专利说明:

The invention relates to a replacement of reel batteries on supports of cable cars with a truck which can be moved on the cable of the cable car, and with at least two winches with ropes, with which a reel battery to be replaced can be lowered and a new reel battery can be lifted.
The invention further relates to a method for replacing reel batteries on supports of cable car installations, in which a shuttle vehicle is driven to the support and then a rope running on the reel battery is lifted off the reel battery with the replacement vehicle and the roller battery is subsequently removed.
Such an apparatus and method are known from EP 2 301 819 A. In the method described there, however, it is disadvantageous that the old and the new reel battery must be laid on the ground under the support, which is not or only with difficulty possible in, for example, built-up urban areas, over waters, in steep terrain, etc.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an apparatus and method which does not require this.
This object is achieved in a device of the type mentioned above in that the truck has at least two interconnected vehicles, which are connected via clamps with the rope.
We solve this problem in a method of the type mentioned above in that mounted on the truck rolling stock battery a mounting roller battery to the support and the rope is placed on the mounting roller battery, then the truck is driven on a rope to another location and the reel battery is replaced with a new reel battery, that the new reel battery is driven to the support with the exchange vehicle and that the rope running on the assembly reel battery is connected to the
Lift truck from the mounting roller shutter and then the mounting roller battery is replaced by the roller battery.
The at least two interconnected vehicles give the truck a high stability and carrying capacity, which is advantageous in particular for large and heavy reel batteries, and on the other hand provide enough space to be able to mount a new reel battery on the support when the old reel battery is removed and hanging from the exchange vehicle or temporarily mount a mounting roller battery to place the old roller battery in a suitable location and to be able to receive and assemble a new roller battery.
It is therefore particularly preferred in the invention, when the device according to the invention comprises four interconnected vehicles, wherein the winches are arranged on the two outer vehicles and pulleys for the cables on the two inner vehicles.
Further preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the remaining subclaims.
Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the invention and Figs. 2-17 show the procedures for replacing an old reel battery with a new one.
The exchange vehicle 10 according to the invention is, in the illustrated embodiment, a group of vehicles consisting of four single vehicles. The first and the last vehicle 1, 2 have the
External dimensions of a St'änö'ärd-Wartüfitjsfahrzeuges. In these vehicles 1 hydraulic winches 3, 4 are attached. In one of the vehicles, a hydraulic unit 5 with a diesel engine is additionally arranged. The hydraulic winch 4 in the vehicle 2, in which the hydraulic unit 5 is not located, is supplied via a hydraulic line, which are laid, for example, along or by connecting rods 23a, 23b, 23c.
The middle two vehicles 6, 7 are as simple as possible executed hangers, with which the load of the roller battery 15 to be replaced is taken. Ropes 8, 9 of the two cable winches 3, 4 are either laid within the vehicle group, i. from the outer vehicles 1, 2 directly to the central vehicles 5, 6, or via pulleys to the support 13. In order to absorb the internal forces, the vehicles 1, 2, 6, 7 and their clamps 16, 17, 18, 19 articulate Connecting rods 23 a, 23 b, 23 c connected.
The replacement of a roller battery 15 will be explained below in a preferred embodiment of the invention in a preferred embodiment of the invention.
The individual vehicles 1, 2, 6, 7 are stored in the station of the cable car when they are not needed or brought to the cable car if necessary. For use of the towing vehicle 10, the individual vehicles i, 2, 6, 7 must be e.g. In the straight area, the four individual vehicles 1, 2, 6, 7 by means of the connecting rods 23 a, 23 b, 23 c in the range of preferred as usual terminals executed terminals 16 , 17, 18, 19 with each other and, in each case a standard maintenance vehicle 1, 2 with connecting struts 20a, 20b in the region of the basket edge, each with a hanger 6, 7verbunden. The winches 3, 4 and the hydraulic unit 5 are installed in the winch vehicles when needed, and the wires and winch ropes 8, 9 are laid within the vehicle group. To make sure that the winch ropes 8, 9 are later cleanly fastened to the ends of the winch ropes 8, 9 by the winaens 3, 4, puffing (e.g., 20-30 kg each). Only a dome terminal 16 of the four dome terminals 16, 17, 18, 19 (the one that first leaves the station) must be equipped with a friction lining. This engages the hoist rope 14 and pulls the other three vehicles 2, 6, 7 until all four are hitched.
The hangers 6, 7 each have a pivot support 23 and a hinged support 24. The pivot support 23 is pivotable about a vertical axis 25 in the horizontal direction and has at its end a load hook, an eye 30 or the like. The Klappträger24 is pivotable about a horizontal axis 26 in the vertical direction and has at its end a pulley 27.
