专利说明:
Description: The invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide, comprising: a cabinet rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass, a drawer rail to be fastened to a drawer, which is mounted displaceably relative to the carcass rail between a closed position and an open position. Such adjustment devices for drawer extension guides are already state of the art and are mentioned, for example, in document WO 2008/131466 A1. Adjusting devices of the type mentioned initially serve several purposes. On the one hand they serve as a stop for a front panel or a door for a piece of furniture; Furthermore, these spring elements have to allow, for example, in the closed position of the drawer or the door to dampen the closing movement. Furthermore, e.g. To increase the ease of use a furniture often provided with ejection devices, through which the movable furniture part can be ejected from its closed end position / closed position in or on the furniture body. Especially in handle-less, movable furniture parts, these ejection devices are often designed to be fixed by over-pushing the movable furniture part, e.g. a drawer, beyond the closed position are also triggered and automatically moved in the direction of the open position. For this triggering a certain play of the movable furniture part is allowed in its closed position, which can be produced by a spring element, which is located in the adjustment. Often, these adjustment devices are fixed directly to the furniture body or the movable furniture part. However, this involves further steps in the assembly of the furniture, which could be saved if the adjustment would be located directly on the drawer extension. The adjusting device forms an adjustable stop for the movable furniture part, e.g. a drawer, wherein the stop is biased by a spring. If the stop is adjusted inwards or outwards in the case of the illustrated setting device from the known prior art, the spring force of the spring element located therein is simultaneously adjusted. In other words, the farther the stop is turned inwards, the higher the spring force of the spring element located behind it. The further the stop is turned outwards, the lower the spring force. If a setting device is fastened to a furniture carcass which contains a drawer on the left and on the right side, both stops must be adjusted to the position of the closed position of the drawer after installation. If now the adjustment device on the right side, e.g. further in the direction of the furniture body screwed in than that on the opposite side, the spring preload on the right side is higher than on the opposite, left side. This could cause a non-uniform joint pattern between individual drawers, or an uneven gap between the drawer and the furniture body. Furthermore, the different spring forces due to the tension in the drawer in the long term could lead to damage. The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages described above and to provide a comparison with the prior art improved drawer extension with attached adjustment. This object is achieved in that on the drawer extension, preferably on the carcass rail, an adjustment device is arranged, through which the position of the closed position of the drawer rail is variably adjustable relative to the carcass rail. It should be possible to determine the position of the closed position of a movable furniture part, e.g. a drawer to be able to adjust without changing the bias of the spring element in the adjustment. Furthermore, work steps, such as additional drilling of the furniture body or setting attachment points on the furniture body should be spared by the adjustment is attached directly to the rail system of drawer extension guide. A stop for a movable furniture part is already after the installation of the necessary guides already without further steps available and ready after adjustment. If, for example, at least two adjusting devices are used for a movable furniture part, the spring force of the spring elements in each adjusting device should be the same. Only the position of the stop should be changed - not the spring force. If the adjustment device is arranged on an adapter, wherein the adapter is preferably connected to the carcass rail via at least one detachable fastening device, then the adjustment device for the movable furniture part is already present after installation of the drawer extension guide without further work steps and ready for operation after adjustment. In existing drawer systems, the adjustment can be retrofitted to the rail system via the adapter, since the adapter provided for this purpose has fastening devices which can be attached to the rail system. If, for example, at least two adjusting devices are used for a movable furniture part, the spring force of the spring elements in each adjusting device is the same. Only the position of the stop is changed - not the spring force. In other words, it has been found to be advantageous that the spring force of the spring element on the unloaded plunger is independent of the setting between the sleeve and the base body. Further details and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the dependent claims. Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. Show: 1 shows a drawing of a drawer extension guide attached to a furniture body, FIG. 2: detailed drawing of the one shown in FIG Drawer pull-out guide - front drawer area Fig. 3a / 3b: drawing of the bottom view of a built-in Drawer pull-out guide, with one adjustment device -comparison before and after adjustment Fig. 4: Exploded view; Adjustment device on adapter Fig. 5: exploded view; Setting device detailed Fig. 6a to 6c: drawing of the drawer extension in three different adjustment positions Fig. 7a / 7b: sectional drawing of the drawer pull-out guide; unloaded or loaded state of the plunger. FIG. 1 shows a drawer pull-out guide 10, comprising a carcass rail 11 and a drawer rail 12. The drawer pull-out guide 10 is fastened to the furniture body 20 by a fastening region located on the carcass rail, which is not visible in FIG. At the front region of the drawer extension guide 10, a front panel 23 is mounted in the finished assembled state of the furniture, which has been omitted for better illustration in FIG. On the carcass rail 11 is the adapter 13, on which the adjusting device 1 is positioned. FIG. 2 shows a detailed section of the drawer pull-out device 10 shown in FIG. 1. The setting device 1 is seated on the adapter 13, which in turn is connected to the carcass rail 11 of the drawer pull-out guide 10. The adjusting device 1 comprises a base body 3, which includes the plunger 6. The plunger 6, which is formed by an elongated round body, is mounted rotatably about the rotation axis Z in the base body 3. Figure 3a shows an arrangement of a drawer 21, a furniture body 20, a front panel 23 and a setting device 1. The adjustment device 1 is seated on an adapter plate 13, which is connected by at least one fastening device 14 with the carcass rail 11. The front panel 23 of the drawer 21 is in the closed position. The closed position is defined by the stop, which is formed by the end face of the plunger 6. In other words, the adjusting device 1 has an adjustable stop, which is preferably acted upon by at least one spring element 5. By this adjustable stop the position of the closed position of the movable furniture part, such as a drawer 21 is defined. In the figure 3a can be seen that the distance between the front panel 23 and the front edge of the adapter 13 generates the distance X. Looking at the front edge of the front panel 23 in relation to the front edge of the furniture body 20, it can be seen that the front panel protrudes beyond the furniture body. Figure 3b shows how the front panel 23 has been set in relation to the furniture body 20. The distance between the front panel 23 and the adapter plate 13 with the distance X1 is now smaller than the distance X, which was shown in Figure 3a. This was achieved by the drawer 21 has a front panel 23, wherein the plunger 6 of the adjusting device 1 forms a stop on the front side, which rests in the closed position of the drawer rail 12 at the back of the front panel 23, wherein the closed position of the drawer 21 relative to the furniture body 20th is adjustable by turning the plunger 6. Figure 4 shows the adapter 13, wherein the adapter 13 preferably has at least one releasable fastening means 14, with which the adapter 13 with the carcass rail 11 is connectable. This can be realized for example via screw or plug connections or tongue and groove. On the adapter 13 is the main body 3. This main body 3 includes a thread 8, which corresponds to the thread of the sleeve 4. In the sleeve 4, the spring element 5 is inserted. By inserting the plunger 6 in the sleeve 4, the spring is biased by the formation of the sleeve 4 and the plunger 6. At the plunger 6 is a receptacle 9, preferably a slot or a cross, for a tool forms frontally. FIG. 5 shows a detailed exploded view of the adjusting device 1. This consists of the main body 3, which includes the thread 8 and the sleeve 4 with the corresponding mating thread 8, which is subsequently screwed into the main body 3. Inside the sleeve are anti-rotation 15a, in this case designed as grooves. Through the interaction of the anti-rotation 15a, 15b ensures that the plunger 6 is mounted against rotation in the sleeve 4 along its axis of rotation Z axially movable. The limiting devices 16 prevent in the installed state of the plunger 6 in the sleeve 4 that the plunger 6 can slip out of the sleeve 4. FIG. 6a shows an adjusting device 1 in the maximum state set to the outside. At the receptacle 9 of the plunger 6 can by means of suitable tools, such. a screwdriver or Allen key, the plunger 6 are rotated about the rotation axis Z. As an alternative, it is also possible that the plunger 6 has at least one projection or corrugation for tool-free rotation