Linear guide for moving parts of furniture, household appliances or the like
The present invention relates to a linear guide for movable parts of furniture, household appliances or the like, such as e.g. Drawers, shopping carts, shelves, lifting columns, sliding wings or the like, comprising a first, fixed mountable guide element, a second guide element which can be coupled to the movable part and an intermediate, guide-extending third guide element which is held in relation to the first and the second guide element by means of rolling element cages Rolling or slidably guided and the Wälzkörperkäfige or the sliders are synchronized by a flexible traction means having control.
Linear guides of the generic type are known per se, e.g. from DE 10 2010 060 583 A1. Linear guides of this type can be used both in the home furniture sector as well as in household appliances such. in refrigerators, dishwashers or stoves, but also in office furniture and other commercial applications.
In the case of linear guides of the generic type, the aim is to achieve extensive positive control and freedom from slippage during extension and retraction of the linear guide.
In this sense, a linear guide according to the preamble of the present invention has been well proven in practice.
The object of the present invention is to further improve a linear guide of the generic type and to further improve the freedom from slippage and the course when extending or retracting the linear guide.
This object is achieved by a further, flexible traction means having control, which couples the second guide element with the first guide element, wherein the second control in the case of a malposition between the two controllers in a final position moved first control independently of this first control also in their end position is movable.
By such a construction all movable components are coupled to each other in comparatively simple and structurally feasible measures, resulting in a further, significant reduction of the slip and a significant increase in the comfortable running of the linear guide to the end positions. In addition, it is ensured that a possibly resulting misalignment between the two controls can be corrected by simply moving the linear guide in one of the two possible end positions.
Further features of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
Embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and will be described in more detail below.

FIG. 19 shows a view of the linear guide in the direction of the arrow XIX in FIG. 18.
The linear guides shown in the drawings and in each case generally designated by the reference numeral 1 have-apart from the differences clearly described below in detail-basically a comparable construction.
Thus, each linear guide consists first of all of a first, fixedly mountable guide element 2, a second guide element 3 which can be coupled to a movable part and an intermediate, guide-extending third guide element 4, which is held in rolling element cages 12 relative to the first and the second guide element 2, 3 Rolling elements 13 or guided by sliders 15, which will be discussed in more detail later.
In a linear guide 1 for example, drawers, carts or shelves of furniture, household appliances or the like, it is at the first guide member 2 can be fixed to a furniture body guide rail, in the second guide member 3 to the running rail, by means of which a drawer or the like can be moved and in the third guide member 4 to a, so-called middle rail in general linguistic usage in the furniture industry.
The third guide element 4 is, as already mentioned, arranged between the first guide element 2 and the second guide element 3 and with respect to said guide elements 2 and 3 in a known per se and therefore not further illustrated by held in Wälzkörperkäfigen 12 rolling elements 13 or by sliders 15th guided.
In addition, a first control 5 is provided in all embodiments, which has flexible traction means 6 and the third guide member 4 synchronized with respect to the first guide member 2 and the second guide member 3. The flexible traction means 6 on the Wälzkörperkäfigen 12 or on the sliders 15, which are arranged between the second guide member 3 and the first guide member 2, on the one hand indirectly or directly attached, as well as on the third guide member 4 on the other hand via two mounted on axles 9, with the traction means 6 corresponding rollers 8, guided for directional deflection.
In this case, in the embodiments according to Figures 1-12, the first controller 5 each formed of flexible traction means 6 in the form of cables.
A further constructive common feature of all embodiments is that a further, flexible traction means 6 having control 7 is provided, in which the traction means 6 is fixed respectively to the second guide member 3 and the first guide member 2. In all Ausführungsbeispie len is continuous, that the traction means 6 of the controller 7 are again performed on the traction means 6 corresponding rollers 8 which are mounted on the third guide member 4, for directional deflection. The two traction means 6 of the controls 5 and 7 wrap around each lying in a plane rollers 8 and extend between the rollers 8 parallel to the second guide member 3 and the third guide member 4 in the extension direction.
Through these common components and design features is ensured in all embodiments that a largely smooth, smooth process without significant slippage during retraction and extension of the second guide elements 3 and the third guide elements 4 is guaranteed.
In the embodiments of the invention according to Figures 1-12, the flexible traction means 6 of both controllers 5 and 7 consist of ropes, which are respectively deflected by pulleys 8. The controls 5 and 7 are each adjacent to each other in the region of the third guide element. 4
In this case, the pulleys 8 of the controls 5 and 7 with each other have the same diameter, as shown in the embodiment of Figures 1-7.
