The invention relates to a closing device for a movably mounted furniture part, which in an opening direction starting from a closed position, in which a contact surface of the movable furniture part rests against a body part, can be opened in an open position and in an opening direction opposite closing direction from the open position in the closing position is closable, with a driver, which is connectable to the movable furniture part or with the body part and a Zuziehfeder acted upon by a Zuziehhebel having a guideway for the driver and the driver when opening the movable furniture part between a locking position, the Zuziehhebel in the closed position of the movable furniture part occupies and in which the driver is in an on position in the guideway, and a waiting position in which the driver decouples from the Zuziehhebel to one, in the case of the connection of Mitnehme rs with the movable furniture part, relative to the body part or, in the case of the connection of the driver with the body part, against the movable furniture part stationary pivot axis is pivotable, wherein when closing the movable furniture part from an occupied by the driver in the guideway insert position a pulling force of Zuziehhebel is exercisable on the driver.
Zuziehvorrichtungen (also called self-closing or feed mechanisms) for pull-out furniture parts, such as drawers or cabinet drawer that move automatically when inserting the pull-out furniture part this over a final section of the Einfahrweges and so ensure the fully retracted state of the pull-out furniture part, are known in different embodiments. For example, AT 401334 B discloses a retraction mechanism in which a tilting slide displaceable against the force of a spring is present. The tilting slide comprises a carriage which can be displaced rectilinearly in the pull-out direction of the drawer against the force of the spring and a tilting part which can be tilted about a tilting axis. In the case of the retractor known from AT 393948 B, a tilting slide is likewise provided, which is displaceable along a guideway against the force of a spring. The guideway has a straight portion 5 and a bent portion, which causes the pivoting of the tilting slide about an imaginary tilting axis in its tilted end position.
Nowadays, closing devices are usually equipped with insert dampers in order to dampen the retraction movement of the extendable furniture part in the last section of the insertion path. Such a damped closing device, in which the tilting slide cooperates with a slide-in damper, is known, for example, from EP 1 532 892 A1. The spring-loaded tilt slide cooperates here with a linear damper in the form of a piston-cylinder unit, which in particular acts pneumatically. Even by means of rotary dampers dampened 15 te Selbsteinzüge are known.
From EP 2 129 260 A1 discloses a damped closing device, in which a tilting slide bearing bearing unit is attached to a carcass rail of the pull-out of the pull-out furniture part and the driver is integrated in a pull-out furniture part-pull-out pull-out of the pull-out.
When pivotally mounted furniture parts, such as cabinet doors, spring elements integrated in the hinges are known, which automatically swivel the pivotable furniture part over a last portion of its closing movement 25 and thus ensure the fully closed state of the furniture part. Again, usually dampers are used to dampen the closing movement.
In the form of piston-cylinder units formed damper for damping the closing of movably mounted furniture parts, for example, from DE 30 20 2005 020 820 U1 and DE 10 213 726 A1. Rotation dampers are also known in which a highly viscous damping medium is arranged in a gap between a fixed damper part and a rotatably mounted damper part. The braking force is caused by this sheared damping medium. Dampers of this type can be seen for example from DE 10 210 917 C1, US 5,277,282 A, JP 59-222631 A and US 5,143,432 A. It is known to form dampers for damping the closing of movably mounted furniture parts such that the damping force exerted by the damper essentially occurs only in the closing direction or is substantially greater in the closing direction than in the opening direction (so that the damper has a kind of " Frerlauf "). DE 10 313 659 B3, DE 10 214 596 A1, DE 19 717 937 A1, AT 503 877 B1 and EP 1 260 159 A2 disclose piston-cylinder units in which a piston side develops between the piston sides Air pressure difference acts on an elastically deformable piston part, so that the applied friction force depends on the air pressure difference and thus on the speed of the component to be damped.
