专利说明:
The invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide comprising: a carcass rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass, at least one pull-out rail which is displaceably mounted relative to the carcass rail between an open position and a closed position, at least one lifting device by which the pull-out rail can be raised towards the end of the closing movement relative to the carcass rail is Such drawer pull-out guides are already known and are mentioned, for example, in EP 1959794 B1. In conventional drawer slide-out guides, there may be a problem that the rolling elements located between the pull-out rails can be deformed permanently. These forces result, for example, from the weight of a loaded drawer. Especially when the drawer pull-out guide is closed, the force applied to the rollers is higher than during the drawer pull-out operation. The deformation of the rolling elements manifests itself in a rattling noise and a restless sliding when opening and closing the drawer. Drawer extension guides, which have a bearing device disposed in a front end region of at least one extension rail, relieve the rolling elements located between the rails and protect them from deformation. Furthermore, this storage device causes the drawer to be slightly raised in the closed state and prevents unwanted lowering of the drawer. Thus, the horizontally extending gaps between the front panels of stacked drawers of a cabinet can have a constant width so that the externally visible joint image is also visually appealing. Due to the weight of the drawer acting on the jig, it makes sense to manufacture the bearing device from a durable material such as metal. Even after a long period of use of the drawer is ensured by, for example, designed as metallic support roller bearing device that this serves its purpose over a long period of drawer extension guide. There is, however, a disadvantage. Existence of the load device, for example, from a resistant, hard material, such as metal, this generates due to their material hardness noise when interacting with the at least one slide rail. For example, if a metal support roller is used as the load device, more run-down noise will be created when retracting the drawer than with the more metallic formed webs than when using a softer plastic roller. These noises, as well as the deformation of the rolling elements and an uneven seam pattern on the front panels, are undesirable. The invention, therefore, while avoiding the drawbacks previously described, is intended to indicate a drawer pull-out guide which, when retracted to the closed state of a drawer, permits a reduced-noise raising of the pull-out rails by a lifting device. When closed, the pull-out rails should be supported by a resilient bearing device and the rolling elements should be relieved. At the same time, a uniform joint pattern should form on the front panels. This is achieved according to the invention in that the lifting device is formed at least in two parts, wherein the lifting device has a lifting device for lifting the pull-out rail and a bearing device for supporting the pull-out rail in the closed position, wherein the lifting device is relieved of the pull-out rail in the closed position of the pull-out rail. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent subclaims. When a lifting device of softer material is used compared to the material hardness of the bearing device, the lifting device takes on the task of lifting the rails with reduced noise. The drawer is thereby raised in a region in front of its retracted end position by the softer lifting device, statically supported in the end position by the metallic support roller, for example. Further details and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description of the figures with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. Show: Fig. 1 A piece of furniture formed from a body with drawers drawer extension, Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a drawer extension in a Exploded 3 shows a front end region of a drawer extension guide in FIG Cross-section, 4a-4d is a schematic representation of the drawer pull-out guide with different positions of the pull-out rail, 5a-5c are side views of the drawer pull-out guide with different positions of the pull-out rail, 6a to 6b is a schematic representation of an embodiment of a one-piece lifting device, Fig. 7, the front portion of a drawer extension in the extended state, in a view from below. Fig. 1 shows a piece of furniture 40, formed from a body 30. The trunk rail 2 is connected via its mounting portion 31 with the body 30, the drawers 21 are laterally attached to the pull-out rails 3a, 3b and are displaceable in the body 30. In the retracted state of the drawer 21, the front panel 22 closes off with the body 30. Fig. 2 shows a drawer pull-out guide in an exploded view with its individual assemblies. The pull-out rails 3a formed by a drawer rail 13 connectable to the drawer and the pull-out rails 3b, a middle rail 14 located between drawer rail 13 and carcass rail 30 are slidably supported by the carriages 18 relative to each other and relative to the cabinet rail 3l. In the carriages 18 are a plurality of rolling elements 17, which roll over the catwalk 8 of the carcass rail 2 and the pull-out rail 3a, 3b. With this raceway 8 and the elevation 7, the lifting device 4 cooperates as soon as the drawer pull-out guide 1 closes. The elevation 7 in this embodiment is formed by embossing on the pull-out rail 3a. In a further embodiment, the elevation 7 may also be located on or formed by the carcass rail 2. Fig. 3 shows the front end portion of a drawer extension guide 1, on which the pull-out rails 3a, 3b, for example, consisting of the middle rail 14 and load rail 13, are mounted longitudinally movable. In addition to the rolling elements 17, the lifting device 4 is also located between the rails 2, 3a, 3b of the drawer extension guide 1. It consists of the lifting device 5 with the rolling element 15 and the bearing device 6 with the supporting roller 16. On the loading rail 13 there is a ramp-like elevation 7, which faces towards the end the insertion movement of the pull-out rails 