deep access section, which, in addition to the invention, can also be shaped by transfixing the first and / or second section of the housing, that is, in the form of a passage opening. In this way, the user, following the anatomy of the open hand, will be able to pick up the housing section and in this process he will be able to control the activation organ with his thumb.
[0012] In another embodiment of the invention, it has proved to be advantageous that the means of action, especially a concave access or a deep access section, is formed in an upper region and inclined towards the body, this region of the first and / or the second housing section, especially on the second housing side facing the body. In this way it becomes perfectly feasible for the user, also starting from the mobile operation, to hold the device with one hand and with the other hand to loosen a fastening means especially in the form of a belt that later will have to be approached in detail.
[0013] According to an embodiment of the invention, it is advantageously proven that the locking means or rear hitch protrudes from the plane of separation of one of the housing sections and at the junction of the housing sections can be shifted transversely towards the direction the junction of the housing sections and can be moved to a rear hitch position.
[0014] The activation device for manual operation can basically be provided at a random point on the device, in proximity to manual operation in relation to the means of operation near the housing sections. However, it proves to be advantageous that it is provided on an upper side of the device being shaped as a whole, especially as a key that can be compressed. It so happens that in this way it becomes possible for the device to be positioned on a preferably horizontal base and then the activation member can be successfully activated without the device sliding sideways.
[0015] In another embodiment of the invention it proves to be advantageous that the first section of the housing, in the case of the device being transported on the user's body (mobile operation) is spaced away from the body while the second section of the housing is provided facing the body.
[0016] It also proves to be advantageous that both sections of the housing are essentially shaped in a discoidal manner, reciprocally touching through a dividing plane of essentially vertical orientation.
[0017] The discoidal conformation of the two sections of the housing means, in the sense of the present invention, that the sections of the housing, when in a stationary operation, are positioned, according to their intended use, with their positioning side in a horizontal base, presenting a width and height which, considered in a horizontal direction, compared to a depth, are greater. The sections of the housing, therefore, when they are fixed to each other in a separable manner, touch with their faces reciprocally on the plane of the disc. When initially talking about a dividing plan, this does not necessarily mean that the sections of the housing touch each other across an exact flat area. On the contrary, advantageously, the projections or similar conformations acting as means of centering, in a preferably complementary form, could be provided for in the housing sections. According to the invention, the two sections of the housing are therefore not integrated into one another or on top of each other, however, they are positioned side by side, that is, adjacent, in the mentioned dividing plane, essentially for orientation vertical, when the device according to its destination, is positioned with its positioning side on a horizontal surface or when it is used on the body of a person in an upright position.
[0018] Due to the fact that the container constitutes the second section of the housing, what is disposed inside or next to the second section of the housing, together with the second section of the housing, in the mobile operation of the device, is turned towards the body , while the second section of the housing that receives the vacuum generating set is oriented in the direction of removal from the body, it becomes possible to cover the second section of the housing, so to speak, by means of the first housing section. In this way, the second section of the housing or the container could also be made transparent without a third person viewing it. In addition, the arrangement of the second housing section in the body region offers greater possibilities for conformation to suit the body than this would be the case in the first housing section that receives the vacuum generator set. In addition, by arranging the first section of the housing away from the body, access to control elements for the vacuum generator set and its control could be provided in the region on the viewing side of the device. In this way, it is also possible to access it by the user of the device, being that the components of the control and possibly also the indicator components would then be willing to move away from the body and preferably being able to be viewed from the top.
[0019] In another embodiment of the invention it has proved to be especially advantageous that the second section of the housing, on its side facing the user's body, is shaped in the direction of the user's body in at least one essentially horizontal concave plane so that can be applied to the body in an ergonomic way. Therefore, the device can be carried, for example, in the waist area on the body in a way that is comfortable for the user. The aforementioned plane extends in this case, with the person / patient in an upright position, essentially in a horizontal direction and the line of intersection of this plane with the side of the second section of the accommodation, facing towards the body, will then project in a concave direction. To this end, a radius of curvature of 300 to 500 mm, especially from 300 to 400 mm, proved to be especially advantageous, at least by segments.
