From WO 2004/101919 A1 a generic ejection device is known, which causes the ejection movement on the repulsive effect of two magnets. In the local ejection device, the two magnets in the charged state, that is, for example, in a closed position of a drawer, relatively close together. This position thus serves as a force storage for the ejection movement taking place during opening.
Although this ejection device provides by the use of magnets a desirable ejection characteristic, that is, a high ejection force at the beginning of the ejection movement, which drops quickly. However, the charging characteristic in a magnetic energy storage, so applied by the operator force to bring the magnets together, is not ideal, since just at the end of the charging high forces must be applied. The use of magnets in ejector devices therefore seems to make sense only if the force for charging, as in the cited document, comes from an additional electric motor or the like.
In addition, the high space requirement of the device known from WO 2004/101919 A1 in the ejection direction must be improved.
The object of the invention is to provide a magnetically driven ejection device for movable furniture parts, which has a desirable charging characteristic and requires no additional energy source other than the force of the operator.
This object is achieved by an ejection device with the features of claim 1.

In order to achieve that the overall length of the ejection device in the direction of the ejection direction is as short as possible, it can be preferably provided that the first magnet is movable from the neutral position to the ejection position substantially transversely to the ejection direction. For easy and intuitive operation, the triggering movement can be an overpressure movement against the ejection direction.
A first part for the movable mounting of the first magnet on a furniture body and a second part for fixing the second magnet on the movable furniture part is preferably provided, since this minimizes the total mass of the movable furniture part with attachments.

The first magnet 4 is mounted together with a force accumulator 8 and other components on the first part 6 of the ejection device. The second magnet 5 is attached via the second part 7 to the rear wall 15 of the movable furniture part 2.
The position of the first magnet 4 is held by a bolt 11, which prevents the discharge of the force accumulator 8. As can be seen in Figure 2b, the lever 12 is actuated by an overpressure against the ejection direction X, whereby the latch 11 is unlocked.
In Figure 2c, the force accumulator 8 is partially discharged, whereby the first magnet 4 is on the way to the repelling position. By the locking device 13, however, the movable furniture part 2 is still held in the current position, although a certain force between the first magnet 4 and the second magnet 5 already acts. The movement of the first magnet 4 also causes a movement of the loading lever 9. This is rotatably mounted on a loading lever joint 16 on the furniture body 14, not shown in this figure. The cam 10 is attached to the non-illustrated part of the movable furniture part 2, resulting in simple leverage.