A damped closing device with a tilting slide mounted so as to be pivotable about a tilt axis on a carriage mounted in a linearly displaceable manner is disclosed in US 2011/0101839 A1. The carriage is acted upon by a Zuziehfeder which engages a gear segment, which meshes with a rack-like toothing of the carriage. From EP 1 384 420 Bl, a kinked formed, to a stationary horizontal pivot axis rotatably mounted Zuziehhebel, which is acted upon by a Zuziehfeder, which is integrated into a damper forming a piston-cylinder unit. At the back of the pull-out furniture part, such as a high-cabinet drawer, cooperating with the closing lever Mit-25 is arranged takers, which has a slide track. When pulling out the pull-out furniture part of the closing lever is pivoted from the driver starting from a locking position about the pivot axis in a waiting position in which the driver of Zuziehhebe! disconnects. When pivoting of the closing lever from the Zuhaltesteilung in the waiting position is a dead center of the closing spring überfah-30 ren, so that the closing lever is held by the closing spring in the waiting position.
When inserting the pull-out furniture part moves a projection of the closing lever in the guide path of the driver, wherein the closing lever is coupled to the driver and is pivoted about the dead center of the closing spring. As a result, the closing lever pulls the pull-out furniture part in its fully retracted position. In the dead center of the Zuziehhebels, in which the closing spring is at its dead center, the closing spring is stretched the most. When you pull the pull-out furniture part exerted by the closing lever on the pull-out furniture part, acting in the closing direction closing force, starting from the closed position of the pull-out furniture part, until the closing lever reaches its dead center.
A closing device of the type mentioned is apparent from GB 1,117,071. A spring-loaded closing lever, which is pivotally mounted about a stationary relative to the furniture body axis, is pivoted by a pull-out on the furniture part between a locking position, which takes the Zuziehhebel in the closed state of the extendable furniture part, and a waiting position. The spring is moved over a dead center. Again, the force to be overcome when pulling out the pull-out furniture part until reaching the dead center of the spring in comparison to the force exerted in the closed position on the pull-out furniture part closing force is relatively high.
The object of the invention is to provide a closing device of the type mentioned, in which in the closed position of the furniture part, a relatively high closing force can be exerted on the movable furniture part, with this is pressed in the closing direction against the body part, yet a relatively easy opening the movable furniture part should be possible. According to the invention, this is achieved by a closing device having the features of claim 1.
In the closing device according to the invention, the driver in its use position, from which a closing force from the closing lever on the driver is exercised when closing the movable furniture part, a distance from the pivot axis of the closing lever, at least 1.5 times, preferably at least 2 times as large as the distance that the driver has in its Zu position from the pivot axis of the closing lever. 5
It can thereby be caused a relatively large acting in the closing direction closing force on the moving Möbeltei! is exercised, which is in the closed position, wherein the force that is required for pivoting the closing lever from the locking position to its waiting position can be kept relatively low.
In particular, this can be effected in the closed position of the movable furniture part sufficient contact pressure for a seal, which is arranged between the body part and the movable furniture part. As a result, a reliable seal can be achieved. For example, it may be a refrigerated cabinet or another piece of furniture that has an interior climate different from the environment, e.g. has a different temperature. The seal can be attached to the carcass part or the movable furniture part.
The pulling force exerted on the driver by the closing lever acts on the driver via a closing lever arm. The Zuziehhebelarm is preferably at least 1.5 times as large in the insert position of the driver, more preferably at least 2 times as large as in the to position of the driver. Favorably, the Zuziehhebelarm hereby continuously decreases from the use position of the driver up to the to position of the driver or continuously decreases to a present at an intermediate position of the Zuziehhebels minimum and after passing through the minimum to the minimum value by at most 30% , preferably at most 15%, again. In the latter case, the closing lever in the intermediate position in which the minimum of the size of the Zuziehhebelarms is already at least two-thirds of its total pivot angle between the waiting position and the locking position has already passed.