[0020] In addition, it can prove to be advantageous that the second section of the housing, on its face facing the user's body, at least in certain regions is concave in a horizontal and vertical plane. This, too, may, for example, facilitate the arrangement of the device around a user's waist. For a concave conformation in a vertical plane, a radius of curvature of at least, in a given segment, from 500 to 900 mm, especially from 600 to 800 mm, especially from 700 to 800 mm, was advantageous.
[0021] But, for example, one could also imagine a modality in which the second section of the housing, on its side facing the body, is concave in a horizontal plane and in a vertical plane, by segments, would be shaped in a way convex, so that in all a saddle shape is realized.
[0022] Notwithstanding the aforementioned, it may be advantageous that on its side facing the user's body, the second section of the housing, in a region away from the positioning side of the device (ie, above), presents a chamfer that away from the user's body, projecting towards the first section of the housing. The chamfer mentioned can, in this case, be advantageously shaped in an ergonomic sense, but this is by no means a requirement. In this way, the device will be supported against the user's body on a slightly smaller surface of the second section of the housing, and this allows the user to also bend his body over the device. Correspondingly, it may be advantageous that the second section of the housing, on its side facing the user's body, is chamfered on its side facing the user's body, in the passage to the side walls of the second section of the housing or to the side walls of the first section of the housing.
[0023] In view of a comfortable junction for the user of the first and second sections of the housing, it proves to be advantageous that the first and second sections of the housing, on their sides facing each other, have means of centering and the sections of the housing can be joined with each other essentially in a transversal direction towards a dividing plane. The mentioned means of centering may come at random, eventually being formed by pin or cone shaped elements or by protruding and recessed regions of the housing, which can also be specially shaped as blocks or boxes and preferably, presenting the access chamfers correspondent, could cooperate in a centralizing sense. Preferably, these centering means, that is, the reciprocally supported sides of the housing sections are so shaped that they can be joined in the correct way.
[0024] For the junction of the housing sections, it proves to be advantageous that the first housing section can be placed slightly obliquely over the vertical plane on a base of the other housing section so that it can then be rotated, essentially in a transverse direction to with the dividing plane, touching against the other section of the housing.
[0025] It also proves to be advantageous when at the junction of the first and the second section of the housing simultaneously, a vacuum communication is produced between the container and the vacuum generating set, so that the process of joining the whole becomes comfortable for the and the user does not establish contact with body fluids. Correspondingly, this idea takes on even greater importance in loosening the housing sections after use.
[0026] In view of the high resistance of the device in stationary operation, or also in the temporary removal of the device on a preferably flat surface, it proves advantageous that a point of gravity of the device (in the unused state of the container) is located in the bottom half of the device, that is, below an imaginary horizontal central plane, at half the height of the device.
[0027] In this sense, it also proves to be advantageous that the support face ratio of the device and its height ratio is 4.0 - 6.0 cm2 / cm, especially 4.5 - 5.5 cm2 / cm.
[0028] The support face of the device can be, for example, about 81 cm2 and its height can be about 16 cm.
[0029] It would be imaginable and advantageous for many uses that the support face of the device, in the united state of its two housing sections, is formed by the housing sections themselves. According to another embodiment of the invention, however, it proved to be sufficient when the face of the positioning of the device consists only of the first section of the housing. For this, it proves to be advantageous that the first section of the accommodation has a region that stands out in a profiled indentation of the first section of the accommodation that forms a part of the support face. It so happens that in this way the positioning resistance of the first section of the housing that receives the vacuum generator set in addition to the control components is achieved, in a virtually unchanged form, also after the removal of the second section of the housing.
