Depending on the design of the ejector as a rake, grating or the like, a mostly low coefficient of friction results between the finished packaging and the points of contact, lines or surfaces of the ejector. A foil welding apparatus 1 consists of a flat housing 2 with a cut surface 3 for the cut product (for example sausage slices), which is placed by hand on a previously inserted carrier foil made of plastic and then covered with a cover foil.
