The invention relates to a supply roll for a sealing tape made of an open-cell foam with a winding core for the windings of the pre-compressed sealing tape provided on one side with a self-adhesive layer under contiguous radial pressure loading. Pre-compressed sealing tapes made of an open-cell foam are usually used for sealing joints. The delayed recovery of the pre-compressed sealing tapes allows for ease of assembly because these sealing tapes can be inserted into the joints in a still compressed condition with appropriate clearance, before the sealing tapes, by virtue of their inherent elasticity, inflate with air filling their pores and seal against the joint walls. For attachment in the joints, the sealing tapes are provided on one side with a self-adhesive layer, via which they are glued to one of the mutually opposite joint walls. Since the self-adhesive layer of the sealing tapes would adhere the turns of the sealing tapes wound up to the supply rolls, the self-adhesive layers are covered with a cover film which must be pulled off into the joints to be sealed before the sealing tapes are inserted, which requires an additional working step for the installation of such sealing tapes. Since the supply rolls of precompressed gaskets require a radial compressive load of the adjacent windings to prevent premature expansion of the gaskets, the supply rolls are enclosed by a sheath which prevents elastic backstroke of the pre-compressed gaskets rolled up on a core in that the remaining sealing tape remaining on a winding core elastically expands after the sleeve has been removed from the supply roll if the remaining roll of tape is not secured by a sleeve before an elastic recovery of the sealing tape takes place. In order to be able to glue precompressed sealing tapes not only with a joint wall, but with the two opposing walls of a joint to be sealed, it is known (EP 2 514 901 A1) to provide the sealing tapes with a self-adhesive layer on both opposite sides thereof such that upon resetting expansion of the sealing strip within a joint, both sides of the sealing strip are self-adhering to the joint walls. These self-adhesive layers are protected by peelable cover films, which in turn results in a corresponding covering of the supply rolls with regard to the radial pressure load of the adjacent turns. The invention is therefore based on the object, a supply roll for a sealing tape of an open-cell foam in such a way that not only a simple Flandhabung achieved for laying, but also ensured by simple means that after removing a portion of the sealing strip from a supply roll the Sealing strip of the remaining role under a necessary for Komprimie¬ tion radial compressive stress remains. Particularly simple construction conditions arise in this context if the film is designed as a perforated film. If the sealing tape on the inside of the windings is provided with the self-adhesive layer, then the tension-resistant film comes to rest on the outside of the windings, so that the sealing tape is also subjected to a compressive stress counteracting the free expansion in the region of the outermost turn of the supply roll. With the provision of a film on the side of the tape opposite the self-adhesive layer, various possibilities open up for adapting the properties of the sealing tape to a variety of requirements by appropriate choice of the material of the film. Thus, for example, the film may be fire-resistant or made of an intumescent material, whereby the behavior of the sealing strip in case of fire can be improved. The adhesive forces between the film and the self-adhesive layer must ensure a thrust-resistant connection of the adjoining windings of the supply roll, which are exposed due to the elastic pre-compression of a radial compressive load, without preventing the withdrawal of the sealing tape from the supply roll. However, this does not mean that no adhesive residues must be present on the film after peeling off. If the adhesive forces between the self-adhesive layer and the film exceed the internal binding forces of the self-adhesive layer, a thin self-adhesive layer will remain on the film when the sealing tape is removed from the supply roll, so that the removed sealing tape on both sides permits bonding to the adjoining joint walls. In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example, and indeed a supply roll according to the invention for a sealing strip in a schematic, partially torn side view is shown. The sealing strip 1, which is partially pulled off the supply roll and elastically set back in the region of the withdrawn length, is made of an open-pored foam material 2 which is provided with a self-adhesive layer 3 on one side of the sealing strip 1 and has a film 4 on the opposite side , which is designed in terms of their adhesion properties in conjunction with the self-adhesive layer 3 so that a releasable adhesion is achieved. Such a sealing tape 1 is wound onto a winding core 5 with precompression, the self-adhesive layer 3 lying on the inside and the film 4 lying on the outside of the adjacent windings 6 of the supply roll. This means that the respective inner self-adhesive layer 3 of the äuße¬ Ren two adjacent turns 6 is adhered to the outer foil 4 of in¬neren of these turns 6 with the effect that between these turns 6 no shift in the circumferential direction is possible. Since the foil 4 is designed to be resistant to tensile stress, the precompressed sealing strip 1 is held within the supply roll under a radial compressive stress which precludes an elastic, widening return of the sealing strip 1. The sealing tape 1 can therefore be pulled off from the supply roll in the respectively required length, without the rest of the sealing strip 1 of the supply roll being subjected to a risk of restitution.