[0030] According to another idea of the invention, it is proposed to shape the device in such a way that the first section of the housing covers the second section of the housing, in the direction of frontal view, on a viewing side away from the body of the first section of the housing , preferably completely or at least 90 ° from the viewing face in this viewing direction. This again opens up other possibilities in order to conform the second section of the housing at a favorable price because it can be seen by the user or by third parties only in a small part in the region of its lateral faces when the device is carried in the user's glass. Container, so it no longer needs to be “hidden” in transport bags.
[0031] According to an idea of the invention of special importance, it is proposed that the device, so to speak, covers, in total, several second housing sections with a respective container that can be selectively joined to form for the device with the first housing section, the second section of the housing, and its containers, would vary in size, especially in the direction of depth, that is, in the direction of the user. In this way, different collection capacities could be offered through the different sections of the accommodation and its containers. In this case, sections of the housing could be provided that are adapted for mobile operation and those that are preferably intended for stationary operation, that is, as a whole being formed in larger volumes so that the containers to receive liquid need to be replaced less frequently. .
[0032] To avoid contamination and obstruction of the vacuum generator set, it proves to be advantageous that a filter is provided between the container and the vacuum generator set, which, especially with the container, is disposable after use and is therefore , a disposable product.
[0033] In addition, it proves to be advantageous to have a level indicator set for the container. This filling level indicator assembly can, for example, be realized by the sufficiently transparent conformation of a wall of the housing of the second section of the housing, or it can be formed in another random way, especially through sensors and electronic indicating means. In addition, a control set proves to be advantageous, which, depending on the level of filling achieved in the container, provides an alarm message. The container of the second section of the housing may contain a superabsorbent means to retain the aspirated liquid and to prevent an overflow of the liquid.
[0034] It has already been mentioned that the conformation according to the invention of the device advantageously allows that on a viewing side away from the body of the first section of the housing, control elements and indicator elements are provided for the vacuum generator set. Advantageously, the control elements are shaped like a touch screen.
[0035] According to an independent idea of the invention, it proves to be advantageous when a tilt sensor is provided in the first section of the housing, which, through a control set, on the occasion of a predetermined inclination of the first section of the housing towards the vertical plane, makes the indication m an indicator element is preferably rotated by 180 ° so that it can be cleaned from above by the user. Starting from the normally vertical arrangement of the device, when it is, for example, operated stationary or is carried by a user in an upright position, in mobile operation, it is sufficient for the user to tilt the device only up to a predetermined degree of inclination, especially from 45 °, especially 40 °, especially 30 °, so that the indication on the indicator element (display) rotates and the user can read over the indication.
[0036] According to another idea of the invention, of essential importance, it also proves to be advantageous that essentially the entire viewing side of the first section of the housing, separated from the body, is formed or surrounded by a cover attached to the surface, so that impurity collector joints are avoided in the region of the control elements.
[0037] Furthermore, it proves to be advantageous that in the first section of the housing there is an interface for data exchange, especially a USB interface, especially in the dividing plane for the second section of the housing, thus being covered by the second section of the housing and especially protected against impurities. In this way, technical program command information can be transferred to an electronic command set of the device.
[0038] The fixing means already mentioned for securing the device to the user's body for the mobile operation of the device, advantageously include a segment or several of these flexible segments in the form of strips or straps that are separably attached on opposite sides the first and / or second section of the housing, that is, that can be separated for the stationary operation of the device from the housing sections. But, in relation to the fixing means, it can also be handles or splints that are now positioned on the outside of the housing sections, in which other fixing means can be applied separately, strap segments, support straps or similar units.
[0039] Advantageously, the fixing means are provided for separable between the sections of the housing that touch each other. They can be fitted in a slot, provided in the reciprocally placed sections of the housing, or they can be separated in splice handles or similar units, provided on the outside of the housing sections.