In order to achieve a high closing force acting in the closed position in the closing position, it is preferred that the angle between the force applied to the driver from the closing lever closing force and the closing direction in the tumbler position of the closing lever is less than 45 °, especially preferably less than 40 °.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the guide track of the closing lever has a curved course, by means of which the closing force exerted on the movable furniture part can be influenced. Considering the position of the closing lever, which occupies this, when the driver is in its use position, the guide track here has a first portion which starts from the beginning of the guideway on which the driver when closing the movable furniture part in the Guideway enters, and a subsequent to the first section second section. Over the first section of the guideway runs in a direction that with the closing direction of the movable furniture part a hint! greater than the angle that a direction pointing from the center of the driver in the deployed position to the pivot axis of the closing lever includes with the closing direction. The second subsection extends in a direction that includes an angle with the closing direction that is less than the angle that the direction in the deployed position of the driver from the center of the driver to the pivot axis of the towing lever includes with the closing direction. By this design, the force exerted by the closing lever on the movable furniture part, acting in the closing direction closing force can be increased over a first phase of closing the movable furniture part by the closing lever against the closing force occurring in a straight course of the guideway and lowered in a second phase of retraction , wherein in the closed position of the movable furniture part nevertheless a high closing force can be achieved.
Advantageously, the residual stress, which has the closing force in the Zu position of the driver relative to the relaxed state of the closing spring, greater than the difference between the tension of the closing spring, which has these in the insert position of the driver, and the tension of the closing spring, which has these in the to position of the driver. In the case of the formation of the closing spring in the form of a helical spring, this is achieved by the fact that the differences. | Renz between the length of the closing spring in the Zu position of the driver and the length of the closing spring in its relaxed state is greater than the difference between the length of the closing spring, which has these in the insert position of the driver, and the length of the closing spring which has these in the closed position of the 5 driver. This is achieved by a sufficiently long closing spring.
As a result of such a design of the closing spring of the characteristic area used is relatively flat, this also contributes to a relatively high closing force in the closed state of the movable furniture part and yet a relatively easy opening 10 of the movable furniture part is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pivoting of the closing lever from the waiting position to the tumble position is damped by at least one damper, in particular a linear damper. The at least one damper is conveniently connected, on the one hand, to a drawbar, which is pivotally connected to the closing lever, and, on the other hand, to the storage unit. In order to achieve the most straight possible displacement of the end of the drawbar, with which the at least one damper is connected, the pull rod is advantageously guided by a curved slide track. In addition, a linear guide for the pull rod is conveniently provided which is closer to the end of the pull rod connected to the at least one damper than the slide guide.
In order to absorb forces or force components exerted on the driver, which act at right angles to the opening or closing direction, the bearing unit, on which the closing lever is pivotably mounted, preferably has a lateral guide for the driver running in the closing direction.
Further advantages and details of the invention are explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this show: 8 • »m * Μ ·« • · • ···

A first embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 17.
A respective closing device comprises a Zuzieeinheit 1, which is attached to a body part 25 of the furniture 2, and a driver unit 3, which is fixed to the respective movable furniture part 4.
The movable furniture parts 4 are straight in the embodiment of a closed position (in which the lower shown in Fig. 1 shown movable furniture part 30) in an opening direction 5 to an open position (in which the upper shown in Fig. 1 movable Furniture part 4 is) displaceable and in the closing direction opposite to the opening direction 6 of the Offenstel- M It • # «* M It • #« * M ··· * · · · «· · · · · · · I - · · ♦ • · · · · · · · # 1 ··· ··· * slidable into the closed position. So it is about extendable and retractable furniture parts 4, which may be formed for example in the form of drawers, trays or cabinet extensions. To extend and insert the furniture parts 4 serve not shown pull-out guides. 5
The driver unit 3 comprises a support plate 7, which is fastened to the furniture part 4, for example by points, and a protruding from the support plate 7 driver 8. From the support plate a cloth is punched out and bent, which forms a self-healing pin 32, the function explained in more detail below becomes. 10 The driver 8 may be formed by a rigid pin or having a roller which cooperates with the guide track 18 described below.