But it is also possible to use pulleys 8 with different diameters, the juxtaposed on an axis 9 different sized pulleys 8 can also be designed to be non-rotatable, which is e.g. allows the production of one piece, as shown by way of example in the embodiment of Figures 8-12. The diameter of the smaller pulley 8 is half the diameter compared to the larger pulley 8, since thus for the front and rear pulleys arranged in the extension direction 8, wherein each mounted on an axle 9 pulleys 8 are designed to be non-rotatable, only two axes 9 in total both controls 5, 7 are required. In this case, on the smaller pulley 8, the first controller 5, which is coupled to the Wälzkörperkäfigen 12, out. Again, the traction means 6 extend parallel to the second guide member 3 and the third guide member 4 and in the extracting direction of said guide elements 3 and 4.
In the embodiment of the invention according to the figures 13-15, the flexible traction means 6 of the controls 5 and 7 consist of timing belts, which deflects via form-fitting with the timing belt 6 corresponding gears 8 a and are guided. The gears 8a for the controls 5 and 7 are mounted independently of each other rotatably next to each other on a sleeve 9a on a common axis 9. In this case, a slip clutch 10 is provided in the form of a spring washer or disc spring between the gears 8a, whose bias can be varied via a clamping nut 11 on the sleeve 9a.
The coupling surfaces between the gears 8a and the slip clutch 10 may be formed smooth surface, whereby after exceeding the clutch force, a continuous rotation of both on the spring washer or plate spring frictionally coupled gears 8a to each other is possible.
However, it is also conceivable that the coupling surfaces between the gears 8a and the slip clutch are structured, e.g. wave-shaped or triangular recessed form to more accurately form the torque to exceed the coupling force with less bias and thus trigger the decoupling can.
In the embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 16 are held between the guide elements 2, 3 and 4 held in Wälzkörperkäfigen 12 rolling elements 13, wherein two spaced-apart Wälzkörperkäfige 12 a, 12 b, which are interconnected by a rod 14, are provided and the in the extension direction of the linear guide 1 front Wälzkörperkäfig 12a is equipped with a larger number of rolling elements 13 than the lying in the rear area Wälzkörperkäfig 12b, which is equipped here only with four rolling elements 13, which Fig. 16 shows very clearly.
This design takes into account the fact that higher loads occur during extension of the linear guide 1 in the front region than in the rear region of the third guide element 4th
Figure 17 shows an embodiment of the invention, in which instead of rolling element cages and rolling elements sliders 15 are provided, which are also connected to each other via a coupling rod 16.
In the figures 18 and 19 an embodiment of the invention is shown, in which the controls 5, 7 consists of a combination of toothed belt 6a and 6 ropes.
It is provided to use the pulleys 8 with half the diameter compared to the form-fitting with the timing belt 6 corresponding gears 8a, wherein the axis 9 9 side by side mounted pulley 8 can also be performed non-rotatably to the gear 8a on the same axis 9, what eg allows the production of one piece, with only two axes 9 in total for both controls 5, 7 are required, as shown by way of example in the embodiment of Figures 8-12. In this case, on the smaller pulley 8, the first controller 5, which is coupled to the Wälzkörperkäfigen 12, out. Here, too, the flexible traction means 6 of the controls 5 and 7 run parallel to the second guide element 3 and the third guide element 4 and in the extension direction of said guide elements 3 and 4.
In this embodiment, no clutch is necessary between the rollers 8 and the gears 8a, which mesh with the toothed belt 6a, since in the case of a malposition this can be corrected by slipping out of the ropes 6, belts or flat belts on the rollers 8. A possibly adjusting misalignment between the two controls can be solved by simply moving the linear guide in one of the two possible end positions, as described in the above-described embodiments of Figures 8 to 12, in which case the cable 6 slips over the pulley 8. Ultimately, it does not matter whether the first controller 5 or the second controller 7 has the toothed belts 6a and gears 8a or the cables 6, belts or flat belts and the rollers 8.
At this point, it should be expressly pointed out that instead of the toothed belt 6a shown in the embodiments, other embodiments of positively engaging flexible traction means may be used, which may be in the form of strings of pearls, chains or the like, while form-fitting over appropriately trained roles, such as Tooth or sprockets are guided for directional deflection.