[0040] Preferably flexible means of fixation will preferably be applied similar to a belt around the circumference of the body, preferably in the waist area or in any way, basically also also around the upper thigh, upper arm or chest thereby securing the device to the body. In an especially preferred way, the fastening means can be joined and also separated with the first and / or the second section of the device housing, similar to a quick closing. At their free ends, the fastening means may have quick-locking means that can be plugged into the housing sections, especially with elastic rear latching means or lockable handles or that can be attached in another way for fixing flexible fastening means. According to a preferred embodiment, the fixing means are provided for separating between the first and second sections of the housing, that is, on a dividing plane between the housing sections. They could imagine an advantageous modality, in which the fixing means can be removed from each other by separating the sections of the housing. Or an advantageous modality would be imaginable in which the separation of the fixing means would be possible regardless of a separation of the housing sections. But an additional shoulder strap or shoulder strap can also be provided which alternatively, or on an additional basis, can be used in relation to a belt applied at the waist. Or it can be, for example, separably, through a carbine type fastener, or a fast type fastener already known, in a handle or a splint in the housing sections.
[0041] Furthermore, it proves to be advantageous that the sections of the housing, in the united state of the device, there is an exception for the coupling for the suction line or a measuring or irrigation channel or a possible concavity of access or a deep access section. components that allow dorsal access on its external side.

[0048] Fig. 6, 7 - a view of the second sections of the housing of the devices according to figures 1 and 4 below, to present the different positioning faces of these second sections of the housing.
[0049] Figures 1a to and show a first embodiment of a portable device 2 according to the invention to provide vacuum for clinical use. The device comprises a first housing section 4, in which a vacuum generator set in the form of an air pump is integrated, as well as electrical and electronic control components for the device as a whole, including batteries or preferably rechargeable accumulators. A charging coupling for the accumulators is designated with reference number 6. In addition, device 2 comprises a second housing section 8 which in the preferred case also forms a container 10 for receiving bodily fluids, especially for receiving segregations eliminated from an injury . Preferably, the entire second section of the housing 8 is formed as a disposable product. In its upper section there is a coupling sleeve 12 for a suction line not shown which leads, for example, in the use of device 2 for vacuum wound therapy, to a pressure-tight closed wound dressing where, for example, example, through a mouth it communicates with the wound compartment in order to apply under pressure and preserve this vacuum and aspirate segregation of the wound into the container 10. To do so, container 10 communicates with the sub generator set pressure. In addition, a connection 13 for an optional measuring or rinsing channel is shown which, in the same way as the suction line, leads to the wound. This coupling transfixes the second section of the housing 8 and empties into the first section of the housing 4, from where the measuring or irrigation channel can, for example, be subjected with air as a means of washing and / or it can be detected and evaluated a pressure in this meter or kidney channel.
[0050] According to the invention, the housing sections 4 and 8 touch each other through an essentially vertical dividing plane 14 indicated in several figures. When device 2 - as shown in figure 1 a - is placed on a flat horizontal base 16, the dividing plane 14 will be essentially oriented in a vertical direction. This means that the two sections of housing 4, 8 are not reciprocally interlocked or stacked and on posts, but that they are positioned side by side in a united state, according to their final destination, of device 2. The notion of the dividing plane 14, therefore, should not be understood in the sense that it has to be a geometrically flat surface, which can be seen directly in figures 2a to e, which show the first section of the housing 4 in different views. They can be recognized immediately that side 18 of the first section of housing 4, facing the second section of housing 8, is by no means flat but is shaped with a variety of protruding elements towards the second section of housing 8. The side 20 of the second section of housing 8, facing the first section of housing 4, is essentially complementary to the finish of side 18 of the first section of housing 4, so that the two sections of housing 4, 8 can be joined , that is, imprisoned reciprocally only in a correct manner. The two sections of housing 4, 8 as a whole are discoid shaped, that is, their width D in the horizontal direction and their height H in the vertical direction are greater than their depth T in the horizontal direction and perpendicular to the width projection . In this way, it is possible that the device 2 in the direction of the depth as a whole can be so shaped and dimensioned that it can be used comfortably on a user's body. According to the invention, device 2 is so shaped that the sections of the container 4, 8 disposed adjacent can be so positioned in the body that the second section of the container 8 faces towards the body, that is, between the body and the first section of the housing 4, whereas the first section of the housing 4 is now positioned away from the body, that is, essentially the viewing side of the device 2. Therefore, side 22 of the second section of the housing 8 , facing the user's body, is shaped in a rounded way. As can be seen from figures 1c, 1 d, 3f, 3e, side 22 facing the body, in section, considered with a horizontal plane, has a concave conformation and covers - in the exemplified case presented - by segments, a radius of curvature R, for example, 368 mm (figures 1c, 3f). In addition, the side 22 turned towards the body, considering the cut with a vertical plane, also has a concave conformation, and there it presents a radius of curvature R, for example, of 750 mm (figure 1d). In this way, device 2 can be arranged and used ergonomically in a user's waist area.