The Zuzieheinheit 1 comprises a rigidly connected to the body part 2 bearing unit 15 9, which is for example formed as shown by a bent sheet metal. The
Bearing unit 9 is mounted in the embodiment with the body part 2 via a on the body part 2, for example by screwing, mounted mounting rail 10. A head 13 of the adjusting screw 12 passes through slots in opposite side sections of the bearing unit 9 and is thereby rotatable but axially immovable in the bearing unit. 9 held. The shaft 14 of the adjusting screw is screwed into a thread of the mounting rail 10. 25 on the bearing unit 9 a Zuziehhebel 15 is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis 16, wherein the pivot axis 16 is stationary to the bearing unit 9 and thus in the embodiment stationary to the body part 2. The pivot axis 16 is perpendicular to the opening and closing direction 5, 6.
The closing lever 15 is acted upon by a closing spring 17, which acts on the one hand on the bearing unit 9 and on the other hand on the closing lever 15. 30 10 »·· * ··« • * • ft ♦
When closing the movable furniture part 4, the driver 8 runs at a beginning 19 of the guideway 18 in this and moves away until reaching the closed position of the movable furniture part 4 increasingly from the beginning 19 of Guideway 18. Over the range of movement of the movable furniture part 4 over which the driver 8 is in the guideway 18, corresponds to each position of the movable furniture part of a unique position of the driver 8 in the guideway 18 and a unique pivotal position of the closing lever 15 to the Swivel axis 16. 10 15
Once the cam 8 has traveled a short distance into the track 18 (this path being less than one fifth of the total distance between the beginning of the track and the to-position of the cam 8), the cam 8 advantageously compares to a relatively small clearance the guideway 18. This is preferably less than 25% of the diameter of the driver 8, more preferably less than 10% of the diameter of the driver. 8
In the closed position of the furniture part 4, the driver 8 is in a Zu-20 position in the guide track 18. The closing lever 15 is then in a Zu-stop position with respect to its pivoting about the pivot axis sixteenth
When opening the movable furniture part 4, starting from its closed position, the driver 8 moves in the guideway 18 in the direction of the beginning 19 25 of the guideway 18, where he wastes the closing lever 15 about the pivot axis 16. The closing spring 17 is in this case increasingly tense until 15 a dead center of the closing spring 17 is crossed at the end of the pivoting of the closing lever. The closing lever 15 is further wasted on further opening of the furniture part 4, with the closing spring 17 again slightly relaxed (at 30 preferably less than one fifth of the preceding increase in tension), and then the driver 8 disconnects from the closing lever 15 by emerging from the guide rail 18 at the beginning 19 of the latter. The closing lever 15 is now in its waiting position, in which it is held by the closing spring 17 (being blocked against further pivoting by a corresponding stop).
When closing the movable furniture part 4 starting from an open position of the driver 8 runs to the in his waiting position located closing lever 15, wherein the driver 8 enters the guide track 18 at its beginning 19. Upon further closing of the movable furniture part 4 of the closing lever 15 is first pivoted by the driver 8 to a dead center position in which the closing spring 17 is at its dead center. As soon as the dead center is exceeded, the closing lever 15 is acted upon by the closing spring 17 in the direction of its locking position about the pivot axis 16. The closing lever 15 then exerts on the driver 8 a closing force FZ. In this case, it is assumed that the speed of closing the movable furniture part 4 approaches zero. In other words, each approached point of the closing path is approached and then the movable furniture part 4 released. The position of the driver 8 in the guideway 18, in which hereby when closing the movable furniture part 4, the closing force exerted by the closing lever 15 on the driver 8 Zuziehkraft is used, is referred to in this document as the use position of the driver 8 in the guide track 18. Apart from frictional forces, the insert position is only infinitely spaced from the position occupied by the driver at the dead center position of the closing lever 15 in the guide track 18.