by hand on its jacket. It can be seen that the spring retainer 7, which rests on the rear bottom of the sleeve 4, holds the spring element 5 in position. On the opposite side of the plunger 6, which is linearly displaceable in the adjustment device 1. It can also be seen here that, due to the at least one spring element 5 located between the plunger 6 and the sleeve 4, the plunger 6 is prestressed along the axis of rotation Z and projects at least partially out of the sleeve 4 and the main body 3. Slipping out of the plunger 6 from the sleeve 4, which could be caused by the spring element 5, is prevented by the at least one limiting device 16. This can for example, as shown in Figure 6a or in the figure 5 can be seen as a snap device. Snap devices have the advantage that they greatly facilitate the assembly of the adjustment device 1. The snap device shown in Figure 6a, designed as a hook on the plunger 6, engages in a corresponding surface on the sleeve 4 and thus prevents complete relieving of the spring element 5. Thus, the plunger 6 is permanently biased by the spring element 5. Figure 6b shows the adjusting device 1 in a sectional view, wherein this has been adjusted in an intermediate region. By turning about the axis of rotation Z -either by a tool or by hand - the sleeve 4 is screwed into the main body 3 via the thread 8. The anti-rotation devices 15, which are not visible in FIG. 6b but are shown in FIG. 5, prevent the plunger 6 from being able to rotate in the sleeve 4. Thus, any rotational movement exerted on the plunger 6 is transmitted to the sleeve 4. The distance between the spring holder 7 and the plunger 6 is not changed. Thus, the spring force of the spring element 5 during the adjustment of the plunger 6 in relation to the base body 3 remains constant. In other words, the adjusting device 1 is characterized in that the spring force of the spring element 5 on the unloaded plunger 6 is independent of the setting between the sleeve 4 and the base body 3. FIG. 6c shows the adjusting device 1, which has now been screwed in maximally inwards. The sleeve 4 is now frontally plan with the front side of the base body 3. Only the plunger 6 protrudes from the arrangement of the items of the adjustment device 1 out. If one now compares the underlying representations of FIGS. 6a, 6b and 6c, one can recognize the adjustment range Y. The adjustment range Y allows a depth adjustment of a drawer 21 in a furniture body 20. Thus, it is possible drawers 21, which are in relation to each other or in relation to a furniture body 20, align. In order to make this depth adjustment of the drawers 21, the drawer 21 must be opened, whereupon at the bottom of the drawer 21, the adjustment device 1 is made available. By adjusting by hand or by a tool, the distance X1 or in other words the position of the closed position, as shown in Figure 3b, set. The adjustment takes place from the front, in an easily accessible area on the furniture body 20. For an adjustment, the drawer 21 does not need to be removed. Figure 7a shows an adjusting device 1, wherein the end face of the plunger 6 now flies plan with the front side of the sleeve 4. This represents the maximum compression depth of the spring element 5 when e.g. the front panel 23 is pressed against the stop of the plunger 6 and the pressure exceeds the spring force of the spring element 5. FIG. 7b shows an arrangement of spring element 5 and plunger 6 in the unloaded state. No external influences, such as through the front panel 23 of a drawer 21, act on the adjusting device 1. Thus, the spring element 5 is fully rebounded and is only by the Limiting devices 16a, associated with the plunger 6, and the corresponding surface of the limiting device 16b, belonging to the sleeve 4, limited. Comparing the figure 7a and 7b, the spring travel F can be seen. This spring travel F is used, for example, in the case of ejection devices (not visible in the figures). To improve the ease of use or in drawers without handles, it is provided that the drawer 21 has an ejection device acting in the direction of the open position, which can be triggered by overstroking the spring travel F of the spring element 5 on the plunger 6. Furthermore, a drawer 21 may have a spring-loaded retraction device (not visible in the figures) which acts in the direction of the closed position. This retractor supports the insertion of the drawer 21 in the closed position. This spring-loaded retractor may not have a higher spring force in the region just before the closed position, as the spring force of the spring element 5 of the adjustment 1. A defined position of the closed position only arises when the spring force of the spring element 5 cancels with the spring force of the spring-loaded retractor , If the spring force of the spring element 5 were too weak, the spring-loaded retraction device would pull the drawer inwards beyond the previously set position of the closed position and the closed position can not be adjusted.