At a location below the cable car, where access by truck is possible, a mounting roller battery 21 and a mounting bracket 22 are first received. The exchange vehicle 10 drives to the subway over the truck or the storage yard and lifts the mounting roller battery 21 and the mounting bracket 22 with the ropes 8, 9 which run over the pulleys 27 on the hinged supports 24 of the hangers 6, 7. As shown in Fig. 2, the mounting roller battery 21 and the mounting bracket 22 are pulled up to hang within the usual clearance of the standard vehicles.
With the usual cable car drive, the exchange vehicle 10 with the mounting roller battery 21 and the mounting bracket 22 travel to the affected support 13 (Figure 3). The mounting roller battery 21 and the mounting bracket 22 are then relocated by the ropes 8, 9 and by means of fixed Rundschlingen28 of the flap beams 24 to the pivot supports 23 so that the ropes 8, 9 are free (Fig. 4). Then the mounting roller battery, e.g. by means of a hydraulic cylinder, swung away.
The cables 8, 9 are then, as shown in Fig. 5, arranged on pulleys 16, 19 via pulleys which are shown in the drawings at the cleats of each other, and two pulleys 11, 12 on a bracket 29 on the support 13 is put up to pull up the mounting bracket 22 with them and placed on a yoke 31 and screwed (Fig. 6).
By means of a pulley 32, which is actuated via the winch ropes 8, 9, the hoisting rope 14 with the exchange vehicle 10 coupled thereto is lifted off the reel battery 15 to be replaced (FIGS. 7 and 8). After lifting, the lower rope bottle 33 is secured by holding plates 35 and bolts connected to the upper rope bottle 34. In addition, the hoist rope is attached to round slings 36, 37 directly to a rocker 38, previously the pulleys 11, 12 were mounted on the block 29. Thus, the winch ropes 8, 9 are free again.
The hinged carriers 24 on the two hangers 6, 7 are then brought into the vertical position and the pivot supports 32 with the mounting roller battery 21 mounted thereon, e.g. by means of hydraulic cylinders, pivoted backwards. The winch ropes 8, 9 are placed on the mounting bracket 22 via pivot rollers 39, 40 and fastened to the roller battery 15 to be replaced (FIG. 9).
The old reel battery 15 to be replaced can now be disassembled and rewound by means of the cables 8, 9 and belt hangers 41, 42 in two steps. be lowered about 7m. In the first step, the roller battery 15 is lowered by means of the winch ropes 8, 9 about 3.5 m and secured to the mounting bracket 22 with the belt hangers 41, 42, which in the middle each have a stop ring 43, 44 with snap hooks. In the second step, the winch cables 8, 9 are detached from the roller battery 15 and fastened to the central stop rings 43, 44 of the belt hangers 41, 42. Subsequently, the roller battery 15 is lowered another 3.5m and then fixed to the upper ends of the belt hangers 41, 42 on the mounting bracket 22, as shown in FIG. 11 is shown.
The mounting roller battery 21, which is attached to a pivoting carrier 23, is then suspended between cfefs * 41, 42 under the yoke 31 (FIG. 12), pulled up by means of the cables 8, 9 (FIG. 13) and mounted on the yoke 31. Then the conveyor rope 14 can be lowered with the pulley 32 on the mounting roller battery 21, so that the cable car is ready to drive again.
Then the pulling up of the old roller battery 15 into the transport position takes place by means of the winch ropes 8, 9 and the belt hangers 41, 42 in two steps. In the first step, the winch cables 8, 9 run over the deflection rollers 39, 40 on the mounting bracket 22 and are fastened to the middle stop rings 43, 44 of the belt hangers 41, 42. Thus, the roller battery can be raised approximately 3.5 m and with the middle snap hooks of the belt hangers 41, 42 are secured to the mounting bracket 22. In the second step, the winch ropes 8, 9 are laid inside the towing vehicle 10 and over the pulleys 27 of the hinged carrier 24 and the folding carriers 24 are pivoted into the lower position. Subsequently, the roller battery 15 is hung on the winch ropes 8, 9 and further pulled up to the transport position (Fig. 14).
The removal of the old roller battery 15 to the truck or storage space shown in FIG. 15 follows by the replacement vehicle 10 with the old roller battery 15 traveling by cable car over the truck or storage space. There, the old roller battery 15 is lowered with the ropes 8, 9 on the floor and a new roller battery 15 is raised.