3a, 3b in relation to each other and to the carcass rail 2 makes contact with the lifting device 5 or the positioning device 6. Fig. 4a shows a drawer extension guide 1 consisting of a carcass rail 2 and the Ausziehschienen 3a, 3b, between which the rolling elements 17 and the lifting device 4 are located. The lifting device 4 in this embodiment consists of the lifting device 5 and the bearing device 6, which are designed as Hubwälzkörper 15 and Stützwälzkörper 16. In the shown position of the drawer rail 12 relative to the carcass rail 2, the middle rail 14 and the drawer rail 13 rests only on the rolling elements 17. The lifting device 4 has no contact with the pull-out rail 3. Thus, the entire load of the drawer 21 lies on the rolling elements 17 FIG. 4b schematically shows a drawer pull-out guide 1 in an area retracted in the direction of the drawer 21, with the lifting device 5 now cooperating with the elevation 7. Due to the schematic representation of the drawer pull-out guide 1, only two rolling elements 17 are shown in FIG. 4a to FIG. 4b. As can be seen in Fig. 1, the drawer pull-out guide 1 includes not only two rolling elements 17 but a plurality of rolling elements 17. The rolling elements 17 are now relieved of the weight of the drawer 21 by further raising the drawer 21 by lifting the pull-out rails 3a, 3b. The lifting of the drawer rail 13 and the center rail 14 is accomplished by the cooperation of the lifter 5 and the elevation 7. Fig. 4c shows a schematic representation of the drawer extension guide 1, wherein the pull-out rail 3a, 3b has been pushed further towards the end position than shown in Fig. 4b. In this position of the pull-out rails 3a, 3b relative to the body rail 2, the lifting device 5 and the bearing device 6 cooperate with the elevation 7 to take much of the weight of the drawer. The rolling elements 17 are now substantially almost completely relieved of the weight of the drawer 21. Drawers 21 are often characterized by their design, filling and the front panels 22 top heavy and burden the front end of a drawer extension guide 1 more than the rear. Thus, the rear rolling elements 17 are generally less loaded than the front. Fig. 4d shows schematically a drawer pull-out guide 1 with the drawer in a retracted state. It can be seen that the position device 6, consisting of the Stützwälzkörper 16 now together with the elevation 7 and a light weight by little part of the rolling body 17 carries the pull-out rail. The lifting device 5 has no contact more to increase 7 and is ineffective in its position shown here. Thus, the entire load of the drawer is divided between the bearing device 6, in other words, the supporting roller 16, and a small part of the rolling elements 17. The majority of the rolling elements 17 and also the lifting device 5 are protected in the unloaded state and thus from deformation. 5a shows a part of a drawer pull-out guide 1 in the side view, clearly showing the increase 7. In this drawing, it can be seen that neither the lifting device 5 nor the bearing device 6 cooperates with the elevation 7. Fig. 5b shows an embodiment of a drawer pull-out guide 1 in the side view, wherein one of the pull-out rails 3a - the drawer rail 13 - is located in an area in front of the end position of the drawer 21. The lifting device 5, designed as Hubwälzkörper 15, has contact with the elevation 7 and raises the load bar 13 preparatory to storage by the storage device 6 at. The storage device 6, designed as a support roller 16, in this position of the rails 2, 3a, 3b still has no contact with the elevation 7, is thus relieved of the weight of the drawer 21. FIG. 5c shows how the bearing device 6, designed as a supporting rolling element 16, is located on the elevation 7 and how the lifting device 5, designed as a rolling element 15, is relieved. 6a schematically shows the integrally formed lifting device 4, comprising a first region 4a and a second region 4b. The first area 4a is the effective area of the lifting device 5, the second area 4b is the effective area of the storage device 6. As already shown in the previous figure descriptions, the elevation 7 - not shown in this figure - acts first upon retraction of the drawer 21 with the lifting device 5; in a further retraction of the drawer with the storage device 6.Wird now the area 4a made of a softer material, such as softened plastic, so noises of the drawer extension guide 1 can be reduced. Static, more resilient material, such as metal, is better suited to supporting the drawer 21 than the softer plastic from the region 4a. The area 4b includes the bearing device 6, which can now be made of a harder, more resistant material compared to the soft plastic. For example, here is a Metal, which is characterized by a higher wear resistance and dimensional stability than the plastic of the area 4a. Thus, in the retracted state of the drawer, it is supported over the area 4b, in other words, the storage device 6. The area 4a is relieved in this case. A soft, quiet raising and raising of the drawer 21 through the area 4a and a long-term stable, resilient support of the drawer 21 through the area 4b is thus ensured. Fig. 6b shows the lifting device 4 with the two areas 4a and 4b. In this embodiment, the two regions are formed by a lift roller body 15 and a support roller body 16. The lifting device 4 is connected by a bearing 9 with the at least one pull-out rail 3a, 3b rocking. The arrangement of lifting device 4 with the Hubwälzkörper 15 and the Stützwälzkörper 16 can thus fit the catwalk 8 and the elevation 7 through the rocking bearing 9. Fig. 7 shows a portion of a drawer extension guide 1 consisting of a carcass rail 2, and the pull-out rails 3a, 3b - for example, the middle rail 14 and the drawer rail 13. In the retracted state of the drawer 21 supports in cooperation of lifting device 4 and elevation 7, the bearing 9 from the center rail 14, while the load rail 13 is lifted by the Hubwälzkörper 15 and the support roller 16. Thus, the not visible in FIG. 6 rolling elements 17 are relieved below and above the center rail 14, since the weight is discharged directly from the drawer rail 13 via the dotted line support roller 16 to the carcass rail 2.