Fig. 5 shows the state when closing the furniture part 4, before the driver 8 has started to the closing lever 15. Fig. 6 shows the state in which the driver 8 just starts to the Zuziehhebel 15 and at the beginning 19 of the guideway 18 enters into this. Fig. 7a shows the position in which the driver 8 is in its use position. The closing lever 15 is thus essentially in its dead center position. The position of the closing spring 17 (not visible in FIG. 7a) is indicated by a dashed line.
The state shown in Fig. 7b corresponds to that of Fig. 7a, with only the driver 8 and the closing lever 15 are shown. The driver 8 has from the pivot axis 16 of the closing lever 15 at a distance a. In Fig. 7b, the closing force FZ is further drawn, with only the right direction, but not the correct amount is shown {this is actually only an "infinitesimal". Zuziehkraft). The closing force FZ is perpendicular to the tangent T, which is applied to the driver 8 acting on the wall of the guide track 18 at the contact point with the driver 8. The closing force FZ can be decomposed into a component acting in the closing direction 6 and into a component standing at right angles thereto. The component acting in the closing direction 6 represents the closing force FS acting on the movable furniture part 4 in the closing direction 6.
The Zuziehkraft FZ exerted by the closing lever on the driver 8 acts on the driver via a Zuziehhebelarm ZH. This is perpendicular from the pivot axis 16 on the line of action of the closing force FZ precipitated Lot.
In Fig. 7b, the angle α is further drawn, which encloses the closing force FZ with the closing direction 6.
Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 show intermediate positions in the further closing of the movable furniture part 4. The closing force FZ is shown in each case (the amount is not shown in the correct size). It can be seen that the angle α between the closing force FZ and the closing direction 6 increases at least up to the intermediate position shown in FIG. 9.
10a and 10b show the closed position of the movable furniture part 4, in which the closing lever 15 is in the locking position. In Fig. 10b, in turn, only the closing lever 15 and the driver 8 are shown, wherein the closing force FZ is again drawn (their amount is not shown in the correct size).
The driver 8 is in its closed position in the guide track 18. In Fig. 10a and 10b of the driver is located almost at the end of the guide track 18 of the closing lever 15. In practice, one will provide a sufficient distance from the end of the guideway 18 to accommodate assembly and component tolerances can.
In the to position of the driver 8, the distance a of the driver 8 from the pivot axis 16 is substantially smaller than in the use position of the driver 8. In the use position of the driver 8, the distance a of the driver 8 from the pivot axis sixteenth at least 1.5 times as large as in the to position of the driver, in the embodiment shown more than 3 times as large.
The Zuziehhebelarm ZH is also much smaller in the closed position of the driver 8 as in the use position of the driver 8, in the illustrated embodiment, about one-third as large. In the exemplary embodiment, the Zuziehhebelarm ZH continuously decreases from the use position of the driver 8 to the on position of the driver 8.
In Fig. 10b further acting in the closing direction 6 and perpendicular thereto components of the closing force FZ are shown. The acting in the closing direction component of the closing force FZ represents acting in the closed position of the movable furniture part 4 on the movable furniture part 4 in the closing direction 6 closing force FS. With this closing force a contact surface of the movable furniture part 4 is pressed against the body part 2. In the exemplary embodiment, the body part 2 is provided with a seal 20 to which the movable furniture part 4 is pressed. In order to produce a sufficient tightness between the movable furniture part 4 and the seal 20, a sufficiently high closing force is required. The seal 20 could also be arranged on the movable furniture part 4.
In order for the component of the closing force FZ acting in the closing direction 6 to be sufficiently large, the angle α between the closing force FZ applied to the driver 8 and the closing direction 6 is advantageously less than 45 °, preferably less than 40, in the closed position of the driver 8 °.