With the normal cable car drive, the exchange vehicle 10 with the new roller battery 15, as shown in Fig. 15, to the affected support 13. The roller battery 15 hangs on the winch ropes, which are laid inside the exchange vehicle 10 and run over the pulleys 27 of the hinged support 24. The subsequent lowering of the roller battery 15 takes place, as described above, for example 7m by means of the winch ropes 8, 9 and the belt hangers 41, 42 in two steps, until the roller battery 15 with the upper ends of the
Belt hangers 41, 42 is attached to the mounting bracket 22.
With the pulley 32, which is actuated again via the winch ropes 8, 9, the hoist rope 14 is lifted with the exchange vehicle 10 from the mounting roller battery 21, the lower rope bottle 34 with the retaining plates 35 with the upper Serif lug 33 connected and additionally the hoisting rope 14 with round slings 36, 37 attached directly to the rocker 38 of the Bockes 29. Thus, the winch cables 8, 9 are free again.
The hinged supports 23 are pivoted to the vertical position and the pivot support 24 is pivoted away. The winch ropes 8, 9 pass over the pulleys 39, 40 on the mounting bracket 22 so as to disassemble and lower the mounting roller battery 21.
After lowering, the mounting roller battery 21 is by means of the circular loop 28 to the pivot support 23, which was previously swung inward, so that the cable winch ropes 8, 9 become free. Following the pivot support 23 is pivoted outwards again.
The pulling up of the new roller battery 15 takes place with the help of the winch ropes 8, 9 and the belt hangers 41, 42 again in two steps. In the first step, the winch ropes 8, 9 run over the deflection rollers 39, 40 on the mounting bracket 2.2 and are connected to the middle stop rings 43, 44 of the Belt hangers 41, 42 attached.
Subsequently, the roller battery is wound up about 3.5 m and then fastened to the mounting bracket 22 with the snap hooks of the middle stop rings 43, 44 of the garter straps 41, 42. In the second step, the winch cables 8, 9 are again attached directly to the roller battery 15, the roller battery 15 is pulled up and mounted on the yoke 31.
The hoisting rope 14 is then lowered by the pulley 32 onto the re-assembled reel battery 15 so that the web is ready to travel again. The pulley 32 is then 'removed.
To disassemble the mounting bracket 22, the cable winch ropes are 8.9 laid over the two now again on the block 29 and its rocker 38 mounted Umlenkenk 11, 12 to disassemble and lower the mounting bracket 22. The mounting bracket 22 is then suspended by means of a round sling on the pivot support 23 so that the Weilwindenseile 8, 9 are free. The flap beams 24 are then brought into horizontal position.
The winch ropes 8, 9 are laid within the towing vehicle 10 and the mounting roller battery 21 and the mounting bracket 22 are attached to them.
The exchange vehicle 10 then travels with the mounting roller battery 21 and the mounting bracket 22 with the cable car over the truck or storage place. There, the mounting roller battery 21 and the mounting bracket 22 are lowered with the winches on the ground and then rebuilt the empty Winder winch ropes with the weights.
The exchange vehicle 10 is finally driven into the straight area of the station. There, the connecting rods 23a, 23b, 23c must be dismantled. Subsequently, the individual vehicles 1, 2.6, 7 can be garaged in the station.
A major advantage of the apparatus and method of the present invention is the short downtime for the plant, that is, the replacement of reel batteries can take less hours. The main advantage is that the reel battery is "in the air". can be exchanged. Thus, nothing has to be placed on the ground under the prop during assembly, which is not or only with difficulty possible in built-up urban areas, over water bodies, on steep terrain, etc.
This is made possible, inter alia, by: the operation of the swap body rr® on the same cable strand 14 on which the roller battery 15 is exchanged; the large distance between the winch vehicles 1, 2, so that the roller battery 15 can be lowered a little in between; the attachment points, i. the folding beams 24 and swivel beams 23, midway between the winch vehicles 1, 2, e.g. be solved by additional hangers 6, 7, but also by a special connection construction without additional hangings 6, 7 between the winch vehicles 1, 2 would be feasible; a corresponding cable guide within the exchange vehicle 10, so that even under load only a small deflection of the vehicles 1,2, 6, 7 is formed; the additional assembly reel battery 21 to move the web with the reel battery 15 disassembled, but it would also be possible to immediately carry a new reel battery 15 and immediately exchange it in place against the old one without intermediate transport; the winch equipment can remain in the winch vehicles 1, 2, which simplifies handling and thus saves assembly time; the vehicles 1, 2, 6, 7 can be equipped with the same coupling terminals 16, 17, 18, 19 as the standard vehicles, so that a trouble-free entry into the station and handling in the subway station is possible.
