DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a small fire system, in particular a stove, a fireplace insert, a furnace insert or the like with the further features of claim 1. In particular, a small fire system is addressed, in which a fuel storage space of a combustion chamber solid fuels are supplied, in particular in the form of pellets, wood chips and the like. The combustion chamber has in its bottom area a grate element with openings, which serve the air supply in the combustion chamber from below.
From the prior art small fire systems of the aforementioned kind are known, which differ with respect to the feed of the combustion chamber. For example, in so-called chute firing, solid fuel flow is added to the combustion chamber over a transition area, at least under the action of gravity. Typically, the solid fuel is stored in at least one fuel storage room of the small fire system. In particular, the feed of the combustion chamber may also be initiated and / or assisted by a conveyor arranged in the feed area. Other types of feed utilize conveyors, such as augers or the like, to convey the solid fuel into the combustion chamber.
It has been shown that the solid fuel accumulates on the grate element in such a way that a sufficient air supply during operation of the system is not always ensured. This results in increased emissions and increased consumption, as the solid fuel burns incompletely under these conditions.
Starting from this prior art, it is an object of the invention to provide a small fire system, which enables a clean and thus low-emission combustion of the solid fuel.
The object is achieved by a small fire system of the type mentioned above with the characterizing features of claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
The inventive / renewal small fire system is characterized by the fact that above the grate element, a movable, in particular roof-shaped designed Rüttelelement Arteines Rütteldoms is arranged, which has a still pointing up to the combustion chamber edge, followed by the obliquely downwardly extending side edges. Such formation at least minimizes accumulation of the solid fuel on the vibrating dome upon loading of the small fire system, as the added solid fuel material flow is at least partially deflected across the side flanks of the ridge dome elevation. As a result, a large area distribution on the vibrating dome is thus achieved, so that sufficient air can be supplied during operation of the small fire plant to ensure clean and uniform combustion of the solid fuel.
Advantageously, the vibrating element is provided with a plurality of apertures located in the region of the top edge and / or in the side flanks. If the vibrating element is jerked back and forth, then already burned remnants of the fuel fall through the vibrating element and the underlying grate or a rind dish in an ash receiving area and can be easily removed from the furnace.
The formation of the vibrating element is provided so as to connect to the upper edge of the combustion chamber at least two side flanks, d. H. the vibrating element or the vibrating dome is in the form of an elongated pointed gable roof.
The grate element arranged in the bottom region of the combustion chamber is advantageously designed as a grate shell and the vibrating element is arranged in the interior region of the grate shell. This ensures that, during the shaking process, fuel material discharged from the vibrating element remains safely within the shell portion and is discharged downwardly through the apertured bottom portion of the grate cup. The grate tray is formed in the manner of an elongated channel, the vibrating element is slidably mounted within the Rostschalemit advantage in the longitudinal direction.
The vibrating element has a plurality of downwardly facing tooth-like projections on its side edges which, when the vibrating element moves back and forth, drive fuel residues through the openings of the rust tray so that the grate tray is at least partially freed from residues as the vibrating element moves.
In order to achieve the best possible distribution of the fuel supplied from the fuel reservoir to the combustion chamber, there is arranged between the fuel reservoir and the combustion chamber a solid fuel supply region which is designed in the manner of a chute and whose width is substantially equal to the length of the grate tray. The grate cup is, as already noted, formed after an elongate channel and the vibrating element is disposed in the grate cup, thereby fueling the bottom portion of the firing chamber in an optimized manner by the width dimensioning of the feed portion.
In order to avoid accumulating too much fuel material in the center of the vibrating dome, at least one material flow dividing element is arranged in the feed region for dividing a solid fuel flow into the combustion chamber, which is wedge-shaped and subdivides the fuel flow into two partial flows. Of course, several separators may be arranged to provide the most even distribution possible Get fuel.
At the lower portion of the feed area, to protect against ignition of the solid fuel carried over the feed area, a flame deflector extending into the combustion chamber is arranged, extending at least the width of an opening of the feed area opening into the combustion chamber. The flame deflector has a dual function in that, in addition to the deflector function, it additionally provides a venting aid for the fuel to be distributed on the vibrating dome.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment in the drawing figures. These show:
Figure 1 is a sectional view through a stove with an inventive Rüttelelement in the region of the bottom portion of the combustion chamber.
Fig. 2 is a detail view of the bottom portion of the burning chamber with the vibrating element according to the invention;
Fig. 3 is a plan view of the bottom portion of the combustion chamber, partially cut.
The small fire system 1 in the form of a kiln shown in FIG. 1 has a fuel storage space 2, from which a solid fuel 3 in the form of pellets, wood chips or the like can be supplied to a combustion chamber 3. In the bottom area 5 of the combustion chamber 3, a grate element 6 is arranged, in which the air supply openings 7 are inserted. The grate element 6 is located above a drawer-like ash box 8, which can be pulled out under a door 9, which forms the front area of the combustion chamber 3. Above the grate element 6, a movable, in particular roof-shaped, vibrating element 10 is arranged in the manner of a vibrating dome, which has an edge 11 pointing upwards to the combustion chamber 3, to which side edges 12 project obliquely downwards.
Also, the vibrating element 10 is provided with a plurality of openings 13, which are arranged in the region of the upper edge 11 and / or in the side flanks 12.
The vibrating element 10 or Rütteldom is formed in the manner of an elongated roof-shaped element, d. H. The upper edge 11 is adjoined by at least two side flanks 12. The rusting element 6 arranged in the bottom area of the combustion chamber 3 is designed as a grate shell, the vibrating element 10 is accommodated reciprocally in the inner region of the rust shell, the grate shell being shaped in the manner of an elongate channel 13 and the vibrating element 10 can be moved back and forth in the grate shell in the longitudinal direction 14 thereof.
At the downwardly facing side flanks 12, the vibrating element 10 is provided with a plurality of downwardly facing tooth-like projections 15, which in turn protrude into the transition region 16 between the side walls 17 and the bottom 18 of the grate tray.
For its lateral displacement, the roof-like vibrating element 10 is mounted on a rod-like guide element 19 penetrating the grate shell in its longitudinal direction 14, which is mechanically coupled to a handle disposed on the outside of the furnace housing.
For conveying the solid fuel 4, between the fuel storage room 2 and the combustion chamber 3, there is provided a feed area 20 for the solid fuel 4, which is formed like a chute and whose width 24 is at most the length of the grate tray 6. In the feed area 20, at least one
Material flow dividing element 21 arranged for dividing the Brennkammer3 supplied solid fuel material flow. The partial element 21 is wedge-shaped and arranged such that a narrow partial edge points in the direction of the fuel storage space 2.
A flame deflector 23 protruding into the combustion chamber 3, which extends at least over the width 24 of an opening 25 of the feed region 20 opening into the combustion chamber 3, is provided on the lower section 22 of the feed region 20 facing the combustion chamber 3 for protection against ignition of the solid fuel 4 conveyed via the feed region.
The ash container 8 is integrated into the door 9 of the stove and formed removable. Formed below the supply area 20 is a crumb tray 26, which is also removable from the oven housing and serves the purpose of receiving very small solid fuel elements, namely solid fuel crumbs, which may be discarded in the region of the feed area 20.