The closing spring 17 is formed in the embodiment in the form of a helical spring, which is loaded on train, so represents a tension spring. In Fig. 12, the closing spring 17 is shown in the Zuhaltesteilung the closing lever. The closing spring 17, in the locking position of the closing lever 15, has a residual tension against its relaxed state, i. their length I is longer than their length in the relaxed state. As relaxed to Zuziehfeder 17, the state is referred to, in which no external forces acting on the closing spring 17 (internal stresses may still exist). In order to achieve the relaxed state, the closing spring 17 must thus be removed from the Zuzieheinheit. The difference between the tension, which has the closing spring 17 in the dead center position of the closing lever 15 or, in the insert position of the driver 8 and in the locking position of the closing lever 15 and the Zu-position of the driver 8, is greater than the residual stress of the Zuziehfeder 17 in the locking position of the closing lever 15 and, the closed position of the driver 8. Ie the change in length of the closing spring 17 between the dead center position of the closing lever 15 and the insert position of the driver 8 and the locking position of the Zuziehebels 15 and the closed position of the driver 8 is greater than the change in length between the tumble position of the closing lever 15 and the Zu Position of the driver 8 and the relaxed state of the closing spring 17th
In order to favorably influence the course of the closing force FS acting on the movable furniture part 4 in the closing direction, the guide track 18 has a curved course and could therefore also be referred to as a slide track. The curved course should be defined on the basis of the position of the closing lever 15, which occupies this in the use position of the driver 8, that is essentially in the dead center of the closing lever 15. Reference is made to Fig. 7c, in which the closing lever 15 and the driver 8 in the position shown in FIG. 7a are located. The guideway 18 then has at its beginning 19 a first section. About this first portion of the guideway extends in a direction RF, which includes an angle £ with the closing direction 6. The direction RS, which points from the center of the carrier 8 located in the insert position to the pivot axis 16 of the closing lever 15, closes with the closing direction 6 at an angle Φ which is smaller than the angle ε. The first subsection is followed by a second subsection. Above this, the guideway travels in a direction RF which includes a smaller angle ε with the closing direction 6 than the angle φ which the direction RS encloses with the closing direction 6. In Fig. 7c is the direction RF into which the guideway originates its beginning 19 is drawn at the point in which the driver 8 is in its use position, as well as at the point of transition between the first and the second section (direction RF is parallel to the direction RS here). The second section may extend to the location of the guideway 18 in which the driver 8 is in its closed position. It could also connect to the second section a third section, over which the angle ε again greater than the angle Φ (the direction RF of the guide track 18 may in this case have the other side of the closing direction 6 as in the first section).
Fig. 11 shows the force-displacement diagram when closing the movable furniture part 4. The abscissa denotes the pullout path s, ie the distance of the movable furniture part 4 from the closed position. The ordinate designates the closing force FS acting in the closing direction 6. If the furniture part 4 is closed from its open position, it starts at the point s2 to the closing lever 15 and as a result, the force of the closing spring 17 must be overcome (this corresponds to a negative closing force FS) until at the point s1 the Dead center position of the closing lever 15 is reached (FS = 0). In a further reduction of the Ausziehweges s, the closing force FS increases and then remains largely constant for a relatively large distance to a low value FS1, in order then to increase again towards the closed position. In the closed position sO of the furniture part 4 then there is a maximum value FS2 of the closing force.
Due to the curved course of the guide track 18, the course of the closing force FS is influenced. Would the guideway 18 from its beginning 19 to its 16 • · «* *
The rectilinear end would then be substantially flatter (so that a sufficient closing force would be reached at a greater distance from the insert position of the driver 8 in order to feed the unit automatically) and would then exceed the value FS1 more quickly increase. 5
From the force-displacement diagram is thus apparent that a high closing force FS2 is achieved in the closed position and this falls rapidly when opening the furniture part 4 to a much lower value FS1. When opening the furniture part 4, a relatively high closing force must therefore be overcome only at the very beginning of the opening. The area under the curve for the closing force, which corresponds to the energy to be applied for opening, is relatively small. This applied energy is essential to the subjective impression of the user, such as "heavy " the opportunity to move! 4 opens. In order to overcompensate for the decreasing spring force of the closing spring 17 from the insert position of the driver 8 to the position of the driver 8, several effects are exploited. In particular, as described, the Zuziehhebelarm ZH is reduced. Furthermore, the lever arm, over which the closing spring 17 acts on the closing lever 15 increases (if the closing spring 17 is in the insert-20 position of the driver 8 substantially at its dead center, this is automatically the case). In addition, the closing spring 17 is formed as described relatively long or with the corresponding voltage differences between the use position and the closed position of the driver 8 and the relaxed state. The course of the guideway 18 is formed accordingly, whereby the force-displacement diagram can be additionally favorably influenced by the course of the guideway 18.