[0051] In addition, it can be recognized that the second section of housing 8, on its side 22 facing the body, in an upper region and also laterally presents a chamfer 24 moving away from the user's body towards the first section of housing 4, that is, towards the side walls 26 or covering a circumferential front side of the discoidal shape of the second section of housing 8. In the example shown, the chamfer 24 is circumferentially shaped; it extends from the positioning side 28 from the bottom upwards, extending there in an arcuate shape to the other side and then again in a downward direction to the positioning side 28 in return movement.
[0052] Furthermore, figures 1d and 3 can be recognized that on the side 22 facing the body of the second section of the housing 8, a deep access section 30 is formed in the form of an opening that transfixes the second section of the housing 8 , which occurs in a region of the second section of the housing 8, upper, slightly inclined towards the body. In this way, device 2 can be altogether, or just its second housing section 2, captured with one hand and handled.
[0053] In the preferred mode that is being presented, next to this deep access section 30, on an upper side of the device 2 there is an activating element 32 of manual operation, for example, in the form of a key, which acts on a medium locking and rear hitch 34 (see figures 2b and 2d). In the joined state of the two housing sections 4 and 8, the rear locking and latching means 34 is in a locked state which holds the two housing sections 4, 8 together with a lock due to shape. Only by activating the activation member 32 will the locking be released so that the housing sections 4, 8 can be separated from each other. By the arrangement and conformation of the deep access section 30 and the manually operated activation member 32, spatially close and in such a way that the user can access the deep access section 30 as well as with a finger of the same hand can simultaneously control the activation member 32, so one-handed handling is carried out to separate the second section of housing 8 from the first section of housing 4. This proves to be especially advantageous because in this case a second section of housing 8, filled with bodily liquids, can be separated with just one hand and can be transported to a disposal container.
[0054] For the junction of the two sections of housing 4, 8, the second section of housing 8 will be applied slightly obliquely behind and above with its bottom edge on two pins 33 that form a turning point (figure 2d ) of the first housing section 4. For this purpose, in the second housing section, at the bottom edge, a cut-out region 35 is formed (figure 3a) to receive pin 33. When pin 33 and cut-out region 35 are cooperating, then the second section of the housing 8 can be rotated against the first section of the housing 4. In this way, the sides 18, 20 facing each other, will be placed side by side and thus reach, with self-centering action (supported by other conductive means) or centralizers 37 (figure 2d) and 39 (figure 3a) and the complementary conformation of the sides 18, 20 of the housing sections 4, 8 facing each other) reach their destination position. By moving in the direction of reciprocal approximation of the two sections of the housing 4, 8, especially essentially in a transverse direction towards the vertical dividing plane 14, the locking means where the rear hitch 34 will be automatically deactivated and will then engage in its locking position reciprocally housing sections 4, 8. In this sense, in the second section of housing 8 there is a locking hook 41 (figure 3 e) which is secured from below by the rear locking or latching means 34. When the housing sections 4, 8 are positioned in a blocked direction, then a vacuum communication will automatically be produced between the interior of the container 10 of the second housing section 8 and the vacuum generator set, which occurs through the coupling means 36 (later described in connection with figure 5).
