专利说明:

Loading trolley [01] The invention relates to a loading trolley for receiving, transporting and discharging bulk material, with a trolley frame supported on rail trolleys and a distributing conveyor belt extending in a carriage longitudinal direction for transporting the bulk material to discharge devices.
From WO 2013/189564 A1, a ballast plow is already known, which has a memory. This can be unloaded via a chute or conveyor belts.
[03] GB 2 264 275 A and EP 0 096 236 A1 disclose further loading carriages.
The object of the present invention is now to provide a Verladewagens of the type mentioned, with a variant-rich discharge of bulk material is possible.
[05] This object is achieved with a Verladewagen of the generic type by the features stated in the characterizing part of the main claim.
[06] With such a Verladewagen the bulk material to be thrown off either in the track, laterally next to the track or on the Bettungsflanke or even on the neighboring track located cars are dropped. With appropriate training of the third discharge device and a dropping on the track located on the track is possible. The loading wagon can be used in combination with a cleaning machine or with machines for track and tarpaulin remediation. The bulk material dropped by the loading trolley can either be returned to the track (eg cleaned ballast) or new material is introduced (eg new gravel, gravel, sand). In addition, the removal of unneeded or contaminated material and spoil is possible.
[07] Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and the drawing description.
[08] In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 is a side view and FIG. 2 is a plan view of a loading trolley.
[1] A loading carriage 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 for picking up, transporting and dumping bulk material consists essentially of a carriage frame 3 supported on rail carriages 2. On this is a distributing conveyor belt 5 extending in a carriage longitudinal direction 4 for transporting the bulk material to discharge devices 6, 7, 8 arranged. For an optional loading of the discharge devices 6, 7, 8, the distribution conveyor belt 5 is designed to be adjustable in the longitudinal direction 4 of the carriage. The first discharge device 6 is designed as a chute 10 arranged above a track 9. The second and third discharge means 7, 8 are designed as each pivotable about a vertical axis 11 conveyor belt 12, each with a positioned in the region of the axes 11 receiving end 13. The second discharge device 7 is below the carriage frame 3 and the third discharge device 8 is arranged above the carriage frame 3.
The second discharge device 7 consists of a total of two independently pivotable about vertical axes 11, concerning a carriage transverse direction 14 juxtaposed conveyor belts 12. The conveyor belt 12 of the third discharge device 8 is formed by an angle α of preferably 90 ° pivotable. Between distribution conveyor belt 5 and the arranged below the carriage frame 3, the second discharge device 7 is a chute 15 with a receiving end 16 which is positioned between a discharge end 17 of the distribution conveyor belt 5 and the receiving end 13 of the carriage frame 3, third discharge device 8 is positioned.
In operation - depending on the desired discharge point - the distribution conveyor belt 5 is shifted so that its discharge end 17 is located directly above the corresponding discharge device 6, 7, 8. As shown in Fig. 1, the discharge end 17 is located above the first discharge device 6. It thus takes place a discharge of the bulk material in the chute 10, so a discharge of material in the track of the loading vehicle 1 track 9. Other positions of the distribution conveyor belt 5 are drawn in dash-dotted lines. In a middle position, the discharge takes place via the chute 15 to the second discharge device 7 and from there laterally next to the track 9 or on its Bettungsflanke. In the frontmost position concerning the carriage longitudinal direction 4, the discharge takes place on the third discharge device 8. If the conveyor belt 12 is pivoted by the angle α of 90 °, carriages located on the neighboring track can be loaded from the track 9. With a correspondingly long design of the conveyor belt 12 of the third discharge device 8 is also a feed of located on the track 9, the loading vehicle 1 vorgereihten carriage possible.