The pivoting of the closing lever 15 from the waiting position to the Zuhaltestunung is attenuated by the damper 21, 22. This can be achieved on the one hand, a damping 30 a quick start of the driver 8 to the closing lever 15, on the other hand, a cushioned pulling the movable furniture part 4 by the closing device. In the exemplary embodiment, these are linear dampers, which are formed by hydraulic or pneumatic piston-cylinder units. The coupling of the dampers 21, 22 to the closing lever 15 via a pull rod 23 which is pivotally connected to the Zuziehhebef 15. The dampers 21, 22 engage on the one hand on the drawbar 23, in the illustrated embodiment 5 on their piston rods, on the other hand on the bearing unit 9, in the illustrated embodiment on their cylinders, to support the cylinders of the damper 21,22 relative to the bearing unit 9 have the Cylinder of the damper 21,22, for example, as shown constrictions 24, in which projections of the bearing unit 9 engage. The bottoms of the cylinders of the dampers 21,22 each have a recess 10 25, in which a further projection of the bearing unit 9 engages. The piston rods of the dampers 21, 22 are connected to the pull rod 23 each pivotally. The pull rod has for connection to the piston rods a T-shaped standing to a longitudinal section standing yoke. 15 The pull rod 23 is guided by a slot guide and a sliding guide relative to the bearing unit 9 movable. To form the slot guide engages a guide pin 26 of the pull rod 23 in a slot 27 of the bearing unit 9 a. The slot 27 has a keyhole-like extension, through which the enlarged head of the guide pin 26 can be inserted in the assembly of the Zuzieheinheit 1 in the slot 20 27. To form the slotted guide, the drawbar on slide pins 28, which engage in slide tracks 29 of the bearing unit 9. In the exemplary embodiment, opposing slide pins 28 of the pull rod 23 are provided and two arcuate slide links, between which the pull rod 23 is guided. It could also be provided only a slide pin 28 25 and an arcuate slide track 29.
The slot guide is closer to the end of the pull rod, which is connected to the dampers 21, 22 as the at least one slotted guide. Due to the correspondingly curved course of the slotted guide in conjunction with the straight-long slot guide, it is achieved that the end of the pull rod 23 connected to the dampers 21, 22 shifts substantially linearly and without major pivoting during the pivoting of the closing lever 15. 5 18 4 * * · Μ · 5 18 4 * * · Μ ·

The dampers 21, 22 are designed such that they have a substantially lower or practically no damping force in the opening direction 5. Damper with such a "freewheel" are known.
Since 18 more or less large perpendicular to the closing direction 6 aligned lateral forces auftre-th on the driver 8 in the movement through the guideway 18, it is advantageous if the driver 8 is guided by the bearing unit 9 in the closing direction 6 and opening direction 5. For the formation of such a ten-tenführung for the driver 8, the bearing unit 9 has a running in the closing direction 6 slot 30, in which the driver 8 when closing the furniture part 4 moves. Conveniently, the driver 8 is already in this slot 30 of the bearing unit 9 when the driver 8 starts at the closing lever 15. Normally, the closing lever 15 should be in its waiting position when the associated movable furniture part 4 is opened. However, it is conceivable that the closing lever 15 is pivoted in the open state of the furniture part 4 via its dead center. The closing lever 15 then snaps into an end position which lies at an end opposite the waiting position of the pivotable speed of the closing lever 15, ie in the vicinity of the locking position. To limit the pivoting of the closing lever 15 in this direction, a corresponding stop is provided. In order to put the closing device back into proper operation in such a case, the closing lever 15 has a self-healing arm 31, which protrudes from the closing lever 15, and the driver unit 3 has a self-healing pin 32.
