The present invention relates to a cab for an agricultural machine according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Especially for tractors, it is standard to make cabins as comfortable as possible for the operator. These include good soundproofing and adequate ventilation. Since such machines are often operated in an environment where there is a relatively large amount of dust or other particles in the air, the ventilation is not only designed to provide sufficient airflow, but also to maximize this airflow drawn from the ambient air filter. Another requirement is the appropriate temperature control of the air flow.
The above conditions mean that contemporary cabins are almost airtight over very short periods of time. In other words, although the air in the cabin is replaced by the ventilation system, very rapid changes in the air pressure situation in the cabin can not be compensated by the ventilation. Such a situation occurs when a door of the car is quickly closed. In this case, an air cushion forms in the cabin, whereby the closing movement of the door is stopped. The door must therefore be closed very slowly and led.
This problem is mentioned, for example, in WO 2010/049381 A1 or EP 0 070 636 A2. The local filter or rubber lip systems, however, do not meet the modern requirements for the insulating ability to protect the operator from environmental influences.
The object of the invention is to provide a cab for an agricultural machine, the door can be closed easily and quickly despite optimal cabin insulation. This object is achieved by a cabin having the features of claim 1.
This is done by a sensor for detecting the position of the door and an actuator connected to the sensor for actuating an opening device, in particular a window, is provided, wherein the actuator is designed such that it opens the opening device when the sensor is in an open position the door detected.
In other words, opening the opening device opens a second path for the air, allowing it to escape from the cabin even if the door closes quickly.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
An embodiment in which the actuator comprises an electric drive and a control or regulating device connected to the drive and the sensor is preferred. This represents, on the one hand, a rather simple technical solution and offers the advantage that, in the case of several opening devices, a modular control or regulating device or a common control or regulating unit can be used.
In order to enable a simple fault diagnosis for damage to the system for a technician, it may be provided that the control or regulating device comprises an interface for the transmission of error signals to a diagnostic device.
Particularly preferred is an embodiment in which the actuator is designed such that it closes the opening device when the sensor detects a closed position of the door. This closing has the advantage that the full insulation effect of the cabin is restored after closing the door.
In addition, it can be particularly preferably provided that the actuator has a safety device for detecting increased load when closing the opening device, wherein the actuator is designed such that it opens the opening device when detected by the safety device increased load. For the automatic closing of the opening device involves an increased risk of entrapment of, for example, body parts. Pinching injuries can thus be prevented in this way.
Since in the vast majority of cases already openable windows, especially folding windows and / or sliding windows, are provided for the cabins, it may be advantageous to use these as opening device.
A particularly simple design for detecting the position of the door is a contact sensor, wherein this is preferably designed so that when the door is fully closed, there is a closed electrical circuit.
But also the use of a rotation angle sensor is conceivable. This can be achieved that the opening device is opened only when a preset, minimum opening angle is achieved.
An active opening or closing of the opening device by the operator may also be advantageous. For this purpose, depending on a button for opening and closing the opening device may be provided, which are connected to the actuator.
In particular, when an opening device is to be placed in the roof of the cabin, a rain sensor connected to the actuator is particularly preferably provided, wherein the actuator is designed such that it closes the opening device when rain is detected by the rain sensor.
Further details and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the figure and the associated description of the figures.
FIG. 1 shows the cabin 1 according to the invention in a front view. Initially, the opening devices 3, which are designed in this case as a window, recognizable. These lie both in the doors 2 of the car 1 and at the top and rear.
The actuators 5 for the opening devices 3 are formed in this case as electrical drives 6 together with a control or regulating device 7. The exact mechanism for opening the opening devices 3 is solved, for example, by racks or spindle drives - at least according to measures known to those skilled in the art
The control device 7 has a modular structure, i. there are 6 analog subunits for the drives. Various operating states (OFF, OPEN, CLOSE, ERROR) of the control device 7 are indicated by LEDs. Furthermore, it has an overvoltage and reverse polarity protection as well as a safety shutdown at excess temperature.
The control or regulating device 7 is connected to the two sensors 4, which are formed in this case as contact sensors.
At regular, short intervals of an open or a closed position of the door 2 is reported by the sensors 4 to the control or regulating device 7. If the control or regulating device 7 is in the automatic mode, this causes the opening of an opening device 3. When closed, the control or regulating device 7 causes the closing of all opening devices 3.
Furthermore, it is provided that the operator can manually open or close individual windows. For this purpose, the control or regulating device 7 changes to a manual mode as soon as a button (not shown) for opening or closing a window is pressed by the operator. By a long press of a button, the operator can put the control or regulating device 7 in the automatic mode described above.
In addition, a fault mode is provided, which is activated by the control or regulating device 7, for example, if a button jams and thus remains too long in the depressed state. Corresponding error codes are then stored in the control or regulating device 7 and can be read out at a CAN interface (controller area network interface). This can be done for example by a technician using a diagnostic device.
With the control or regulating device 7, a rain sensor 8 is further connected. Detects this rain, the window is closed at the top of the car 1 by the corresponding actuator 5.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown here. For example, sensors 4 can be used which detect the exact angular position of the door 3. The opening device 3 could then only be opened when a (fast) closing movement of the door 2 actually occurs.