[0055] The viewing side 38 of the first section of the housing 4, spaced in relation to the body, is slightly inclined to the vertical plane, so that the disk shape narrows upwards. In this way an easier visualization is provided for the viewing side 38. There, control elements 40 and indicator elements 42 are provided, especially in the form of a touch screen. Essentially, the entire viewing side 38 is covered or formed by a cover 44 attached to the surface so that in the region of the control elements 40, no cracks are formed that collect impurities.
[0056] Furthermore, the figures show in the region of the dividing plane 14, between the reciprocally supported housing sections 4, 8, a slot 46 for fitting and separable fixation of a fixing means, especially, and preferably, in the form a flexible strap, or a strap, or a splint, to which a belt or a shoulder strap, for example, may be attached, or otherwise. It shows that it is advantageous that this fixation means can be separated from the housing sections 4, 8 and, therefore, does not create interference when the device 2 is used in stationary operation, that is, on a preferably flat base 16, possibly when a patient in treatment with the material is bedridden. In figure 2d, on the side 18 of the first section of the housing 4, means 48 are indicated in which the fastening means fitted in the groove 46, can be attached or are fixed.
[0057] The other modality of the device according to the invention, represented in figures 4a to e, differs from the modality shown in figure 3 in the fact that the second section of the housing 8 and the container 10 formed by it, are formed with greater volume. The chamfer in the upper region of the side 22 of the second section of the housing 8, facing the body, where the access concave 30 is shaped, is inclined even more sharply in the direction of removal from the user's body. In this way, even better access is possible. This second section of the larger housing 8 is more suitable for stationary operations on device 2; It could also have a convex and arched side 22 to the outside or it can be shaped even more expanded than they are showing in figures 4.
[0058] Figure 5 shows in detail the conformation of the under pressure communication between the interior of the second section of the housing 8 that forms the container 10 and the first section of the housing 4. The suction side of a vacuum generator set, not shown , leads to the conical coupling half 36 that conically narrows in the direction of the second section of the housing 8. In this way, a counter coupling means 50 of the second housing section 8, shaped at least flexible to a small extent, being positioned sealingly, and which in the exemplified case, has a circular opening 52 which is limited by a flexible sealing lip 54. This counter-coupling means 50 flows into the second section of the housing 8. A filter receiving means 56 is simultaneously formed for a filter 58, which in the example shown is shaped like a trough-shaped filter, preventing the aspiration of bacteria inside. of the first section of the housing 4. It can be perfectly recognized that when moving in the direction of reciprocal approach of the two sections of the housing 4, 8, the coupling means 36 of the first section of the housing 4 forms with the counter-coupling means 50 of the second section housing 8 a pressure communication sealed to the outside.
[0059] In a similar manner, the coupling between the connection 13 for an irrigation measuring channel and the corresponding coupling half 60 is also shaped, for example, as a cone, is shaped in the first section of the housing 4. As can be seen verified in figure 3g, it is possible to introduce into the passage opening 62, in the second section of the housing 8, a coupling component or a component in the form of a bushing that will then form the coupling 33, shown in figure 1 d, for the measuring channel or irrigation. This coupling or sleeve component not shown can then be coupled to a pressure-tight coupling 60 with conical coupling. In this way, a fluid medium, especially air or a washing liquid, can be conducted to the wound in order to reinforce aspiration of wound segregations. Typically, a measuring or irrigation line and the suction line are formed as disposable components in relation to the second section of the housing; after use together with this section of the housing will be eliminated.
[0060] Finally, figures 6 and 7 show support faces of varying size (about 7 cm2) and 66 (about 55 cm2) in the second housing parts 8, of different dimensions, according to the modalities of figures 1 and 4. Housing sections 8 can be positioned on these support faces 64, 66, on a base, when removed from the first housing section 4. When attached to the first housing section 4, the support face of device 2 it will be formed by the first housing section 4. On the positioning faces of the housing sections 4, 8, base elements or feet can also be provided as can be seen in figures 1b, 2b and 4b.