The closing of the furniture part 4 against the in its end position located closing lever 15 is shown in Figs. 13 to 15. The self-healing pin 32 runs against the Selbstheiiarm 31 and is guided by an inclined surface of the 30 Selbstheilarms 31 on this (taking advantage of material elasticity). Additionally or alternatively, an inclined surface may be provided on the self-healing plug 32. The end of the possible closing movement of the furniture part 4 is achieved in this case when the driver 8 starts against the closing lever 15 located in its end position, cf. Fig. 15. If the furniture part 4 is pulled out again in the episode, so the self-healing pin 32 pivots by its attack on Selbstheiiarm 31, the closing lever 15 in its waiting position, see. Fig. 16 and 17, whereupon the self-healing pin 32 decouples from the self-healing 31.
FIGS. 18 to 23 are analogous views to FIGS. 5, 6, 7 a, 8, 9 and 10 a, which illustrate the sequence of closing a movable furniture part 4 for a modified embodiment of the invention. The difference with respect to the previously described embodiment is merely that the guide track 18 of the closing lever 15 is rectilinear here. The beginning and the end of the guideway 18 are in the same places as in the embodiment described above. Although the force curve here is not quite as favorable as in the embodiment described above, however, a large force acting on the closed furniture part 4 closing force is still achieved in the closing direction 6 and required to open the furniture part 4 force can be kept relatively low. 20 and 23, the respective Zuziehhebelarm ZH is drawn, from which it is apparent that this is in the use position of the driver 8 is substantially larger than in the closed position of the driver 8, at least 1.5 times as large preferably two or more times as large.
Various further or other modifications of a closing device according to the invention are conceivable and possible. For example, a compression spring formed by a helical spring could also be used for the closing spring 17. If necessary, a support against lateral buckling may be provided, for example in the form of a sleeve surrounding the coil spring. Also other types of Zuziehfedern as coil springs can be used, for example, torsion springs.
In order to keep the closing lever 15 in its waiting position, the described driving over a dead center of the closing spring 17 is a particularly simple possibility. However, other types of locking of the closing lever 15 could also be provided in its standby position. Thus, adjustable locking elements could be provided, which are actuated by the incoming driver 8. The insert position of the driver would then be located where the driver has actuated such a locking element and the closing lever 15 has been released, so that it can be pivoted by 5 of the closing spring 17.
In the Frg. 1 to 3, the assembly of the respective Zuzieheinheit 1 on the body part 2 and the respective driver unit 3 is shown on the respective movable furniture part 4 and the function of the closing device has been described below for this arrangement 10 of the Zuzieheinheit 1 and the driver unit 3. However, a respective closing unit 1 could also be mounted on the movable furniture part 4 and the respective associated driver unit 3 on the body part 2. The function is completely analogous to such a kinematic reversal. In the figures, the use of a closing device in connection with a rectilinear pull-out and retractable furniture part 4 is shown. A closing device according to the invention could also be provided for a pivotably mounted furniture part, for example, a door or a flap could be equipped with a closing device according to the invention. If the driver 20 is mounted on the front side of this pivotable furniture part, so would the processes according to FIGS. 5 to 10 and 13 to 23 look completely identical (only the driver would move slightly with respect to the image plane). But also an attachment of the driver on a pointing in the direction of the pivot axis of the furniture part side of the furniture part would be possible. The slightly arcuate 25 course of the driver would then have to be considered accordingly (the current opening direction or closing direction would be the tangent to this arcuate course). 30 21 1 * *
